My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, and I will certainly remember it fondly. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and the staff took care of every detail, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well-appointed, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing. I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness to guests and the professionalism of the staff.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager Mr George who was incredibly kind, courteous, and helpful. His approach to guests definitely elevates the entire establishment and makes the stay even more special.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, high-quality service, and a friendly atmosphere.
More energy, more passion:)

10 to 20 years ago this hotel must have been the jewel in KOS crown. Stayed for a week. Pool area is nice. Bar area is old school fancy and large. Very spacious. No TVs. You cant have beer watch sport if thats your thing. The brands of alcohol are not brands i knew, well some were but vodka, whiskey were not. The cocktails basic. The food nothing to write home about. Location is ok, relatively secluded wonderful view especially of sunset but beach is stones and small and pales in comparrison to what the neighbours offer. The place is cleaned, friendly staff but they didnt switch AC on untill 15th the day we left it was all a bit underwhelming. Thankfullu KOS was lovely and we, despite all inclusive, went out for food, drinks and entertainment. The food was rank. Poor. Gyros by pool the best tastey offer they did. The girls tried best to entertain but most people ducked out into town. I had a lovely time in kos but the hotel couldve made more of effort. This is not 5 star. Looks 4 star offers 3 star. High season maybe they up their game. We still had a really nice trip just expectations of 5 star werent met

Where to even start! This hotel is absolutely filthy
The property was advertised and sold as a 5-star hotel, which was a key factor in my booking decision. However, upon arrival, it became immediately clear that the hotel did not meet 5-star standards. Based on my experience, the facilities, service quality, and overall condition of the property were consistent with a 3-star rating at best.
Specific issues included:
*Outdated or poorly maintained rooms
*Very poor service/attitude of the team
*Inadequate cleaning & maintenance standards
*Lied to by the team
*Unsafe bathrooms
*Very poor food quality
Key points
1. Bathroom was mouldy, sharp tiles, hair left in plug hole and every shower left the bathroom like a swimming pool due to water pouring out of the unsealed bath. In addition to this, water and soap suds also came up through the drain on the bathroom floor. My partner slipped 3 times. This was reported daily to reception and sometimes several times in one day. Only on 1 occasion did they supply extra towels to cover the whole of the bathroom floor despite constantly asking for these.
2. Sharp tiles cut my partners foot.
3. Carpets throughout were filthy
4. Constantly told the a ’la carte restaurant was fully booked yet as we sat next to the restaurant, they had 3 tables max on each day. When we did get into the restaurant, there was no atmosphere due to it being so quiet and the service was shocking. They definitely did not want customers in there.
5. Staff were so rude. I got shouted at by the lady on the bar because I was talking to one of the other staff. She shouted telling me to stop talking as she had a home to get back to.
The food in the main buffet restaurant was cold and lacked taste. This resulted in us spending over £600 eating out.
6. Lots of complaints happening whilst we were there.
7. Sun loungers would be more suited to a 1 star hotel and the ones on the beach were ready for the tip, absolutely filthy. Had to pay at a small bar for decent sun loungers.
8. Beach bar was a filthy truck serving no food or alcohol, again had to eat and drink at the beach bar and pay
9. Dirty spoons in the room
10. Freezing pool meaning we were unable to enjoy it.
This was the worst holiday I have ever had the misfortune to experience. How can you seriously advertise this as a 5 star.

We arrived having booked and fully paid for Kipriotis Maris. Upon arrival, without any prior notice or explanation, we were relocated to Kipriotis Panorama. The explanation given was that it is “the same hotel”, which is simply not true — these are not the same property, and the conditions are completely different.
The hotel we were placed in was significantly worse than what we had booked. It was old, poorly maintained, and visibly unclean in many areas. The overall standard was far below what was advertised and what we had paid for.
We were travelling with a child and specifically chose the original hotel because of the promised facilities and entertainment options for children. In reality, there was almost nothing available for kids, and no meaningful activities or infrastructure as expected.
The staff were unhelpful and avoided any real communication. There was no willingness to assist or resolve the situation, and we felt completely ignored as guests.
We were offered a £100 compensation, which is completely insignificant compared to the scale of the issue and does not reflect the poor condition of the hotel or the misleading relocation.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and extremely disappointing. What was offered did not match what was sold, neither in terms of accommodation, service, nor facilities. I would not recommend this property.
