My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff and service were first class and the food was delicious. The entertainment staff were very friendly and worked very hard to keep us all amused and fit!
Kos itself is beautiful and would highly recommend a visit.
Finally, a big mention to Mr George the hotel manager. He went out of his way all week to ensure we were looked after and that everyone was having fun. It's great to see the boss interact with his guests and go the extra mile. Many thanks Mr George to you and your wonderful team and hope to see you all again in the near future.

Unfortunately, this hotel is far from a 5-star standard – maybe it was years ago, but now it barely deserves 3 stars. Only two elevators are working, both often break down, and a few times they even stopped between floors and opened halfway, which was quite dangerous. Waiting time for the lift was sometimes up to 15 minutes – not ideal when travelling with a small child and a stroller.
The bathroom in our room was terrible – a drain next to the toilet caused a constant bad smell throughout the room. The tennis court looked completely abandoned – torn net, old and unusable surface.
The restaurant food was just okay, but you could clearly see the end-of-season atmosphere. Coffee machines were “out of order” the entire week, and the food selection got smaller every day. The restaurant staff, however, were the highlight of the hotel – always kind, smiling, and helpful.
The bar staff, on the other hand, seemed annoyed and unmotivated. The bar closed earlier than scheduled, and we even witnessed alcohol being served to minors – something completely unacceptable. Unsurprisingly, some of these kids ended up sick in the elevators and restrooms.
The pool area was also disappointing – the lifeguard behaved rudely towards children, even pushing one with his shoulder instead of calmly explaining the rules. There was no music by the pool because the equipment was apparently broken and never repaired.
The hotel looks nice from the outside, and the lobby and reception area make a good first impression, but everything else desperately needs renovation and better management. Sadly, I cannot recommend this place – it is definitely not a 5-star experience.

I'm not going to lie, we were really nervous after reading a number of very negative reviews. Now we can't speak for their experiences, but ours has been fantastic. The location is perfect with beautiful views, and the staff have all been very helpful and friendly. The pools are ace, and the food has been plentiful and varied, always something to appeal I'd have thought. Whilst the rooms show signs of being a tad dated, they are more than just comfortable, they are spacious and clean, and the beds are really nice. Overall, the hotel certainly exceeds my expectations, and the 5 star issue can be put to bed by remembering that you get what you pay for. This place, basically is good value for money especially if you are doing all inclusive. In conclusion, maybe the negative reviews have helped us not to have too high a expectations, so we are very happy. If you are visiting here, hope you have a good experience too.

I booked this hotel three weeks in advance, and after reading many reviews, I didn’t expect anything exceptional. So my expectations were moderate.
On the positive side, the staff was generally helpful – nothing beyond the basics, but at least they were not rude. Cleaning was done regularly, both in the rooms and in the dining area. Food was always available and fairly varied, so it was possible to find something to eat at any time.
It’s clear that the hotel was once luxurious when it was first built, but unfortunately that was a long time ago. The rooms are outdated, including the bathrooms, with poorly functioning taps, missing basic switches, and an old, barely usable hairdryer. Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. To make things worse, we even encountered a centipede in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.
As for the food, while it was varied, the taste was not impressive. Breakfast and dinner were generally better, but lunch was, in my opinion, quite bland. The sunbeds by the pool were old and uncomfortable, and the pool itself needs better cleaning and heated water – it was far too cold to enjoy.
I sincerely hope that the hotel management listens to the many reviews and invests in much-needed renovation. It would be a pity to let such a place decline further.

I rarely write reviews, but felt it was necessary this time. My partner and I booked a birthday getaway, and based on the photos online, we were expecting a modern 5-star experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
While the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly, the overall appearance is quite dated — more 1980s than modern. The room showed clear signs of age and wear, and although it had air conditioning, it was extremely weak. After speaking with other guests, it seems this is a widespread issue.
The dinner was also disappointing — probably the most average food we’ve had at any all-inclusive hotel. On the plus side, the pool area is well kept, and the cabana beds are great value for money.
The location means you’ll likely need to rent a car or motorbike to get in and out of Kos Town easily. We’d heard the hotel was undergoing renovations, but there were no visible signs of any work taking place. Personally we would consider other hotel options if coming back.
