I rarely write reviews, but felt it was necessary this time. My partner and I booked a birthday getaway, and based on the photos online, we were expecting a modern 5-star experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
While the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly, the overall appearance is quite dated — more 1980s than modern. The room showed clear signs of age and wear, and although it had air conditioning, it was extremely weak. After speaking with other guests, it seems this is a widespread issue.
The dinner was also disappointing — probably the most average food we’ve had at any all-inclusive hotel. On the plus side, the pool area is well kept, and the cabana beds are great value for money.
The location means you’ll likely need to rent a car or motorbike to get in and out of Kos Town easily. We’d heard the hotel was undergoing renovations, but there were no visible signs of any work taking place. Personally we would consider other hotel options if coming back.

Went here last week, the food was okay just repetitive and bland. When they do different style food nights it’s either they cook some salmon and call it a night. The staff in the restaurant can be very nice however one of the women near the food can be very rude which made me nervous getting my food. The hotel was nice and clean but the cleaners didn’t change the toilet roll and didn’t clean the room properly, also not change the towels a couple of times. The shower head kept falling off spraying everywhere creating a slip hazard. The drain in the bathroom flooded the bathroom and door entrance so we rang reception and they didn’t do anything when they said they would come up. However the cleaners did mop up the remainder of it the next day. Beach next to it was lovely and only a two minute walk but there was no beach bar just an abandoned truck? Pool was really nice just don’t have your sun bed next to the toilets because it smells bad. Sky bar was lovely, had a nice view and staff was very friendly. Overall nice hotel just unpleasant staff just wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star.

⭐ 5 Stars? Maybe in the sky – this place is barely a 2 ⭐
Check-in was my first red flag: a long line, two receptionists handling one guest together, and one of them rolling her eyes like it’s an Olympic sport.
"All Inclusive"? Don’t make me laugh:
Bottled water – extra charge
Comfortable sunbeds – €20 per day
Drinks at the bar – extra charge
So what’s actually included? Apparently just the disappointment.
🍽 The food – a masterclass in how to ruin a meal: bland, repetitive, and tasteless. Bonus prize – food poisoning on the fourth night. Thanks for that.
🛎 The service – pure rudeness. I sat on a sunbed at the pool, not knowing it cost extra, and the staff member shooed me away with hand gestures as if I’d stolen it. Housekeeping skipped our towels; it took 1.5 hours, three calls to reception, and the last call ended with them hanging up on me.
🏨 The rooms – spacious and clean… but our neighbors had two yellow scorpions in theirs. When they asked to change rooms – denied. They packed their bags and left.
🏊 The pool – nice and not crowded, but the sewage line nearby adds a strong smell of you-know-what to your swim.
Bottom line – a hotel that combines bad food, rude service, endless extra charges, and scorpions. An unforgettable vacation – but only for the wrong

The hotel is in a nice location and the sister hotel is about a 10minute walk. This hotel is for more relaxation only and the sister hotel is more family friendly. We only stayed 3 nights.
The hotel is clean but some of the rooms are dated with carpet and furniture. The showers really are dated. We went as a group of 12, 3 families with 6 children age 3.5-16 years old. The pool and surrounding area was small but nice and clean. The entertainment during the day and evening was good
The food was ok. Tasty but not a wide range to choose from. The desserts and ice cream were really good. Pools snacks chips/nuggets were basic. However all drinks were watered down, all cocktails/mocktails/soft drinks and even the wine was watered down so it was a bit disappointing. The only drinkable thing was the hot drinks and Prosecco.
Most of the staff were friendly how ever the reception staff were rude most of the time. The restaurant mangers were rude to most of the staff all the time. I think it was 2 different men. The serving staff were clearly doing there best efficiently with a smile. On 2 occasion we saw the manger shouting at a deaf serving staff aggressively by pulling her arm and pointing at tables, when there was no need for this.
Overall experience was nice but i feel reception staff and dinning room management need to be more friendly and polite to all. BE Kind.

Honestly, our stay at this hotel was really good. The reception staff were particularly amazing – professional and just genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. And let's talk about the food service, it was flawless! The food itself was seriously delicious :)
Maybe a few spots could use a little refresh, but that didn't bug us one bit. We had an extremely fulfilling trip, and we'd definitely tell people to ignore those overly critical reviews. They just don't capture how good the experience really is!
