I had a lovely stay the The Mitsis Blue Domes from the 17/10/2025 - 27/10/2025. The room I stayed in was modern and clean with a lot of thoughtful touches. Mirrors in the bathroom, lovely toiletries (bought our own on the way home in the airport), plump pillows and blankets provided without asking. Iron and board already stored. The mini was always full, branded sodas, wine and beer, along with still and sparkling water. A rob and slippers neatly tucked away in the cupboard on arrival. Toothbrush holder etc, I'm sure you get the picture. On arrival we were greeted with a cold wet flannel and a drink which was a lovely touch. It was 2pm so we were checked in promptly so we wouldn't miss lunch :) - thank you we were starving! Once lunch was over the staff kindly ferried us along with our suitcases to our room. My only slight niggle was the twin beds joint when we booked a double room but as I never addressed it with the hotel I cannot deduct from the level of service. The hotel has many pools and a beautiful beach, we had no issues with sunbeds, there were plenty even when only coming out around noon. The bars are lovely and bar staff are fantastic (I did not get everyones names) The three men at the beach bar along with Theodora and Vladimiros made my days and evenings. Theodora and Vladimiros were very fun amnd have excellent cocktail making skills! The buffet food was ok, the pizza is better there than at the Italian! We only ate there twice nothing was awful but nor was it great. We tried all the A La Carte restaurant's and enjoyed many of our meals. We didn't go to most evening entertainment but a lot of the singing and music could be heard when wondering around and sounded good. There are always 2 options in the evening for anyone wanting some entertainment. The snack bars are fantastic. One for salads, fruit and smoothies, one with hotdogs, tacos and burgers, one with Gyros and finally a sweet one with crepes, waffles, ice cream and various cakes - I am now on a diet LOL. There is a bus that stops outside to go to Kardamania and Kos and is very cheap so would absolutely recommend. We didn't end up hiring a jet ski but saw many people doing various activities and enjoying themselves. I would 100% recommend this hotel to families and people looking to relax. The concierge are super heIpful and helped us booked a tour of Kos and trip to Bodrum, both trips went smoothly and were enjoyable! I missed being able to step outside and wonder around town but that is my fault for not checking the location and buses do run until 21.30 to Kardamania so you can absolutely get out and about. Thank you Mitis for the cake, message, sparkling wine and decorations set out in the room on my partners birthday (they were complimentary) they really made his day when we walked back into the room. Overall the cleanliness, options for both and food were fantastic but the staff really made the experience - thank you all!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and lovely surroundings — it really is a shame that everything else fell so far short of expectations.
The food was horrendous. Almost everything served was clearly reheated, and the restaurants were nowhere near a 5-star standard. We paid for all-inclusive, yet the bar had only one bottle of a certain alcohol — once that ran out, they simply refused to replace it. What was left was cheap, low-quality alcohol, and the cocktail selection was very limited. Cocktails weren’t made fresh; they were pre-mixed and poured from cartons.
The hotel constantly ran out of basic drinks like coffee and beer. At one point, I went to the American food stall for some chips, and the woman told me she could only give me cold ones — she didn’t even offer to make fresh ones.
We were a group of nine, and four of us became really ill during the stay. When we reported it, the hotel insisted it was a virus, but we later spoke to other guests who said half their room was also unwell. A member of staff even admitted they would never eat at the hotel themselves. Local people we spoke to also said this hotel is known for having terrible food.
It’s such a shame because the location and setting are beautiful, but the poor food quality, lack of hygiene, and awful service completely ruined what should have been a great holiday.

We had a wonderful time at Mitsis Blue Domes. Greeted with a friendly welcome, drinks on arrival and cool towels were a lovely touch. All staff were courteous and friendly. Beautiful room with private pool and waiter service. Cleaned daily to a high standard and mini bar restocked daily too.
The restaurants were all fantastic. Plenty of choice for everyone at the buffet restaurant. The a la carte restaurants were also very high standard. Our favourite being the Pan Asian. Brunch at the Destination Greek was disappointing the food was tasty but nothing was hot it was just warm. Porridge was tasty but again barely warm. Waited a long time for coffee when it arrived we asked 3 times for milk before it arrived, at this point coffee was cold, asked for another coffee it never arrived. After leaving feedback of my experience I was contacted by the restaurant who apologised and offered me another opportunity to dine at the restaurant. Unfortunately this did not fit with our plans but we appreciated the call and the opportunity to put this right and they went out of their way to ensure our holiday ended on a high. This did not detract from an overall amazing experience at Blue Domes and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel complex is a bit dated, but it is very clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and attentive. Our requests were always accommodated and they went out of their way to help us. We received a room upgrade with a private pool. The food in the main restaurant was very varied and there were also themed evenings. However, we can highly recommend the six à la carte restaurants. We particularly liked the South American restaurant and the brunch, where Stam gave us a warm welcome and made recommendations. For snacks between meals, there were also various food areas offering takeaway food, such as gyros, crêpes, burgers, salad and fruit.
The resort is very quiet as it is spacious and well spread out. The view of several islands was also very beautiful. Overall, we had a very relaxing vacation and can highly recommend the resort.

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has been designed in the Mitsis natural theme but structured with so many comfortable nooks and pathways. Filled with lush sofas, flowers and water features.
Every member of staff has been polite and friendly. Food extra fresh and options are plenty. The healthy corner provides salads, fruit and fresh juices which is perfect for warmer days. Everything is replenished often and staff are always happy to support with dietary questions (there is also a nutritionist on site that can help!)
All the bars provide great variety particularly the Island pool bar. Whenever our choices were not available, staff were always quick to provide alternatives. Beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. We had the private pool rooms but there were plenty of lovely pools throughout the hotel to use
We look forward to returning
