We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel! We travelled with our children and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food offered plenty of choice for both adults and children. The pool area was lovely, and the beach was just a short walk away.
Our children absolutely loved the Mini Disco every evening! It quickly became their favourite part of the day, and they couldn't wait for it to start. Seeing them so happy and excited every night made our holiday even more special.
There weren't many daytime activities specifically for younger children, as most of the entertainment programme was aimed at adults. Because of this, my husband often joined the sports activities, and sometimes he took our older son with him. It was so nice that the animation team always made him feel included and encouraged him to join in when it was appropriate.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families looking for a relaxing holiday with a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making our family holiday so memorable!

This was our third stay at Kouros Palace. The renovated rooms are definitely more modern and attractive, but unfortunately the overall service has become worse.
For a 5-star hotel, cleaning the rooms only every two days is simply unacceptable. In our case, one scheduled cleaning was even skipped, so our room was cleaned only twice during the whole week. The bed linen also did not seem to have been changed properly, and the floors were never thoroughly cleaned.
When we arrived, nobody helped us with our luggage or accompanied us to our room. The evening entertainment was very disappointing, and there was a strong sewage smell in several areas of the hotel.
Another negative change is the beach restaurant. It used to be possible to stop there freely, but now you have to book the day before, making it much less convenient.
We still love the island of Kos and will definitely come back, but after three stays at Kouros Palace, this will most likely be our last visit to this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our vacation. A special thank you to the animator Fletza! She was always full of energy, created an amazing atmosphere, and made sure everyone had a great time. She brought so much fun and positive vibes every day. Thanks to her, our holiday was even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at Kouros Palace for 7 nights in early June 2026 with our 6-month-old baby.
The hotel refurbishment is almost complete and the newly renovated areas look beautiful. Although the resort is built on a small hill and some paths are quite steep, we found everything to be accessible with a stroller.
We stayed in one of the beachfront bungalows, which was newly furnished, modern and very comfortable. It was located right next to the beach restaurant and bar, a 5–7 minute walk away from the main complex, with a shuttle service available on request.
Unfortunately, there were also some downsides. The right sink in our room was leaking and unusable. We reported the issue on the first day, but it was never fixed during our entire stay. There were also quite a few insects around the room, although this is somewhat expected given the location and season.
Wi-Fi throughout the resort was very poor and unreliable.
Most of the staff appeared to be new, but they were friendly, hardworking and always willing to help. A few managers, however, came across as rather unfriendly and less approachable. Special thanks to Myllene and Gerard at the beach bar, who were always welcoming and friendly.
The pool area was one of the highlights of our stay. It was very clean, well maintained and there were plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Despite the usual habit of guests reserving loungers with towels early in the morning, we never had trouble finding space. During our stay, we could see the hotel continuing to improve the property, with additional cabana-style loungers and other amenities being delivered and installed almost daily.
The beach itself is nice, but access is somewhat difficult and during our stay there was a lot of seaweed and rough sea conditions, which limited its appeal.
Food quality was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. For a hotel marketed as a five-star all-inclusive resort, we found the overall quality of the food surprisingly low. The variety in the main buffet restaurant was rather limited, and the advertised themed dinner nights did not seem to make any noticeable difference to the selection or atmosphere. The beach restaurant was particularly disappointing, with a very limited offering and food quality that fell well below our expectations. Drinks were also somewhat disappointing. Spirits often tasted diluted, juices and wine were of rather low quality, although the local draft beer from Rhodes was enjoyable.
One thing we found rather unusual for an all-inclusive resort was the water policy. Only one large bottle of water was provided in the room upon arrival. After that, guests either had to refill bottles at the bars or purchase additional bottled water from the nearby mini market. While this is not a major issue, it felt somewhat out of place for a five-star all-inclusive experience. A much more convenient and environmentally friendly solution would be to provide fresh drinking water to rooms daily in reusable glass bottles or refillable containers.
Overall, Kouros Palace has great potential thanks to its beautiful renovated rooms, clean pool area and friendly staff. It is clear that significant investments are being made in the property, and we believe the hotel can become an excellent resort once everything is fully completed. However, some aspects of the service, food quality and maintenance still need improvement to fully match the standards expected from a five-star resort.
Unfortunately, despite the many positives, the disappointing food quality and the inconsistent level of service had a significant impact on our overall experience. For that reason, we feel that a 3-star rating is a fair reflection of our stay.

Nice hotel but the food was awful!! Entertainment terrible!! Not clean anywhere i saw so many things dropped on the floor round the pool no one cleaned it ever!! The rooms are only cleaned every 2 days!! There's no way this is a 5 star Hotel!! I wouldn't give it even 3 star!! So many things are wrong, even the drinks weren't good!! Would never recommend; will never go back!!
