Overall, this hotel provided a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, just a few metres from the beach, with a small pool and sunbathing area available for guests. Breakfast was enjoyable, with fried eggs and omelettes cooked to order, along with delicious homemade crepes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly Michael at reception. The room was kept clean and tidy, and the inclusion of a fridge and a few complimentary condiments was appreciated.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room was quite compact, and there was limited space for storing luggage, so we ended up placing our suitcase under the sink in the bathroom. The décor felt a little dated, although this did not detract significantly from our overall experience.
In summary, a well-located hotel with excellent service and good facilities, ideal for a relaxing beach break.

Mitsis La Vita will always stay in our hearts, as we chose it to celebrate our honeymoon. From the very first day, the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bathroom amenities provided. Our room had a breathtaking view, and we truly enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets together. The beach just across the road, belonging to the Mitsis chain, was another wonderful highlight of our stay.
We would like to mention that right across the hotel there is a large construction site. Luckily, our room faced the other side, so we didn’t hear any noise, but it’s something future guests might want to keep in mind when booking.
Breakfast and dinner were always delicious, with a great variety to choose from.
If we may point out one thing, the hotel would benefit from a renovation. Everything was kept very clean, but the facilities and furniture felt a little dated.
Most importantly, we want to sincerely thank the staff — the reception team and housekeeping — for their warmth, attentiveness, and kindness. They truly made our stay special and memorable.

Fabulous Hotel. Lovely Staff. Clean rooms. Great shower pressure. The omelette and crepe lady at breakfast was excellent. Great location for everything. Very nice relaxing place. The building work across the road did not detract from our experience at all. In fact we would say it added to it. Very interesting to watch. Free beach towels and safe. Everyone very helpful. Evening meal just up the road at their sister hotel was also great with lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location for city hotel. It’s located beside the beach and is 15min walk to the port and old town. A city hotel is not a resort hotel, so be prepared for some noise and traffic. The pool is small so we used the beach and the sea breeze kept sun lounging pleasant in the extreme heat. The hotel staff make this hotel! Professional and courteous from reception staff to household. Unfortunately for them the hotel across the road is being renovated and this does take from the view of the rooms that are opposite the building site. We secured an upgrade to a beach view room at minimal cost and it was well worth it. The breakfast choice was good, fresh eggs cooked to your liking a good variety of food. It would have been nice to have coffee machine to give a choice of coffee drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel to allow you to explore the wonderful city of Rhodes but get a sea view room.

Fabulous staff - really go out of their way to help you. Reception and concierge really are 1st class. Initial room quite basic and overlooking a building site but we upgraded to a sea view and the room was excellent! Great choice for breakfast. Good location too.
