Overall, it was an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always kind, and ready to help with anything, which made us feel completely relaxed and worry-free.
When we arrived, the hotel was overbooked, so we were asked to stay in a standard room for the first night instead of our booked superior sea view room. As promised, we moved into our superior room the next day, and as an apology for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary fruit basket, a bottle of wine, and a half-day car rental free of charge.
The beach was fantastic — it had sunbeds, umbrellas, and showers, and there were always enough sunbeds available, so we never had trouble finding one.
The restaurant was excellent. We had the all-inclusive option, which offered a wide variety of dishes: beef, pork, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, cheese, fruits, desserts, pastries, drinks, and even ice cream.
Beach towels were provided by the hotel; they were a bit worn but still perfectly usable. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but include a bathtub. We preferred the superior sea view room, which had been renovated. The only minor downside was that it had two single beds instead of one large bed for couples, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. The view from the room was absolutely stunning — whether in the morning at sunrise, during the day, or in the evening. All rooms have a balcony, which makes it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The hotel’s location is great — it’s about a 10–15 minute bus ride or a pleasant walk to Rhodes town center, and only around 15 minutes to the airport in the morning.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would be happy to return ourselves.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, while the bar staff were quick and excellent in their service.
The hotel is impressively free from any pests or stray animals, which made the stay very comfortable. The swimming pools were spotless and inviting.
A special mention to the hotel manager who closely and consistently oversees all operations. He is approachable, always smiling, and has extensive experience managing all hotel departments efficiently.
The food was varied and delicious, prepared by highly skilled chefs.
Additionally, the hotel is located very close to Rhodes city center, making it convenient for exploring the area.
I highly recommend Ja Hotel for anyone visiting Rhodes and looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a great week in Hotel Cosmopolitan. It's a 5-10 min bus ride to the old town and buses are pretty regular. Otherwise it's a scenic 40 minute walk that we ended up doing most of the time. Each dinner has a theme, and some dishes are better than others but there is a lot of choice and you can always find something to your taste! Same about the entertainment, it's better some nights than others. Greek night was amazing! As you can imagine in high season, there were many families and young children. However we found that most people were respectful and that wasn't an issue in the end, even though it was a bit chaotic at dinner time! As people have said, the beach in front of the hotel is not the best, we mainly visited for sunset and it was the best spot for it! Special mention to the staff that worked tirelessly to clean/tidy up after people in the bar, pool and restaurant area!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sol Cosmopolitan. We found the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly. Our room was a little tired to be fair compared to others we have stayed in but was very clean. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, almost felt like family by the end of the week! The all inclusive buffet had an excellent choice of food every day. The pool bar added to the selection of food available and had a relaxed vibe in the evening. Although the road to the front is busy, it was not an issue for us. We had a sea view, which was stunning and gave us the incredible Ixia sunset. Access to the beach with the hotel sun loungers was a great to have. If you choose to use the spa treatments, I've never had a better massage! The Abba tribute on the Friday were excellent fun.

15 minutes from the airport, standard rooms, friendly staff and excellent reps who keep you entertained (special mention to Leslie!).
If you want a sunbed, you’ll need to get up early, but that’s the case pretty much anywhere.
If you like to get out and about, Rhodes old town and the acropolis ruins are a 45 min walk, which we did 1st thing. (Or €10 taxi one way). Also the viewpoint, on the corner of the hill for sunrise is worth checking out.
As for the food, superb. Too much to choose from each day, so try everything!
