What truly makes this hotel special isn’t just the beautiful surroundings it’s the incredible people behind it.
From the warm welcome at reception to Ben, who leads the restaurant with genuine care and professionalism, every interaction made us feel valued. A special thank you to Rio, whose kindness and positive energy never went unnoticed, and to Helena, the housekeeper, who kept everything spotless and always greeted us with a smile. People like these are the heart and soul of a hotel, and they are the reason guests leave with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back.
Unfortunately, despite the beautiful setting and the amazing staff, there were still some important facility issues that need attention. On one day, our toilet had no water at all, and we had to use buckets to flush it. We also experienced a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet, to the point where we had to ask Helena for a cleaning product to help reduce it. In addition, every time we showered, water leaked into the rest of the bathroom, so we had to place towels by the door to stop it from spreading. The bed was also not the most comfortable, and it caused both me and my partner severe back pain.
We stayed for 8 nights, and for a 4-star hotel, the food variety was unfortunately very limited. The same dishes would often reappear at the next lunch or dinner with only small changes, which made the dining experience feel repetitive over a longer stay.
We share this feedback with respect because we genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we believe that addressing these issues would make the experience match the outstanding service provided by the staff. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We hope to see you again soon! 🤍

Pools and Waterpark are the highlight of this hotel. Perfect for something like a 3 night stay to just relax at the pool with the slides.
One of our rooms was upgraded which was very nice of them.
Beach is unfortunately just rocks and stones.
Location is not really within walking distance of any shops, bars or restaurants
I would recommend going to the fuel station across the road if you want to buy water/drinks or snacks.
Food - Disappointing if staying for longer than 3 days. Little variety and quality isn't there. Pizza and Gyros are good.
Cleaning - Surprisingly great. Room cleaned everyday without any issues.
WiFi - Good coverage across all parts of the resort.
Staff - Super friendly and helpful. Entertainer was a good laugh.
If this hotel had a lounge/bar area with a TV for sports events and improved the variety and quality of food then it would be worth returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Olive Garden Hotel in Rhodes. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the food was very good. Our children especially loved the waterslides and spent hours having fun at the pool area. A great hotel for families, and we would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pleasent hotel, with comfy rooms, fine food and nice water slides and pools.
Starting with basics - room was specious enough, comfortable, with large bed. Bathroom may use some refreshment, but nothing to complain about.
Food - all inclusive standard. Not very diverse, especially on breakfasts, but lunches and evening meals were good - nice choice of meets, sometimes also fish and seafood, decent deserts. Delicious pitas served between meels.
Very good, polite and smiling service at bars.
Great kudos to animation team! In many other hotels animations are cringe, but here we really enjoyed the shows and games.
Reaching the beach requires few minutes walk and nearest beach is rather dirty, so we prefered to stay by the pools. Town is also quite distant, however bus stop is reachable and it allows to sightsee at least part of the island.
We spent good time there, good value for money. Recommended.
