I visited this resort back in June with my family for a 1 week stay. (2 adults 1 kid). A 4* Hotel it is not. Good: Resort is clean, the entertainment staff are great, the pool areas are well kept and the food is perfectly fine for a weeks stay. My partner and kid loved the sweet corner but I would like to see some better snacks, maybe something like a gyro/souvlaki bar that I have seen in cheaper hotels. The grounds of the resort are genuinely nice to look and it really gave me a sense of being on holiday. Bad: The room itself. Rock hard beds, broken lights in bathroom (which was reported to maintenance, they came to the room, inspected it and never saw them again) The bathroom was incredibly dingy. I dont think I was able to be comfortable sleeping for the whole week. The location of the resort is okay, they provide a shuttle bus to the beach which we only used once. The atmosphere around the pool during the day is good. We had a 3 year old that wasnt that into joining in but in the evenings she loved the mini disco and the shows. The one downside is they had a crackling speaker and due to the volume they had the shows it just made it hard to listen too. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but I dont think we will reconsider this resort for future holidays as there are plenty of other resorts around Greece that I feel we would get a better value for money and greater comfort. £2k for a week even with a free child place is maybe on the expensive side for what we got and the lack of quality sleep I had.

I stayed at the Cyprotel in a double room + bunk beds for a week with a 10 and 14 years old and we absolutely loved it! The hotel is like a little town with room to have a walk around. The pools were great and the kids loved the slides! It was very clean and the air conditioning in the room was amazing. The food was good and varied and we only ate lunch at the snack bar so I can't judge the restaurant for that. They could do with better pastries and fresh fruit instead of canned for breakfast. The area is nice even though it's a good 15 minutes from the beach but the free shuttle 3 times a day to and from the beach was great. My only big complaint was the wi-fi. Our room was near the slides and we didn't have any! Shame when we really wanted to watch the World Cup. The kids had to go to the reception to play their games. All in all we really had a great time! The people were very nice and the reception ladies were very helpful.

Really enjoyed our family holiday. The rooms were basic but clean, the food was decent, and the pools and slides were great for the kids. The free shuttle to the beach was also a big bonus. A special mention to Marlyn from the animation team, who was brilliant and kept everyone entertained. Also, fair play to the guys collecting glasses around the pools from morning until evening, they worked tirelessly keeping everything tidy. Big up to them! Overall, a great family friendly holiday with plenty to do. We’d happily come back again!

The best honeymoon we could ever ask for! After our wedding, Marion and I came to Rhodes and choose Cyprotel for our honeymoon. It was honestly the best decision. When we arrived we had the biggest surprise... our room was fully decorated for our honeymoon by the Guest Relations team, Nora, Ilan and Raphaël. We really wasn't expecting that and it made our first day so special. It's the kind of surprise that you never forget. We spend 10 days here with our children and everything was just perfect. The food, the entertainment, the pools and all the staff made our holiday so special. A huge thank you to Nora, Ilan and Raphaël for this amazing surprise and to all the Cyprotel team for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. We will definitly be back one day. Thank you Cyprotel! ❤️

Booked 6 nights at Cyprotel Hotel Faliraki, staff at reception were ok explained everything. The room was fairly long from reception especially with 3 big suite cases had a golf buggy take us there. Once in the room it was fairly basic with a double bed which was quite low, there was no headboard to the bed itself only a panel to switch off the lights, bed itself was ok nothing wow. The other two beds were single kids for two kids no headboards to them, one of the mattress had a stain on it. Also beds were low and basic, the furniture inside the room had a dressing table which had ants crawling over it all the time, two wooden basic chairs that looked very tired. The main clothes wardrobe looked very tired and the doors did not slide properly to open and close. There was a very basic fridge in the room, which needed to be adjusted by maintenance, the bathroom was very basic, which had some ants crawling on the floor, there was a balcony which was ok and had a ok view but the tree line needs to be cut down to get a better view of the complex and the sea view. There was AC which was spot on and made the room feel very cold. I would say the room itself needs updating to bring itself to 4 Stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ which it is saying it is. The pool areas are good but you will need to get there early to claim a sun lounger as they go quick with other guests putting there towels etc on them. The breakfast is good but hot food only get served for a limited time period then its just cold food left for the guests, warm breakfast should be continuous to about 10:30am or 11am.
