We recently stayed at Cyprotel Hotel in Rhodes and had a very enjoyable holiday overall.
The hotel complex is gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds and plenty of space throughout. Our room was a good size, very comfortable, and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a meticulous job every day and their hard work was noticeable.
The dining area is a great size, and we never had to hunt for a table, even during busier periods. There was a good selection of food available, with menus changing daily. While some dishes were better than others, there was always something to suit everyone’s tastes.
The pools are well-sized and never felt overcrowded. The slides were a particular highlight and are large enough that you’re not crammed in with other guests. Drinks were excellent, and it was great to have food available throughout the day between meal times.
One of the hotel’s biggest strengths is its staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. All of the amenities were well maintained and worked exactly as expected.
The location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away with hourly services to Rhodes Old Town and Lindos. Faliraki Beach and the town centre are around a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and there are daily train and bus services from the hotel to local attractions, making it easy to explore the island.
Overall, Cyprotel is a fantastic hotel that offers great value for money. It would suit both families and couples, although it is particularly well suited to families thanks to the excellent pool facilities, slides, and family-friendly atmosphere.
The only reason I’ve given 4 rather than 5 stars is that there are a few small areas that could be improved, but they certainly didn’t detract from what was a wonderful stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others visiting Rhodes.

At Cyprotel is not just a holiday, is an entire experience. From the room, all day snacks and food, to activities and staff. I usually avoid All inclusive because I feel it limits my exploration time, but here it was no limit on anything at anytime. Our trip was for my husband birthday, and without telling any of the staff they filled our bed with balloons and a bottle of champagne. It was a nice surprise. All staff is nice and helpful.

Just finished my stay here and loved it. The entertainment team are some of the best people you will ever meet who make sure you have the best stay possible. With special thanks to Rico, Marlon, Salim, and Juan. They are always welcoming and keep you entertained. A stay i wont forget thank you.

Cyprotel was our first family holiday abroad. We were greeted by a very friendly and funny lady on reception, and headed for our room, 4113. The room was spacious with a large double bed plus bunk beds. The air con worked really well, and we had a great view of the slide pool. We loved all of the 3 swimming pools, but stayed mostly at the slide pool. Our boys had so much fun playing in the smaller pool and of course, on the slides! The slides were a huge hit! Always managed to get sunbeds at all pools, at any time. Food was absolutely fine, we always found something to eat and never went hungry. My kids loved the selection of puddings 🤣 ice cream and donut balls were available in the day and both were lovely, the ice cream was perfect to cool us down, but the donut balls with white chocolate sauce were my personal favourite 😍 the ladies in the hotel shop upstairs were all lovely and really friendly, and Nick on the ice cream counter/restaurant was also really funny. Overall we had a brilliant family holiday 🥰 thank you for the memories 🧡

We were surprised that it was a village! As I thought I had just booked a hotel. It was lovely, rooms are pretty standard but kept very clean and house keeping are in every day. The entertainment staff are fantastic and great with the kids! We were really happy with our holiday & have said we would happily come back again! There were only a couple of negatives -
The food is very repetitive and not kid friendly.
The housekeepers come before 8am every morning which was irritating as we wanted to sleep slightly longer.
The main negative was that the receptionist (an older lady) couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried! When we arrived she wrote on a map and handed it to us, we had no idea where we were going or how to get to our room. We also asked about somewhere to freshen up after checking out as we had a long wait (we asked 24 hours in advance) and she just shook her head and said no, she was no help whatsoever.
