This was a bad hotel experience from start to finish. After being severely delayed while traveling, we didn’t arrive until 5 a.m. instead of 10 p.m., and check-in still took far too long. After traveling all night with a baby and a child , standing around exhausted was incredibly frustrating.
When we finally got to the room, I was disgusted. The room may have been large, but it was clearly not clean, and the overall level of hygiene was unacceptable.
Things got even worse when we requested a travel crib for our baby. The crib that was brought to us was dirty, stained, ripped, and broken. It was shocking that this was considered acceptable for an infant. It was not only unhygienic but potentially unsafe.The did bring another one up after I called down ,but it was delivered 40 minutes later and the baby had fallen asleep in our bed at that point . It was 6 am at this point.
After such an exhausting journey, dealing with poor cleanliness and unsafe equipment was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and strongly caution others — especially families — to think twice before booking.

Fantastic hotel. Great beds which provide very good support (on the medium hard side but absolutely great quality), quiet although it is in the middle of the city, updated and well-maintained. However, the biggest stand-out was the personnel who worked at the front desk. They were phenomenal! Kind, understanding, professional, caring. Whoever hires and trains them has made really good decisions. Thank you for taking care of us while my husband was in the hospital. We will come back for a better occasion.

Comfortable beds, big clean rooms, kind and helpful staff. My room had a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker which was super nice. Right in the center of things close to lots of buses and trams about 15-20 mins walking to temple bar area. Easy to get cabs. I would absolutely stay there again. The only issue I had was with the breakfast- wet powdered eggs - no thank you. The rest of the breakfast was fine. Nothing spectacular but I got it for the convenience, which it was.

I came here last summer as a staff member on a school trip. Loved the hotel and city so much I came back with my mum and my two daughters. We had an amazing time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we all loved the rooms, well stocked, warm and the best smelling Rituals toiletries! The whole hotel smells amazing. Very lovely hotel, would highly recommend.
