I'll be honest, I saw the reviews and I would contest some bad reviews, I think they were a bit harsh, the staff is friendly and some of them have a limited English knowledge but they are nice. The food for me that I'm vegetarian was a 10/10. I was looking forward to lunch and dinner. Rooms are OK, clean and tidy everyday.
But no wifi Internet in the rooms.
Now the not nice part: it's the first all inclusive I book that you can't eat and drink whenever you want. You need to eat within the window they provide for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So even if you're not hungry, you better eat.
And they don't have room service neither they accept card payment, so if you want to buy beers after the all inclusive hours, you need to have their currency cash.
Also the hotel is super far from the airport and there's not much around (one mini Market and one place selling boat trips).
So even though I thought some reviews didn't make sense, the rating seems a bit higher than I'd expect for the hotel. I think they should reconsider having a card machine or an online service where you could buy credits to spend at the bars.
I wouldn't come back.

Very friendly and accommodating! Massive space, great pools, great rooms and very clean!!
However the beach was tiny and was a let down as there wasn’t much sand going on but the water was nice and the view!
And for anyone who likes seasoned food well this just wasn’t up to scratch honestly…there were likkle likkle things that was nice but not much. The snack corner only had the same three things everyday so not much variety but it did tastes great and that kinda made up for the other meals but after two days of the same thing you do wanna switch it up a bit! They had ice cream which was great and their drinks were alright choice!
The desert was always banging though and fruit…I must say that!!
The service was great too! Just the beach was a bit of a let down and the food!
It was still a very nice and relaxing place to be I must say and it beats getting up to london life so it is a nice change of scenery too.
There is a local shuttle that goes to town every hour or so which is quite nice too and something different I guess!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Angela Beach Hotel and Apartments, booked through Loveholidays. As a loyal, long-time customer, I have always valued your service; however, my recent experience at this establishment was unacceptable and posed significant health and safety risks to my family.
Our grievances include the following:
* **Substandard Check-in & Staff Conduct:** Upon our late arrival (due to flight ), we were met by the manager, Maria, who was unprofessional and rude. We were made to feel like a burden despite the delay being beyond our control.
* **Health and Safety Hazards:** The initial room was unhygienic and lacked the requested cot for our two-year-old child. Furthermore, a brightly lit "Exit" sign inside the room prevented sleep; the manager’s solution was to suggest we cover it with a towel—a serious fire safety violation.
* **Medical Issues (Food Poisoning):** Both my wife and I suffered severe food poisoning after eating at the hotel. Consequently, we had to stop feeding our child hotel food entirely to mitigate further risk, incurring significant unplanned expenses for outside meals.
* **Uninhabitable Conditions:** The room was situated next to a pool bar with excessive noise levels, making it impossible for a toddler to rest.
While the hotel eventually moved us to a second room, the damage was already done. The fear regarding food safety and the stress of the initial days forced us to check out early on Monday at 10:36 am to ensure our family's wellbeing.
**Requested Resolution:**
Given that the "package" provided did not meet basic health, safety, or cleanliness standards.
I don't recommend this Hotel.

The all-inclusive offering is practically non-existent , drinks and coffee cost extra, and the food is TERRIBLE AND AWFUL. Every day it’s the same, with maybe 4 or 5 items to choose from, and they’re either DISGUSTING, tough, or dry. Everything is of the lowest quality , honestly, you’d get better food at Aldi. Almost every day we had to buy food elsewhere. Despite hundreds of similar reviews, the owners clearly don’t care. Coffee? Don’t even try it – it’s absolutely awful. If you want anything decent to eat or drink, the nearest proper restaurant is a 54-minute walk away. The hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive with a sea view, but the reality is very different. I paid extra for a sea view room and can barely see the sea – just a tiny sliver from the side.
The cheapest car hire costs around £400 per week, and there’s only one shop next to the hotel – there’s absolutely nothing else, so you’re forced to eat this awful food. Unless, of course, you’re planning to lose weight – in that case, it’s ideal.
On the plus side, the room was clean, the pools are nice, and the lifeguard is VERY friendly nice human
and does his job well. That’s really the only positive.
I’ve stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, and sadly – this is the worst. One star only for cleanliness and the pools.
STAY AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL

I’m very disappointed about this hotel, we recently stayed here & the hotel from pictures & visiting looks great there are plenty of pools, but there is no real kids entertainment, there is a kids pool and slides, bouncy castles etc but in an evening there’s nothing for them to do, the food isn’t very good & it’s absolutely chaos at meal times, Germans who are staying are not welcoming and are extremely rude, but that not down to the hotel, there’s not much choice in what’s to offer for food, so after a couple of days me & my wife & child started to eat out, it claims it’s all inclusive but everything has a time, pools, jacuzzis, food, drink & extras which I understand but there’s to many different times for different things, the staff are sometimes pleasant but overall don’t seem very happy, there are many German holiday makers there & seems to be more catered to there style & food likes. Our room was ok, however we placed near the 2nd bar & they play loud music till midnight although it says it has a cut off time of 11pm.
the cleaning staff just let themselves in anywhere between 8am & 9am weather your in the room or not, want it cleaning or not they still enter. We didn’t raise any of these points with the hotel as we had some English friends also stay at this hotel & had complained to the hotel about the room & stay & they said after that they felt like they had a target on there back. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again with or without children for these reasons, the only real good point I can say is it’s on the beach & is a scenic place to stay. But overall I’d give it a 2*
