I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. There was a variety of different dishes every day, and the food was delicious. Every staff member at the hotel was very friendly and always had time for a pleasant chat. The room was also very clean and had everything I needed. For such a low price, I received more than I expected. A big thank you once again to the bartender, George, and the fantastic kitchen staff, who made my stay unforgettable. The next time I am in Corfu, I will definitely stay here again.

A quiet hotel, food was varied always something worth trying. Pool was a tad cold but great once in!
Near to a bus stop hand t for Corfu old town just €2 each way (but once in the old town you can buy tickets for €1.3 each way!)

Lovely budget hotel, staff are so nice and helpful. The food was excellent, even for a vegetarian. There are resident cats who are so cute, and some of them like a cuddle.
There is a bus stop righ outside that will take you to Corfu Old Town.
Beds were a bit hard, but the rooms were very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job.
There is an occasional roar of a plane landing or taking off, but we got used to it quickly.

The hotel is officially a 3-star property with all-inclusive service. The basic services were acceptable, and the food was decent; however, we encountered several serious issues that significantly affected our stay.
For three consecutive nights, we were practically unable to sleep because a busload of school students arrived at the hotel. They were making noise all night, shouting, slamming and kicking doors, and even getting into fights. The situation escalated to the point where, when we asked them to be quieter, they became aggressive towards us.
We reported the issue multiple times at the reception, but initially no meaningful action was taken, and it was not taken seriously. Only after several days of repeated complaints did a receptionist come upstairs to speak to them, but even then it was done in a visibly uninterested and unassertive manner, and the situation was not resolved.
In an all-inclusive hotel, it is a basic expectation that guests’ peace and safety are ensured, which unfortunately was not the case here.
Another negative point is that during meals, guests were excessively controlled, with staff dictating what we could and could not consume, which is not acceptable in an all-inclusive setting.
The quality of the drinks is also a major issue. The soft drinks are clearly diluted; even at breakfast only orange and apple drinks are available, and those are also watered down and tasteless. The coffee quality is extremely poor—practically undrinkable. During the day, coffee is prepared in a careless manner, and the result is always the same: weak, flavorless, and unpleasant.
The attitude of the staff also leaves much to be desired. We would like to highlight three women who were kind and behaved acceptably: one working at breakfast/lunch service, one cleaner, and one receptionist. Apart from them, unfortunately, the rest of the staff were rude and not guest-oriented.
Additionally, we were not informed in advance about certain extra costs (such as the tax payable on the boat), and only found out about it on the spot. The amount was also quite high. Guests should definitely be informed about such charges in advance.
Overall, the accommodation did not meet expectations, mainly due to the noise, lack of order, poor quality of drinks, and the inadequate attitude of the staff.

The pool bar service is restricted, even though we have paid for the All Inclusive package. We have been told that drinks and ice cream are limited and that we can only get them once every hour. However, the package we selected and paid for is All Inclusive, so this restriction does not correspond to the terms and services that were presented to us.
