Excellent service. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Both the pool area and the direct access to the sea, with its crystal-clear water, are absolutely beautiful. The rooms offer wonderful views, and the upgrade to The Level was definitely worthwhile and greatly appreciated.
The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. The children had a fantastic time with all the activities on offer, and the entertainment for adults was excellent as well.
The food was outstanding, both at the restaurant and at the beach hubs.
A wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended!

Here for work so didn't have to worry about the logistics of the trip but the staff were fabulous; they really took the time to make sure you were well looked after and were accommodating to guests needs.
The hotel was very nice; very clean and modern. It was a bit noisy for my liking (mini fridge, sound from neighbouring room's fan, and vent from outside leading to the kitchen) but overall, I'm really pleased with my stay here. The food at the hotel restaurant was some of the best I had all trip!
Couldn't fault the location; we were right on the beach!
The Alchemist
Our one-week stay was unfortunately disappointing, as the hotel did not meet our expectations in several respects.
There are far too few sun loungers around the pool. By 6:30–7:00 in the morning, almost all of them are already occupied. The sun loungers on the beach are also subject to an additional charge, which is not clearly communicated anywhere beforehand. If you cannot find a place, you can end up spending a large part of the day simply looking for somewhere to sit.
I completely understand the idea of avoiding food waste and serving some dishes again at the next buffet. However, in our opinion, this is taken too far. Some of the salads and other dishes that were served again were honestly no longer appetising.
The bottled still and sparkling water sold in the restaurant is served in refilled bottles, which raises hygiene concerns. The taste was also not particularly good, especially considering the relatively high price.
Some of the female reception staff were unfortunately quite arrogant and unfriendly. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, were very friendly, although there were occasionally some areas that were overlooked.
The sofa bed provided for children in the room was absolutely terrible. It was very uncomfortable and, in our opinion, nobody could sleep there properly.
Finally, the bathroom in our room had several visible signs of unfinished or poorly executed construction work, which did not look professional and definitely affected the overall impression.
Overall, we expected a much better standard from this hotel and unfortunately would not consider it good value for money.

The hotel’s capacity is simply not enough for the high season. Guests are competing to reserve poolside umbrellas—people wake up as early as 6 AM to place their towels, and the hotel management completely tolerates this.
The breakfast queue was just as frustrating: a 10-minute wait for coffee and 15 minutes for pancakes or an omelet. Used tables were not cleaned on time, making it extremely difficult to find a clean spot, even at 9 AM.
On the other hand, breakfast selection, location of the hotel and beach was very good.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast and dinner were good, with a nice variety of food. However, the organization of the dining area could be improved, as having to wait in line every time to be assigned a table was quite inconvenient. Another issue was the heat in the lobby and dining areas, which made them uncomfortable. The outdoor facilities are excellent, but the rooms are in need of renovation.
