We recently booked a 3-night stay at Rose Aqua Park and overall had a mixed but memorable experience.
The location isn’t too bad — it’s roughly a £5 taxi ride to the Medina, or about a 40-minute walk if you fancy stretching your legs. It felt convenient enough without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
The all-inclusive food and drinks were fairly basic, with a limited choice available. There was enough to get by, but it didn’t offer a huge amount of variety, especially over a three-night stay.
One of the real highlights of the hotel was the Spa. It was excellent — so much so that we visited twice during our stay. Definitely worth experiencing if you’re staying there.
However, the absolute jewel of this hotel was Hicham, one of the concierge team. He was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us when my wife fell ill. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a difficult situation much easier for us. He is a real credit to the hotel and made a lasting impression on our trip.
Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, the exceptional service — especially from Hicham — and the fantastic spa experience stood out the most.

I normally never post a review but we had an overall great time at the hotel. We were able to check in early which was great.
Rooms: A big shout out to the housekeepers who were very helpful, professional and friendly.
Food : we had a mixed feeling about the breakfast who was particularly disappointing. The food was mostly cold and not much of variety and the cup were dirty or broken. The hotel really need to focus and invest more in that. Also there were two members (a male and female ) of staff who were friendly at first by preparing our breakfast table every time, (don’t know why) which was much appreciated but starting to become awkward as they kept coming very minute to ask if everything was ok, so we gave them both a tip. But they wanted more . So during the five days there, we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast in peace. One time the female was cleaning up a table so we took the opportunity to “run”, but she literally run to us asking if everything was ok and if we’re coming to lunch. It was too much.
Aqua park pool: it was very good overall but little bit dirty. There were empty cups, and cigarettes everywhere.
Sauna: Soumia was very professional.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all amenities and attractions, which is a great advantage. The service is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The fact that the hotel is well-maintained is appreciated.
However, the food quality, particularly the breakfast and buffet, was very disappointing. The bread and pastries were served cold and dry, clearly not fresh. The breakfast lacked seasonal fruits, except for a few pieces of orange, and the juice was of poor quality and not fresh at all.
Moreover, the tea served did not resemble traditional Moroccan tea, as it lacked both the teapot and fresh mint. The overall breakfast selection was extremely limited, lacked variety, and the dishes and cups were not properly cleaned, which was concerning.
I strongly recommend that the hotel management focus more on improving the breakfast experience, as it is a very important meal, especially since most guests spend the day outside on activities and excursions. A good breakfast can truly enhance the overall stay.
One of the staff members near swimming pool at the hotel bar was not friendly or welcoming, which left a negative impression. I believe good customer service is essential, and I hope this issue can be addressed.

The hotel itself is really beautiful. Me and my party didn’t really enjoy the food. We were from the uk and feel our needs weren’t met. We were refused a downgrade from all inclusive to half board by the hotel. We weren’t eating at the hotel at all instead we went out to eat to places we knew we would like eg) McDonald’s. The staff were not really helpful, cleaners on the other hand were exceptional. The lifeguard was great seen as I drowned coming down the slides as I panicked. He was really empathetic. Rooms were spacious. Water area was amazing the highlight of our trip. Personally don’t see this as a 4 star hotel but a perfect hotel to just stay at on room only basis.

Will never stay in this hotel again, shocking experience. Note also that the area around the hotel is not safe at all. Unfortunately my hand bag was snatched not far from the hotel by a motorbike. Even though this was not the fault of the hotel, I asked for a first aid box from reception after the incident but the box was absolutely empty. There was not even a plaster in there!
I was taken to Nurses' room by the porter to check if there was any first aid, however there was none.
Nobody asked me how I was and what happened to me, no reassurance from any one. Manager did not ask me once if I am ok, nor did any staff.
