We stayed at Kresten Palace in Rhodes at the beginning of June, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. The receptionists, Eleni and Pamela, made us feel welcome from the start with a quick and smooth check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room than we had booked and also received a complimentary dinner for both me and my wife. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and a balcony. The room included everything we needed, including a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, and a very effective air conditioner. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including eggs, sausages, fruits, salads, homemade desserts, and different types of bread. The dinner buffet was also very good, with dishes changing regularly. We appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping team, who left a feedback sheet after each room cleaning. The hotel provides plenty of daily activities, such as pool games, aqua gym, and table tennis. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, and the hotel has convenient access to the beach, with free sunbeds and umbrellas available in designated areas. Most importantly, the entire staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The only improvement I would suggest is providing slippers in the rooms. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Kresten Palace to our friends, family, and anyone visiting Rhodes.

Service was amazing. Staff was very professional, accomadating, and made you feel like family. The restaurant manager does an amazing job. Aggeliki treated our daughter so well every morning at breakfast! Pamela, Nena, and Eliana managed to take care of every problem we threw at the front desk! It was truly an amazing stay!

For us, it was great value for money. It is a very affordable place to stay and it was comfortable, clean with great breakfast. We had sea and pool view so it was great. Parking is a little limited but we had no problem. Pool is very nice. Snack food by the pool is great. Pasta bolognese, burgers etc People who work here are nice, great customer service. It is about 15’ from old town by car. Having a car is recommended however there is a bus stop close to the property.

We stayed here for five nights with our 10-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. We booked the hotel without reading the Google reviews beforehand, which made me a little nervous about what to expect. In the end, there was no reason to worry. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. The pool was clean, and the free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. We rented a car, which made it easy to explore Rhodes, including the town centre, nearby beaches, and charming villages. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is convenient for guests who prefer not to drive. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families travelling with young children.

We have booked the double swim up room but, unfortunately, they gave us the one that didn’t have any direct sunshine on the balcony or the swimming pool. We spoke to the reception about this on the second day and they changed our room straight away and made the arrangement for the next morning. I was happy with the outcome as the new room was exactly what I needed for this holiday, even though we missed 3 whole days of enjoying the private swimming pool. The hotel was super nice, big, nice and clean. It has some patches that need fixing but nothing too bad. Sometimes there’s a weird smell by the main pool but I’m guessing nothing can be done about it. As we went in April, the hotel wasn’t too crowded which was nice as well. The only downside of the hotel is the dinner, personally I don’t think there’s enough diversity but you can still have a nice meal and everyday they do different dishes and desserts. The staff were amazing, I will always remember Nikki who made us feel super welcome and definitely made this holiday top 10! There’s also the hotel animator who was super friendly and the activities were nice. I would recommend the room, the hotel and the location. If you rent a car you’re 20 minutes away from Rhodes old town and 45 minutes from Lindos which was the best place we’ve been to.
