We got back from here yesterday and had the most fabulous time!
From start to finish every staff member was so friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much and anything we asked was dealt with straight away.
The rooms were very clean and spacious with great facilities for self catering.
Always had sunbeds available at any time of day, and the pools we great! Weather you want to relax or the kids wants to have fun, there's a great range of pools for all!
The entertainment team were great and we enjoyed all the different varieties of entertainment they had to offer! The kids loved the haunted house (lovely addition for halloween)
We went self catering but did have food from the hotel and we all enjoyed it!
All in all we had a fantastic time, great for both adults and kids.
We will see you again next year!

We recently stayed at Jutlandia Family Resort and left feeling deeply disappointed. For a hotel that markets itself as a family-friendly resort, the experience fell far short of what we expected and, frankly, what families should be able to trust.
There were a few positives. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and most of the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. The food was good enough that we could usually find something to eat.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The all-inclusive experience was inconsistent and poorly managed. There was only one type of beer available, and the cocktails came from a machine and were overly sweet and low quality. What was most frustrating was the lack of clarity and transparency when we booked, there was no indication that certain beers or cocktails would come at an extra charge. This only became apparent during our stay.
Even more frustrating was the inconsistency. One day we were told a piña colada made on the spot, the next day it suddenly wasn’t. When we raised this with guest relations, we were told it was due to new staff still be on training and that they(hotel) have an obligation to explain these charges but this was never clearly communicated to us. Small things also felt unnecessarily restrictive, like popcorn only being available until 6pm. It didn’t feel like a proper all-inclusive experience at all.
The room itself was also missing basic comforts. There was no tea, coffee, or milk provided, which is something we would normally expect as standard even in lower-rated hotels.
Accessibility was another major issue. There is no lift in the building, meaning we had to carry all of our luggage ourselves. I have a bad back, so this made both arrival and departure physically difficult and stressful.
However, the most serious and upsetting issue was safety something that should never, ever be compromised in a family resort.
Our son has ADHD and very little awareness of danger. We want to be very clear that we are attentive parents and are always on top of him, precisely because we know he has no sense of danger. This situation was not due to a lack of supervision on our part.
One day, while we were checking the pool temperature, we slipped into the water. The lifeguard was present, but he was on his phone, listening to music, and completely unaware of what was happening. Our son was in real danger, and it was absolutely terrifying. Thankfully, my partner managed to pull him out, but the situation should never have been allowed to happen.
The emotional impact on our son was heartbreaking. He was extremely shaken, crying, and later that night he had nightmares. It took us a long time to comfort him and help him feel safe again. As parents, that is something we will not forget.
We also witnessed other unsafe situations during our stay children walking around the bridge area unsupervised, with no staff intervention at all. It created an ongoing sense of worry rather than relaxation.
When we raised all of this concerns with guest relations, the response was incredibly disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility, we were told it was due to new staff still learning. We also felt, at times, that the situation was being downplayed in a way that made us feel judged as annoying guest which was deeply upsetting. While we understand that training takes time, safety is not something that can be “learned on the job” at the expense of guests especially children.
We left this hotel feeling upset, let down, and honestly quite shaken by the experience. A family holiday should feel safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Sadly, this was none of those things for us.
We are not people who normally complain we’re simple, easygoing people who just wanted a relaxed and happy family holiday, which is why this experience was so disappointing for us.
The price we paid for this holidays was well above the price we expect for a service like we had so poor.
After everything we experienced, we can say with certainty that we will never return to this hotel again.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the entertainment stage.
First off, the transfer time is very short—around 25–30 minutes by coach. The reception area is clean and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely helpful. We got all the information we needed on arrival and couldn’t fault the check-in experience.
The apartments are fairly basic, but perfectly functional. We went all-inclusive, though there are cooking facilities and a fridge if you need them. We were a bit concerned about noise, as we were only about 20 feet from the stage, but it really wasn’t an issue. You can hear the entertainment, but it doesn’t go on too late—and we actually enjoyed watching it from our balcony. The bar and snack bar are also just a short walk from any apartment.
The snack bar is excellent. Unlike many places, the food is freshly cooked to order rather than sitting under heat lamps. You order at the bar (burgers, hot dogs, chips, etc.), get a pager, and collect your food when it’s ready. We had lunch there most days and were never disappointed.
The all-inclusive food is good overall. We tend to stick to fresh fruit and local-style dishes rather than the usual “full English” options, and the quality of the fruit and veg was particularly impressive—fresh and plentiful. Meals are served at the sister hotel just across the road, but it’s literally a one-minute walk. There’s plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is relaxed—none of the usual chaotic, canteen-style rush you sometimes get. Staff here were excellent as well.
We stayed in April, and the pools were definitely on the cold side—but the kids didn’t mind at all! I braved it a couple of times, but it wasn’t for me.
The nearby beach is very clean and only a short walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies in the area if you want to eat out or pick anything up.
We were really impressed with the overall experience. That said, we got a particularly good deal—even during the April school holidays. Looking now, the same trip would cost significantly more (around £3,000 extra) in peak season. If we had paid full price, we might feel slightly differently, but for what we paid, this is easily one of the best places we’ve stayed—and we’ve travelled quite a bit.
Our advice would be to go in April if you can get a good price and take your chances with the weather. We had a mix: a couple of hot, sunny days around 26°C, some cooler overcast days around 16°C, and a few in between. Everyone still got a tan, and on the cooler days we just relaxed indoors playing cards in the lounge.
Everywhere is clean. The rooms and pool area and you can always see cleaners out doing their stuff. We never saw any loutish type stuff happening everyone seems chilled and didn't see people getting tanked listening to their own music and stuff like we have seen at other places.
Finally, I can’t praise the staff enough. They were consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. Given how busy it gets—especially with kids constantly at the bar—they handled everything with a smile. Credit to them.
Overall, we’d definitely recommend it—especially if you can get it at the right price.

We had a really good time at the Jutlandia this October. The housekeeping came every day and we got given new towels every day. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach is only a five minute walk just like the shops and the busstop to take the bus to places like Palma etc
The pools were clean and the kids absolutely loved them. All the staff were very friendly and gave their best all the time even though it was the last week of this season.
A special mention to the entertainment team. They definitely made our stay unforgettable
