The service is very friendly. The rooms are large and clean, which is the most important thing. The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast is also nice, with a good variety of options. Also, from 4 to 5 p.m. there’s an ice cream hour where you can enjoy free ice cream by the pool, and coffee, tea, and juice are available 24 hours a day for free in the lobby. There are also complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the rooms.
A small downside is that there’s no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us much since we brought our own.
The room size and comfort are truly great, I definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband I stayed here 5 years ago and were happy with the service and so booked again for 9 nights this Easter. We visit Marmaris every year.
Unfortunately the service has dropped massively since and we would not recommend or be re-visiting again.
Pros
The service/maintenance men that were called to fix broken items in our room were polite as quick- we had a shower that leaked all over the bathroom and a phone that didn’t work.
Reception staff were friendly
The room was okay sized
The bed was huge and comfy- this was lovely
The deluxe spa experience was perfect from the moment you walked in. The ladies catered to all your needs and pains and went above and beyond during the experience!
Cons
The daily clean was nothing more than a tidy of your bed (no new sheets, no sweeping of floor- an occasional mop) . Once our telephone was fixed we often had to call down as toilet rolls were not given. After the first few days we just collected these from reception as we walked back into the hotel as we knew we wouldn’t be given any.
The breakfast variety was very poor- I understand that I went during the start of the season but the options for breakfast was fried egg, chips, bread and salad and so after day 2 we stopped going to eat.
Service is SLOW- be prepared to remind staff of something you need such as a pillow or a blanket

Would not recommend this hotel! Staff were rude from the moment we got there especially reception. There was no bell boy we were just given the room card and told to go to the room. The room looked like the pictures but very run down and dirty, extremely dirty. The rooms were not cleaned daily and if you did put a sign on the door for it to be cleaned all that was done was a change of towels and some toilet roll. Or they’ll just leave your dirty towels left in the shower. The breakfast was horrible, same food every day barely any options and cold. The gym is bad looks like it’s never really cleaned as there is grit all over the floor, also barely any equipment and only about two weights in there. The pool was okay if u got a sunbed that wasn’t broken, so could do with some more. There is no air conditioning in the actual hotel ( lobby, restaurant). There is no hot water, the fridge in the room didn’t work. There’s old wee stains up the wall in the bathroom by the toilet. Pool rooms don’t have a balcony( we were not informed of this), Ur not allowed to play with a small blow up ball in the pool as it is ‘ disturbing’. There’s hardly any staff. All in all for a 4* hotel none of the above is acceptable, completely ruined my holiday not having a decent hotel to come back to.

Filthy room with stains from no idea on bedsheets and blackets on both beds in our room. Very unhelpful staff when asking for new sheets, and had to make 4 requests before an extra pillow was provided. Hotel Managers was very rude and unhelpful. Could not wait to check out and If I could of got a refund, I would have left immediately. Then the loud music from the Irish Pub next door till midnight was dreadful. Advertised a free parking but this is find your own side street parking local to hotel only.

The hotel is in an excellent location, conveniently close to local amenities and just a stone’s throw from the beach. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available—each benefiting from all-day sun exposure.
One drawback, however, is the gym. The facility is significantly under-equipped for a 4-star hotel. It features only three sets of free weights, with the heaviest being 10kg. Additionally, the benches are outdated, and the treadmills were not functioning during my stay. As someone who enjoys maintaining a training routine while on holiday, this was quite disappointing. I ended up using a local gym nearby, which offered far superior facilities.
A noteworthy perk is the hotel’s private beach access, which includes complimentary sunbeds. However, this feature is not advertised or signposted, and I only discovered it by chance.
The buffet is of a good standard, with high-quality food, and the staff throughout the hotel are friendly and attentive. One area that could use improvement is the air conditioning in the communal spaces. Unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in, the lobby and shared areas here were uncomfortably warm, despite AC units being present—they were simply not switched on.
Overall, the hotel enjoys a fantastic location and offers a pleasant stay, but a few improvements, particularly to the gym and communal comfort, would elevate the experience significantly.
