From the moment my husband, three children and I arrived, we received such a warm welcome from the reception team. We only had half an hour before breakfast ended, and the lovely ladies at reception told us to forget the check-in for now and go enjoy breakfast first. That’s where the good vibes began!
The food throughout our stay was delicious, and the restaurant staff were always friendly and professional. The children especially loved the poolside burgers and daily ice cream.
Our room was perfect — comfortable beds, cleaned every day and always smelling fresh. The lovely lady who cleaned our room was so sweet, and despite speaking little English, we understood each other perfectly. She even decorated our bed with flowers and towel swans — such a beautiful touch!
The kids’ club was fantastic. The lady there was amazing with the children, and the evening activities were brilliant. My children loved singing and dancing on stage with her.
The spa is definitely a must! We were offered a great deal, and the lady who did my hammam and Turkish bath was friendly, professional and amazing. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep — I left feeling like a newborn!
The gentleman at the information desk was incredibly helpful, recommending places to visit and arranging a fantastic tour guide for us. Our guide was friendly, hilarious and made our trips even more memorable.
We also had a lovely experience with the hotel photographer, who gave us a great deal and created a beautiful family photo album.
Even on our final day, the hotel went above and beyond. As our flight was late, they stored our luggage and allowed us to continue using the facilities and enjoy breakfast and lunch. When it was finally time to leave, several staff members came out to see us off — such a lovely and touching gesture.
Highly recommended, especially for families. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely recommend it to family and friends and would absolutely come back! ❤️

We had a nice holiday here.
The pools were clean.
The staff were lovely!
Food was mostly good.
Usually something to enjoy during the buffet.
Noticeably better when the head chef was on site!
The all inc cream was lovely.
The room was clean and cleaned reasonably well, most days.
The other guests of the hotel were all friendly.
Albeit the hotel certainly catered for chicken nugget and chip eating adults and kids.
If you get my drift.
My only comment for improvement is that dinner should start earlier than 7pm.
We’ve got a 15 month old baby boy who is usually asleep by 7pm so it was a struggle to keep him awake and happy each night.
Great air con in the room too!

A good hotel with great facilities, several swimming pools with music and entertainment programs, a gym, and massage services. You could say it’s a very family-friendly environment.
It’s not far from the sea, and they provide a shuttle service for transportation.
Free snacks, free ice cream, and very clean rooms—suitable even for people who are particular about cleanliness.
I gave the rooms a lower rating because some of the equipment in certain rooms, such as the TVs, was quite old.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Orka to everyone.

For others going to Fethiye reccommend this hotel because this has been one of the greatest hotels.First is the hotel room. Its super nice especially in the Annex.Large Balcony.Large room and Very good Cleaning staff.Next is the staff They Were super friendly and fair they didnt have any favouritism.The food was great! And it was fresh and hot and the dessert was even better.The location was great if you want to go somewhere they have tons of locations.There is one downside like with all hotels The Aquapark was far and the Food was a bit expensive Overall 10/10

Just got back done 10 days with my family ,hotel was nice friendly staff and cleaners asked to be moved because had ants 🐜 in room by bed but bloke behind reception said hotel was fully booked so said cant move ,i understand we was on bottom floor so cuz of the garden bit the ants where coming in if you can peeps ask them to put you on a top floor one .I went to change 20 pound in lira at reception and young chap ripped me of gave me 600 and something lira so went back to him said sorry lol so just becarful of that lol 😆 😅 food was ok always something to eat but ate out most nights ,spa is the best ive had was so relaxed and felt like a new women after it my 11 year old girl and 14 year old boy had one and loved it. would i come back again to this hotel no we prefer to have slides on hotel so didn't keep having to go to the orka world aqua park its a rip of having nowhere to get free drink or food there that's the only down fall abt that and its very expensive to by drinks and food there if you wanna go everyday with kids so be mindful when booking there the slides are not on hotel 😁😁
