We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and overall had a mixed experience.
Starting with the food – there was a good variety and the taste was decent. However, the biggest issue was that the food was often cold, despite being kept on a hot buffet plus cats always around which was bit annoying as they jumped on the chair to grab food. Out of our entire stay, we only had warm food a couple of times. There were no live cooking stations or themed buffet nights, and the menu felt quite repetitive. Even at breakfast, the eggs were mostly cold and there was no live omelette counter, which you would normally expect at a hotel of this standard.
Service was a bit confusing at first. Initially, we felt it wasn’t great, but then realised there was no table service – no waiters coming to ask if you needed drinks or anything else. Guests had to go to the bar themselves. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, but for what is advertised as a 5-star hotel, the service could definitely be improved. The dining area was often untidy, and small details like mismatched chairs made the place look a bit messy, which was surprising given some of the areas were quite beautifully maintained.
In terms of the hotel itself, some areas were very well maintained and looked great, while others didn’t quite match that standard.
On the positive side, the heated indoor pool was excellent and a real highlight. The main outdoor pools, however, were always quite busy with kids. If you’re travelling without children, it’s probably better to visit during school term time or consider an adults-only hotel.
We had booked a sea view room, and the view was absolutely stunning – definitely one of the best parts of our stay. The location of the hotel is also very good, and compared to other nearby properties we saw, this one stood out positively. Having a private sandy beach was a big plus too, although we felt it could have been cleaned more regularly.
That said, we have stayed at other 5-star hotels in places like Bodrum and Antalya, and in comparison, those offered better service, facilities, and overall finish. For us, this hotel felt more like a 4-star resort rather than a true 5-star experience.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, i went at the end of march this year. Nice resort, extremely kind and helpful staff, the only issue we had was the food, a few members in my family got ill from the chicken here, mainly the chicken kebab in the bottom floor food area on -3 (dont remember the name) thats open at lunchtimes. Everything was perfect apart from the food. The weather was extremely bad while we were there but it was still enjoyable.

Our stay at Lotus Beach Hotel in Turkey was absolutely amazing! The food was fantastic fresh, varied, and delicious every single day. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The pool area was beautiful and perfectly maintained, and the beach was just steps away.
The staff really made the difference always smiling, helpful, and ready to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything about this place feels five-star, from start to finish.
We can’t wait to come back highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday!

It was our first visit to Turkey, and we were so glad we chose this place, it couldn’t have been a better introduction.
The hotel is very modern and impressively large, set in a great location. What we really loved is how it’s designed across multiple levels and zones, making it easy to either enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with music and entertainment or find a secluded spot for some proper relaxation.
We stayed in room 942, which was perfectly located, and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed.
It’s easy to see why this resort works so well for families. There’s so much to do and experience that you genuinely don’t need to leave. We travelled as a family of four (kids aged 4 and 7) from 1–7 April, and although we had a heavy storm during the first two days, the staff made such an effort to keep everyone happy that we still had a fantastic time regardless of the weather.
The staff are some of the most hardworking we’ve ever seen at a resort. Everyone is warm and friendly, yet always professional, attentive without ever feeling intrusive, which we really appreciated.
The food offers a huge variety and is consistently fresh, with plenty of seasonal options. Even the pickiest eaters will find more than enough to enjoy. The cocktails in the lobby were excellent; those by the pool and beach were slightly different, as expected, but still very good with lots of choice.
A special mention goes to the entertainment team - such an energetic and enthusiastic group. They took wonderful care of the kids during the day (Mary is lovely, our children adored her) and delivered fantastic evening entertainment. The Turkish night was a real highlight, and DomDom did a great job keeping everyone in high spirits.
I also treated myself to a hammam experience at the hotel, opting for the deluxe package - it was absolutely amazing and a real highlight of the stay.
Overall, the atmosphere, hospitality, location, incredible variety, and beautiful views made this an unforgettable experience. We’re completely converted, and although we usually like to try new places, we’d come back here in a heartbeat.
