We stayed from 11th to 16th May and were very fortunate with the weather.
Pro’s:
Hotel was clean and well organised and the staff polite.
The location was perfect as it’s directly at the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants around.
The food was great and the variety meet our needs well. There wasn’t a single night where I struggled to find a decent option for food.
Cons:
I think the hotel rooms need some minor TLC as the bathroom and bed dressing could do with adjustments and repairs but they were clean.
the dinning hall felt very cramped and noisy but the food and service was excellent.
Overall great for the price and had great views of Can pickafort, the seas and surrounding area.
We would 100% return and it’s great for those looking to explore Pollenca old town, the ports , Alcúdia and of course Can pickafort.
However If you wanted to see anywhere else you would have to make the effort to return to Palma and go out from there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is a very pleasant place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The hotel is located right next to the beach, offering beautiful views of the sea. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a cup of coffee while looking out at the sea — truly peaceful and refreshing.
The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. However, what makes this hotel truly stand out is the exceptional service. The gentlemen working in the restaurant are incredibly kind, polite, and always smiling. Their positive attitude creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel special.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is right next to the beach and not far from the concert venue. The staff is wonderful and very efficient. The rooms are a bit uninviting—white walls and minimal decor, which is a little off-putting—and we stayed on the first floor. But the large terrace was a plus.

Rooms are small . Had to move the chest of draws out of the wardrobe, so I could hang my clothes . Staff are excellent and very friendly . Evening entertainment was fab geez some great singers. Great location but if you want to visit palms it’s 1.5 hour bus journey . Great variety of food in the area but found expensive compared to Malaga . Struggled to find a good restaurant that serves fish and tapas at a reasonable price. Breakfast at the restaurant is great.

To start, I’ve been to about 40 resorts around the world, so I have a basis for comparison. Stay from July 7 to July 11, room number 111. This hotel deserves three stars—and only three stars. It has a nice location near the beach and a lovely restaurant with a view of the bay. That’s where the positives end. Now for the negatives: the room is very, very small—no table, no chair, not even any glasses. The bathroom lacks a shelf for toiletries, and the toilet is positioned just 10 centimeters from the wall. As for the food, this is certainly not a hotel for meat lovers. There are five food stations in the dining area: one for vegetables, one for fruit, and one for sweets and ice cream. One station is used for frying—making omelets at breakfast or frying fish at dinner. That leaves the last station, which is supposed to hold the main courses. There are five or six serving dishes containing food: one had spinach, another pasta, and a third lentils. The remaining two held some very tough beef and, in the last one, pieces of fish. That was it. Can you call that a selection? I left dinner after just 10 minutes. Now, the pool: it isn't an integral part of the hotel; it’s across the street. It’s in the shade for most of the day—maybe three or four hours of sunlight.The air conditioning is centrally controlled. After the first night, I asked for a second key card so the AC could run continuously; otherwise, if you only turn it on in the evening, it doesn't cool the room down. I have no idea where the high ratings come from; personally, I do not recommend it. Finally, a note to whoever might want to reply to my comment: don't write about how sorry you are or anything like that—just give a concrete response to my specific points. And don't invite me back; I certainly won't be returning.
