What a great resort. The staff here are all wonderful and can't do enough for you. Christine at the pool bar is very attentive and friendly, and the entertainment team are fantastic. Our kids, 11 and 8, joined in with many of the activities and loved them all. Evening entertainment was varied and finished around 10pm which was perfect. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I would've liked bigger towels in the bathroom but that's just being picky. The hotel is located in an excellent position, right near the beach (which is beautiful) and a large supermarket opposite. It's only a short taxi ride (around 6 euro) to a variety of places to eat. We did walk a few times before our youngest hurt her foot, it takes around 20 min. Alcudia Port isn't far away, again with lovely places to eat out. Pool area is great, we spent many hours just relaxing as a family. I have to say, we were sad to be leaving. We don't usually go back to the same place on holiday as we like to try different places, however we are already looking to book the Ivory Playa for next year as everyone enjoyed it so much. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we can't wait to visit again.

recently stayed at this hotel, and although a small issue occurred during my stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. Francisco handled the situation with complete professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. He not only processed the refund quickly but also went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest.
His approach turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I am truly grateful and will gladly return to this hotel in the future, knowing that such dedicated staff are taking care of their guests.

I stayed here with my partner and son- I couldn’t fault it in any way. I read reviews before we went, and they are glowing, and rightly so! I thought I would add my own review. What an absolute dream! Every single member of staff was wonderful and made us feel so welcome! It was perfect for children and families, but I would stay here under any circumstances. Upon arrival, check in was smooth and no problems. I wish we had added the food onto our package, as it was amazing but we wanted to try out the nearby restaurants. This hotel has everything. A lovely swimming pool with a shallow and deep end, sunbeds around the pool, there was a heated pool which was a little deep but great. Some of the days the weather wasn’t brilliant, but they have a lovely spa which can be used by all ages, with a jacuzzi and sauna that we loved. The pool bar is amazing, food is gorgeous, drinks are generous and well priced, and staff so kind and helpful! There was an outdoor smoking area which was helpful for us with the habit, and out of the way of the pool and children. The animation team/ entertainers where wonderful, no efforts where spared and they made time and effort to bond with everyone. Evening entertainment was great, they have a mini disco every night, which my son couldn’t wait for! They included everybody and got us all up dancing! Then they have games or live bands which everyone thoroughly enjoyed, there really was something for everyone. It all finished by 10:00 and we had such peaceful nights in the room, no loud noise and comfy beds. Housekeepers always greeted us too and we always had clean bedding and towels, comfortable beds too! I loved the balcony also, I think every room has a balcony and some enjoyed the entertainment from their balconies. They even gave us some sweets for the plane as we left. This is a beautiful hotel, and we really hope to come back!
It is also worth mentioning that it is the perfect location. Gorgeous beaches all the way up and very close. The lake was close and that was lovely too! Lots of shops very close, with everything you could want, and towns in walkable distance, also lots of options for entertainment, water parks, lovely restaurants, and more!

Vacation at this hotel was wonderful and nice.
I’d definitely say that administration of hotel can solve issues! At first we had a room which disappointed us a bit, but on second day the hotel manager offered us another room, it was very nice! The rooms are great, the air conditioner works well, very tasty breakfasts and very VERY friendly staff, they were very kind and always smiling.
We liked the hotel, I think we will come back here and I recommend you :)

What a lovely hotel and such friendly staff from cleaners, reception and bar staff.
The rooms are well presented and obviously been updated over recent years. The bathrooms are lovely with a waterfall shower with an additional showerhead. Body wash is supplied.
Kitchen is as expected. Small freezer compartment in fridge. There was a bottle of water when we arrived so not sure if the hotel supplied or it had been left.
Dishwashing soap, scourer and t-towel all provided.
The sofabeds in the living room are the best i have come across. They convert to single beds with proper mattresses.
Balcony was of a fair size. We were at the back of the hotel, inland facing and we could not use early evening as was too hot. Never seen a metal table on a balcony before - this got extremely hot - so much so think you could have cooked food on it...
The hotel, gardens and pool areas are spotless. Did feet that loungers were on top of each other but the comfiest loungers i have come across though the metal frames can get hot.
The pool bar offers well priced snacked and very good quality.
Hotel was a 30 second walk to the beach which is stunning. The water was crystal clear and shallow
We loved the hotel but the area for not really for us - the main road could be noisy, if you are inland facing. Nothing too much on your doorstep but a large supermarket across the road and a French bakery ….the croissants straight our the over at 8am are to die for.
Buses passing the hotel every 15 mins to either Can Picafort or Alcudia.
A relaxing time was had
