This is a fantastic hotel for families. The day time entertainment is great for adults and kids in the pool. There are 3 pools for everyone, there is also a pool chair lift for those with mobility issues. We always found sun loungers and there were no mad dashes by any nationality. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the poolside bar staff are amazing. The kids menu I thought was good value, as you get a drink and an ice-cream as part of the meal. They were all hard working throughout the day and evenings. The night entertainment was varied with music acts. Gym, pool and table tennis and spa. We went self-catering, rooms were nicely decorated. The kitchenette was a little small but functional for our needs. Great location to the beach, literally 1 minute. 10 mins one wah and you get to some great restaurants for a fair price. 15 mins another way towards Port Alcudia you have KFC. If you go to Port Alcudia then they a lot of restaurants but they are on the high side as it's geared for tourists. The beach was clean and water crystals clear turquoise and blue. I would definitely stay at Ivory Playa again. If you're looking for a quiet couples retreat then this is NOT the hotel as I said it's family orientated.

This is our third time at the Ivory Playa Hotel, and we always love coming back. The entire staff—managers, receptionists, waiters, kitchen staff, entertainers, housekeepers, and maintenance crew—is helpful and courteous. They truly care about your well-being and go out of their way to ensure you are happy and well looked after 🙂 Every evening features interesting performances, concerts, and shows, preceded by activities for the youngest guests. The food in the restaurant and at the poolside bar is excellent. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. On-site amenities include billiards, table tennis, a gym, and massage services. Wi-Fi works very well throughout the property. It is about 100 meters to the sea, where the water is warm and clean, and there is an 8 km long sandy beach. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as a well-stocked Eroski supermarket. There is a direct bus to the airport and connections to other convenient destinations. The hotel is particularly family-friendly, which is a definite plus. I hope this wasn't my last stay at the Ivory Playa Hotel and that I’ll be back again 😊

We have literally just left the hotel to return to the airport and we feel sad to be leaving.
The hotel has been great for our self catering, 8 night stay. The room had great facilities (2 ring induction hob, fridge) and comfortable beds. Bathroom was great too. Everywhere was clean and didn’t see any litter by the pool- all guests seemed to respect the tidyness and use the bins.
There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols and generally people respected the 10am opening. With only a handful of towels down before that time on a couple of days. Guests are waiting at the entrance before 10am but it seems very respectful and not every bed was taken first off.
The staff were friendly and the entertainment team were great and there was a good variety of activities for the whole family if you wanted to. They weren’t pushy.
Prices for the pool side cafe and bar were reasonable and the food at the pool cafe was lovely with great service.
We checked out at 11am and were able to leave our cases in a secure room with shower facilities. This was a big plus for us as we have a late flight back tonight.
Location was great for local restaurants and bus travel to Alcúdia Old Town and Port. We also caught the bus to Palma for the train to Sóller (a long day but worth it).
Plenty of supermarkets nearby too.
Thank you Ivory Playa for a great, relaxing holiday. We are absolutely coming back next year, and we’re not the sort of people who return to hotels so that tells you all you need to know.

Amazing Stay at Ivory Playa Hotel
We’ve had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ivory Playa Hotel in Alcudia. From the moment we arrived, the whole experience has been fantastic. The hotel, facilities, food and location have all been brilliant, but what really stands out is the staff and the level of service they provide.
A special mention has to go to Omar, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. He is friendly, welcoming, hardworking and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time. He is a real credit to the hotel and a huge asset to the team.
We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be leaving with some fantastic memories. Thank you to everyone at Ivory Playa for making our holiday so special — and a massive thank you to Omar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a good decision to book this hotel. It is kids- and family-friendly, and we felt comfortable as we saw lots of British families at the hotel. There is plenty of roadside parking, and it is literally a few minutes' walk to the soft sand beach (see attached). They have evening shows for kids and two decent family pools. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Rossario and Francisco for looking after us. See you again 👍
