Staff are great, very friendly and accommodating. Bottled water and juice is restocked in the rooms regularly. Balcony is a good size. Great location, short walk to the beach. Plently of bars nearby and quiet compared to other areas.
Unfortunately the hotel itself let's it down. The rooms were much smaller than advertised with half the ceiling sloping away. If you're over 5ft you'll have to crouch down. Showers are tiny. Sunbeds by the pool seem to be reserved every morning by 8am
As I'm writing this there must be 100+ sunbeds with towels and less than a dozen people sat by the pool. Staff need to remove towels if the sunbeds are not being used. Food is average, drinks are watered down and music is very loud. You are also woken up by the mosque at 3/4am everyday.

I stayed at the Ideal Pearl with my girlfriend for one week and we had a fantastic experience. We arrived late at night and the check-in process was quick and straightforward. Our luggage was taken to the room for us, and we were shown how to use the safe and air conditioning, which was a nice touch.
The pool area is excellent — we never had any issues finding sunbeds, the water was always at a comfortable temperature, and the sun shines around the pool until about 5pm.
The food was lovely. I can be a bit of a fussy eater, but there wasn’t a single day where I didn’t find something to enjoy. There’s a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, and all main meals are clearly labelled with allergens, which was very reassuring. The only downside was the dessert section, as not every item had allergen information listed, so with a nut allergy I had to be cautious and avoid most of them.
The bar service was excellent — fast, friendly, and always with a smile. Hasan in particular stood out as a fantastic bartender who was always up for a chat and a bit of banter.
The entertainment team, Bobby and Diego, were both brilliant — friendly, approachable, and always working hard to keep things fun and interactive. The only small criticism is that the poolside music became a little repetitive, but it’s understandable if the same playlist runs each day.
If you’re booking activities, I highly recommend speaking to Marco in reception. He was incredibly helpful in arranging excursions for us. While booking directly through him can be slightly more expensive than the street kiosks, the convenience of hotel pick-up and drop-off made it worthwhile.
The rooms were modern, clean, and well maintained, with the option to have bed sheets and towels changed as often as you like. My only minor complaint is that the beds were on the firmer side.
Overall, our stay at the Ideal Pearl was extremely enjoyable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

the hotel is immaculate, the team are constantly clearing and cleaning. the rooms are of a decent size, in good decorative order, hot water & decent water pressure on demand, and A/C that really worked and was really needed!! The hygiene team cleaned the room daily and were very pleasant.
The team in other areas, specifically the restaurant, café, bar seating areas were absolutely amazing. They were again, always clearing up after us messy guests. When they came to collect glasses they'd ask if you'd like a refill and would get that for you. After a couple of days they learned what we usually ordered and when they saw us coming to the outdoor seating are they'd either have the drinks at the bar waiting for us or they'd direct us to a table that they'd just put our drinks on and asked if we were happy. They always appeared happy, they were always polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our stay. The shift managers appeared to have a good working relationship with their team and I spoke with one of them regularly and he was very approachable and friendly and got stuck in with the clearing and cleaning himself.
The food was very good, varied each day - a mixture of hot, cold, and grilled food outside. There was a wide range of meat based, and veggie food options along with the usual hotel desserts and fresh fruit everyday.
the pool actually wasn't freezing, and when I was at the hotel, most of my time was spent in the pool. There was the usual sunbed issue which every hotel suffers, but despite the size of the hotel and the pool area, there were a lot of sunbeds and assistants around to move / put out more beds if required.
My wife & i only have 1 little complaint and 1 concern. The complaint was that, for us, the beds were a little too firm; but each to their own, others may not have had a problem.
the concern was that the luggage room was no longer used. Instead a room with an opaque glass door and a wall with a decorative cut-out design in it opposite the reception are is now used. Now this may seem perfectly fine however, this room is immediately adjacent to the hotel entrance and there is no control over the use of this room, people can enter when they like, and the reception team, when I was watching, didn't appear to acknowledge when people entered / left the room and the team can't directly see into the room, instead, relying on a camera in the room. the issue being the camera won't jump out and stop anyone from stealing / interfering with other's luggage. Also no identifying tags or identifying feature was placed on luggage. I could go into the room, select a nice piece of luggage and walk out of the hotel and see what I go out with and no one would know until the owner went in to find their luggage missing.
The hotel is a solid 4 start hotel, the service level is a high 4 star. I hope the management team recognise their best asset - the people. I hope that tips put in the tip boxes do actually go to these wonderful hard working people.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days. The staff were amazing. The hotel was very clean. We were surprised by the hospitality, all were very helpful and the entertainment team “Bobby and Diego” are very friendly.
The food was lovely with lots of variety, the drinks are what you expect at an all inclusive.
The location was really good , lots of pubs, bars and shops nearby, the beach is a 5 minute walk and you can get the public bus for a small price into Marmaris from the main road near the hotel.
We recommend the spa downstairs for a Turkish bath and massage although they will try to upsell after saying that you need more treatments to fix whatever ailments they’ve diagnosed you with. However , they probably make a lot of money through that and the services they provide are excellent.
The only annoyance we had was not with the hotel itself. Like most all inclusive hotels there seems to be a sun bed war going on and to get a decent sun bed you will need to put a towel down at around 6:30-7.
Overall, the hotel was very pleasant and I definitely recommend it.
Oh for Godsake
Room, great. Food, great. Service from the waiters/waitresses, etc, 5 star. This hotel would have got 5 stars all around. But on the last day, I had a misunderstanding with the very aggressive sauna receptionist when she pushed her face into mine because I took a towel from a cupboard. I naturally called her out for it and reported it to the hotel reception. They were no help and the hotel liaison lied to us saying people had complained about our behaviour all week, and then retracting the lie once confronted. Nice try, we were laid in the corner all week minding our business, hardly speaking to people. They were obviously covering their backs because of their aggressive nature. I found out later that the same liason lady and some of the spa/sauna staff (including the very aggressive receptionist) were bullying my wife close to tears when I wasn't there.
It started out as a misunderstanding, which would have easily been sorted if the spa receptionist wasn't such an aggressive bully, and the liaison lady actually tried to calm the situation instead of escalating it.
My advice? Do not use this hotel. They will, at some point, ruin your holiday.
