The only thing that lets this hotel down is the fact that they charge an extra €7 to bring you any room service, I haven’t been anywhere where this has been the case. Buffet dinner is very overpriced for what it is, however it was quite nice. Salmon cooked by the chef was raw inside but they did apologise so hopefully in the future this won’t happen to anyone else!
A very very beautiful hotel. Staff are very welcoming and kind, definitely the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. A very peaceful relaxing location with various restaurants around you and beaches!

We went there for a short family trip (4 person, holy trinity holidays) - spontanously booked and we are more as happy that we did. Nice place, great hotel, (fine weather), friendly&organized staff.
Amazing roof top experience and gorgeous 270° seaview from our room.
Access to the sea (missing swim ladder) should be more comfortable.
it took some time getting used to the architecture of our rooom, having the bathroom facilities in the open area of the premises....

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, perfect for solo travelers! The room was fantastic, with a beautiful sea view that really made the experience special. The food was consistently great, both at breakfast and dinner, with plenty of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and always found a solution whenever I needed anything.
A big plus is that you can rent bikes for free, which makes it easy to explore the area.
The beautiful Es Trenc beach is also very close and within walking distance, which was a highlight of my trip. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is very clean, modern, full of nice amenities. The service is excellent: The staff are always smiling at clients, kind, very careful and caring. They value all the clients’ needs and desires, they offer perfection in every detail. Food is gorgeous, and Julia (the lady grilling meat and fish) is amazing: you really can not but eat her grilled food every evening !!
Super nice service at the arrival: the staff at the reception let new comers have a Seat and relax themselves while they offer a local drink and they sit by the client’s side to proceed with the check in procedures.
Definitely worth a second visit!

We went as a family group and they could not have been more welcoming. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were well appointed and clean and the staff were amazing. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. The rooms were cleaned more than once a day, and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Although the hotel was full it did not seem crowded. The pools were good, and the waiters were excellent. Fran in particular was a real character, remembering our drinks preferences and taking the trouble to wind up our son, who is a Liverpool fan, by showing him an Everton shirt.
