My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and we really enjoyed everything. We arrived late in the evening; the receptionist quickly processed the paperwork and explained everything in detail. The staff in general were very friendly and eager to help. Our room had two balconies—something my son loved, as he had his own private one. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings, though the nights were still cool, so we were glad the room was stocked with throws and we didn't have to lug our own blankets along. Housekeeping doesn't do a full clean every day—so try to keep the mess to a minimum—but the maids did make the beds every morning. As a thank-you, my son folded the towels into teddy bear shapes; he wanted to brighten their day. The dining hall menu was fairly repetitive from day to day, but there was a wide selection of dishes, including plenty of meat, seafood, vegetables, and desserts. None of us have allergies, so I can't speak to how they handle allergens. Meal times were convenient; we never worried about oversleeping or missing breakfast or dinner. The poolside bar offered drinks, snacks, and ice cream, though they only served them in small paper cups—so it’s better to buy large plastic cups at a nearby shop to enjoy your cold beer or lemonade. There was also a coin-operated pool table (1 euro per game) near the pool, so make sure to stock up on coins. It was a bit disappointing that there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool on some days, but sunbathing on the artificial turf was fine, too. By the way, the hotel doesn't provide pool towels, so bring your own or buy some at a nearby shop. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, shops, and bars. It’s a 15-minute walk to the sea involving a flight of stairs, so be prepared for the climb back up. We also planned a trip to the Siam Park, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. A shuttle bus was supposed to pick us up from the hotel, but we had to wait a long time, and the buses were overcrowded. Fortunately, the water park was only a 20-minute walk away, so we just walked there instead. The next day, we went on a boat trip. It was a really interesting experience, though swimming in the open ocean was a bit scary—the water was cold. Overall, we have wonderful memories of the vacation! Just keep in mind that it’s a 3-star hotel; for that category, they did an excellent job!

Good Location, Good Value, but Don't Expect Luxury
Cards on the table, this hotel is in a great location, and that's probably its biggest selling point. The hotel itself is fairly average – not amazing, but not terrible either.
The food could definitely have been better. There was enough choice that we never went hungry, but after a few days it became a bit repetitive. Being all-inclusive, the drinks were a bonus and there was plenty available. If the food isn't to your taste, there are lots of restaurants just a short walk away, so it's not a major issue.
The pool area wasn't anything special, but that didn't bother us as we prefer getting out and exploring rather than spending all day by the pool.
Overall, we felt we got what we paid for. It wasn't a luxury experience, but it offered decent value for money in a fantastic location.
Would I return? Yes, I probably would. As long as you go with realistic expectations and don't expect five-star luxury, it's a perfectly reasonable base for a holiday.

Second time to stay here its a lovely clean hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. Could do with a little refurb in some areas.
A lot of the sunbeds were broken underneath where u wanted to raise the seat or lower it to certain point as they were last year.
However the food this time was not very pleasant it was either cold or hot and way too salty we ended up eating out a lot due to this and not a very good choice it was it either pork or chicken fish. We talked to others who said they ended up warming some of their food up in the microwave.
Yes 3star all inclusive but then to pay all the extras I can understand with a safe but not remotes a kettle should already be in the room especially for a 3star hotel.
WiFi should be definetly be included in the booking price if it worked all the time.
The paper cups are ridiculously small why are you not using reusable plastic cups. And the proper paper coffee cups not those.
We would return for a 3rd stay but my partner has asked me not to book because the food has put him off returning.
Also what happens to items left behind by guests any other hotel ive stayed at they have put any sun tan creams sprays etc by the pool bar so people can help themselves if they need them. Also I saw a collapse kettle that was left behind and other items what happens to them.

We have returned from this hotel and have waited a week before entering this review.
We had an early morning flight from East Midlands and arrived at the hotel 13.00 hrs only to be told we couldn’t check in till 15.00 hrs so had to kick our heels for two hours.
We were told to check their website!
We paid 15 euros for Wi-Fi on the whole complex but we could only get it in the reception and bar. We were told that an engineer would come to our appt and adjust the router, there was no router in our appt.
You have to pay hefty deposits for remotes for air conditioning and tv, which you got back but this did tie up your funds.
You pay for the safe which is normal at most hotels but I did not expect to have to pay 6 euros a day for sunbed mattresses and sun brolly on the rooftop pools, where there was no shade whatsoever apart from a small area around the pool bar where people ate. . This I think it’s disgusting considering it was an all inclusive holiday and
The very high temperatures the Canaries are renown for.
The rooms were clean, staff helpful and food good and varied.
I would think twice if taking a family there with the extra cost of sun protection

Just returned from a week at this hotel, I have to say I think I am a 4* snob!! this hotel was very tired and could do with an update of fixtures and fittings and furniture, almost eveything in our room looked totally worn out, but strangely despite this I did like it, the rooms were serviced daily, I won't say cleaned because this wasn't our experience, but the beds were made and towels changed etc. unfortunately I found my bed to have a very hard mattress which was havoc on the old hips! But I will say the food was lovely, drinks plentiful and the staff very friendly and helpful, be prepared to pay a deposit on remote controls and the room safe key, but I think this is fairly standard these days, shame the wifi isn't free as in a lot of hotels now, I found my UK provider to be cheaper, overall I think this hotel has a lovely heart, and I think I would go back, but maybe when it has had a refurb.
