Well-situated hotel, right on the main strip and close to pharmacies, grocery stores, and within walking distance of the beach (see pic). The property is kept very clean, and the people who work here are genuinely lovely and welcoming.
We booked this hotel mainly because of the renovated rooms we saw online, but unfortunately, we were given one of the older rooms. In terms of style, it felt a little dated and was quite small, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s still a perfectly good place to stay.
There’s a small fridge in the room, but no safe. They have a great pool and provide towels for the pool.
They also offer a breakfast buffet for €15 per person, or €13 per person if you have breakfast more than twice during your stay.
Overall, a convenient, clean, and friendly hotel — just be aware that not all of the rooms have been renovated yet.
Update: The hotel has responded stating that all rooms are equipped with a safe. Unfortunately, however, there was no safe visible in room 209, either behind the curtains or behind the door. We specifically looked for one during our stay and, had there been one, we certainly would have used it, especially as we were staying for 7 days. For this reason, we can only comment on our actual experience in the room we were assigned.

I spent one week in this hostel and the host Pilar provides a great, relaxing experience:-) The rooms are cute with a great balcony. Several small and bigger beaches are nearby, so I could go to the beach at 7 oclock and then come back for breakfast. The hotel is in the middle of the centre but still very quite.I could go from here to Cala Sa Nau and Cala Egos on foot for some hiking experience.The bus stop is 5 min away, too, to go to the Natural Park Montagro or to the Dragon caves.
One additional note, everyone in the hotel seems to know every kind of language and is super friendly:-)

This hotel made our stay in Cala D'Or perfect. It was clean and comfortable with a relaxed beachy style. Great pool area. Staff were always around to help and we especially appreciated the friendly face who checked us in at 2am! We would highly recommend Ses Puntetes.

Very nice hotel in Cale D‘Or. stayed across the street first and then moved to this place and it was much nicer than the previous stay. Extremely friendly staff, nicely renovated rooms. Feels nicer than a 3 Star hotel. Great location and very walkable too with lots of free parking around.

leaving a review before we finished our stay, because I really appreciate the facilities and staff of the hotel. everyone who works there is super friendly and speaks multiple (!) languages.
facalities are really clean and the rooms are super comfy. we worked for 2-3 days from here and used the bar and cafe area to do some remote work. tip: ask for their homemade lemonade at the bar!
they also offer breakfast with a slight discount if you stay for more than 1 day :)
they also have a 24h shift, which really helped my wife and me because we had to find a local hospital to get her a tetanus shot in the middle of the night.
overall, I would 100% book a stay here again.
