We came here to stay for my birthday. Booked through love holidays and unfortunately found that the hotel had not been advertised correctly.
Firstly, there is NO onsite parking, you have to try and find a space on the roads around the hotel which was very difficult at times. Sometimes we had to drive around for 30 minutes to try and find somewhere to park.
Secondly, your room is not cleaned when you ask them to clean it. We raised a complaint 3 times about this issue as the hotel was re-making our beds with dirty linen and not replacing our shower towels. Out fridge was also not re-stocked of water during our stay so we bought our own. The rooms are also absolutely tiny with very limited storage for two suitcases. We were not able to unpack much whilst we were there as there was not enough room for clothes and other belongings.
Thirdly, the food and dining room set up is not suitable for allergy sufferers. I had reached out to the hotel prior to booking and checked they could accommodate for coeliacs, peanut, nut and sesame allergy and they said yes they could and it would not be a problem. My allergy is severe and I carry round epi pens so it was very important that the hotel was able to accommodate. We booked for breakfast and dinner following the reassuring email from the hotel. On the first morning, I showed my allergy card that is translated into Spanish to the dining staff. They fetched the head chef who kindly took me round the dining room and told me what I could and couldn’t eat. He said I would be able to eat the yogurt and fruit which is next to nut bowls, cereal and fresh pastries. All of these can be easily dropped/spilled and cross contaminated with “safe” food items. One evening we decided to try dinner but I was told absolutely none of the food they were serving was safe to eat. We had to buy food out every evening and I had to buy breakfast to take with me into the dining room due to the severe cross contamination risk. If you have allergies, I strongly advise you do not book to eat at this hotel.
We did enjoy the pool, the beds themselves were comfy and the room top bar is a nice touch. However, we would not stay at this hotel again and we do not think it should be advertised as a 4 star hotel.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Hotel Sant Jordi. The rooms were clean and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, and there were blackout curtains; however, once the sun rises, don’t expect the room to remain completely dark.
Overall, the area is quiet, although it also depends on your neighbors, as noise can sometimes be heard from nearby rooms.
The pool was clean, and we had breakfast at the hotel every day — it was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
I didn’t notice a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, but you can park on the street right in front of it. We had no trouble finding a parking space in the middle of May.
The hotel is located within 10 minutes of the airport, and there is a bus stop on the corner of the street that takes you directly to Palma city center.

Friendly and service-minded staff, and very good food.
However, I stayed for nine days with 15 cycling friends and needed dependable Wi-Fi to run my business in Norway. The connection was only usable before 7 AM—after that, it was painfully slow. I often had to use my phone as a hotspot. Reception confirmed there are no plans to improve the Wi-Fi, which is hard to understand in 2026.

We've stayed here 5 times!
The other times we came to mallorca, it was booked out (other hotels were an upgrade but more expensive) more expensive. Go half board. Food is excellent well worth it.
Right next to the aquatic center. In between s'arenal (the roudy end - stags and hens) amd the con pastila quiet old village. Roundabout and Park in front of the hotel. Nothing to concern youself about. 2 mins walk and you on the beach at balinera 13.
Bus stop close buy for fan, and palma.
Wifi has been upgraded. Tvs too. All the uk channels

I would especially like to thank Antonia from the reception at Hotel Jordi. She is an incredibly kind, professional, and helpful person who makes guests feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Always smiling, polite, and ready to assist with anything – her service is absolutely top-class.
Thanks to people like her, the stay becomes even more enjoyable. Antonia is truly a great asset to this hotel.
Hotel Jordi itself deserves the highest rating – wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and a fantastic place to stay in Mallorca. Definitely one of the best hotels on the island. I will gladly come back and highly recommend it to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
