Overall, our stay was decent, but several points were disappointing and should be improved.
At check-in, my friend and I specifically asked for two large double duvets. This request was refused because the staff said they could not find any extra duvets in the laundry, only 2 small single duvets. I find it unfortunate that an hotel does not have additional bedding available to accommodate such a basic request.
We were also surprised by the water policy. Since tap water is not drinkable in Mallorca, it is disappointing that plastic water bottles are not replenished daily. At the very least, the hotel should provide access to filtered water, either at reception or on each floor. Having to pay for water in a hotel does not feel acceptable.
Finally, the soundproofing of the rooms is extremely poor. We could clearly hear our neighbor watching a movie, as well as people talking on nearby balconies, which significantly affected our comfort and rest.
Breakfast was good and various !
These points really impacted our experience, and we hope the hotel will take them into consideration for future guests.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant, although short. The rooms are clean, modern, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are extremely friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is varied and delicious – everyone will find something to their taste. Another great advantage is the excellent location – close to tourist attractions, yet in a peaceful area. I can definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays. I will definitely come back ♥️

Me and my partner have just returned home from a weeks stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and presented very nicely. The staff are so friendly aswell. This hotel is only small but has everything you need. The pool area is gorgeous and so relaxing. The room was a little bit smaller than we would’ve liked but it was still very clean and was cleaned everyday by housekeeping. We was half board, I feel there wasn’t a huge selection of food which was a little bit of a disappointment but the food what was available was always cooked well. Having said that, The breakfasts were amazing and very tasty! They offer food and drinks in the area next to the pool and we had the pizzas and they were so nice! The caramel frappes are also amazing! There is also a rooftop area with a bar which we enjoyed in the evening, you get some amazing views from up there! It’s a 30 second walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and a 15 min journey to Palma centre. It’s about 10 mins from the airport which is very handy! Definitely worth the stay if you’re wanting to stay near Palma!
My only negative is:
The bed was very uncomfortable for both of us, we didn’t get the best sleeps as we felt the mattress was really hard and the pillows weren’t the best.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous, from the clean and well appointed rooms, which had really comfortable beds and a deluxe shower to the dining facilities which offered a truly delicious breakfast experience. The hotel is situated near the beach and just steps away from the bus stop that takes you into the centre of Palma. Thank you to all the staff who took such great care of us.

Room cleaning service was good. Hotel is nice, with relatively new furniture. Not a wide variety of food , but good enough. Pool is open just until 18:00 and is small, but our kids were able to play and were allowed to jump in it so it made the experience more fun. Not a wide variety of beers, but I was able to find 2 that I like. At dinner you will have to pay for all drinks, including water, if you had the half board option, which I didn't appreciate.
