A basic hotel with everything you need. Super clean with towels changed every day apart from Wednesday and Sunday. Excellent location with several bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a shop underneath the hotel. Pool rules were quite strict with no balls or inflatables but the drinks were very cheap! Rooms on the pictures show a dividing wall between the bed and living area (sofa bed) but not many rooms have this wall so privacy is none existent! Hairdryer provided in the rooms as well as microwave and cooking utensils. The fridge is large enough for food and drinks and there is a table area and seats to eat in the room. The breakfast buffet is really good value for money. There is no other food served in the hotel for the rest of the day but eating out is so cheap for all meals with cafes, tapas, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean and English food within easy walking distance. The Apricot Bar underneath the hotel plays different sports channels including English football games. Taxis to the old town averaged at €6 for a six seater and the rank is outside so readily available. The hotel is rated 3* and this feels right. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We didn't raise any issues so didn't need anything resolving. Clean, tidy, simple, excellent location, great value for money. Nothing extra.

A fab small traditional family friendly hotel. Clearly popular with the locals.
I stayed here as a single mum with my two daughters, we felt very safe and welcomed throughout our stay.
We stayed self catering, the first morning we had breakfast in the hotel was nice buffet style plenty of options cooked breakfast, fruit cooked meats and cereals the pancakes where a huge hit highly recommend they charge 10€ adults 5€ for kids.
The room was lovely we had a junior suite pool view, lovely big balcony, nice and big everything you needed for self catering, large fridge and small freezer compartment too. Biggest flaw no air con. The room had bath/shower which was a nice surprise and lovely warm powerful shower too.
The room was cleaned everyday, fresh tiles.
The pool was great although be warned reserving your sun loungers is strictly forbidden. There's a lovely pool bar, serving drinks, sandwiches snacks highly recommend the Pina colada, and again very reasonably priced.
Lovely gardens too, great big palm trees and colorful flowers.
The hotel so has a bar/restaurant but unfortunately was never opened in the evening throughout our stay which was a shame, but there's plenty of options on the main street right outside the hotel.

We were a bit worried before our stay as there were very mixed reviews but what can I say. It had exactly what was needed bar a couple of very small things.
Location fab - supermarket down the road, taxi rank outside should you need, we walked down and got taxi back just twice.
Pool lovely and quiet - no balls or floats which is understandable but the teenagers didn't approve. Lots of sunbeds although more orange ones please. The blue ones are not comfortable.
Staff - amazing, friendly and helpful
Rooms - could do with a chest of drawers for storage and shower dark but otherwise great. Could do with a spatcula for the frying pan but otherwise great.
For the money well worth it.

Avoid This Hotel – Disappointing and Unsafe Experience
We chose this hotel based on the lovely-looking garden/pool area and decent rooms, hoping for a relaxing stay in the greener north of Tenerife. I travelled with my 14-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter, but sadly, our experience was far from enjoyable.
While some staff were friendly—especially the cleaning staff and a younger, respectful lifeguard—the overall atmosphere was spoiled by an older, unprofessional lifeguard. From day one, he approached us (and every guest) aggressively about not reserving sunbeds, finger-pointing and using a rude tone. He also enforced bizarre and inconsistent pool rules: no floats, no balls, no music, no jumping in—leaving kids with very little to enjoy. His behavior was overbearing and, at times, inappropriate, including a concerning incident involving a young child and another where a guest’s complaint was brushed off by management.
The pool was poorly maintained—slimy tiles, missing sections, and visible black sludge. A floating light with exposed wires in the baby pool was only addressed after guests pointed it out. There’s a pool bar, but “snacks” meant crisps only, and once it closed, there were no other food/drink options on-site.
The hotel lacks air conditioning completely. Hiring a fan costs around €30, so I brought one from home. Balcony railings felt unsafe, doors slam loudly at all hours, and you're not allowed to hang towels to dry. Although the property is quite large, the majority of units seem to be owned/rented by locals, so only a small number of actual tourists use the shared areas.
This hotel feels more like a tired hostel than a 3-star resort. It’s not family-friendly, poorly managed, and lacks basic comforts and safety. We ended up leaving the hotel most days just to avoid the unpleasant pool area. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble.
We booked the Twin Ticket for Siam Park and Loro Parque through reception, which was quick and easy. The coach to Siam Park conveniently picked us up right outside the hotel.
We had breakfast at the hotel twice during our stay, and it was one of the best we’ve ever had abroad—fresh, tasty, and served buffet-style with plenty of choice.
Our room was cleaned daily and featured a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing. But the highlight of the hotel has to be the stunning swimming pool set in a peaceful garden surrounded by palm trees—it’s absolutely beautiful.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!
