We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel! A special thank you to (Juul,) who is an amazing entertainer. She is fantastic with children and always so enthusiastic, kind, and friendly. We really enjoyed her kickboxing and aqua gym sessions and the mini disco she hosted every evening. She made our holiday extra special, and we truly enjoyed spending time with her. (Juul thank you!)
The service was good, although the rooms were not very good at first. Fortunately, the staff quickly found a solution for us, and thanks to their help, we ended up having a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

This is the second year we’ve been to es Talaial - we do love it !
Do not come here if you don’t have kids ! It’s a family hotel with pools & areas pretty much dedicated to families / children as well as the entertainment mainly aimed at children.
What we love :
The location : beautiful quiet area literally 1 minute from a beautiful sandy cove beach , minutes from shops & restaurants, 15 min walk to marina & cheap taxi or 30 ish min walk to other areas / beaches .
The food & drink . fresh , delicious , something for everyone . We loved the fresh daily salads & sushi night made there by a sushi chef . But chips , pasta & nuggets for kids if they are that way inclined as well as ice cream machines. Cocktails are pre mix and not great but wine / sangria / beer all good quality .
Kids facilitates - numerous pools suitable for kids of all ages with slides , water fountains etc . Endless fun ! Evening entertainment & mini disco brilliant as well as great animation team .
Staff are friendly & attentive .
The hotel / buildings are fairly dilapidated & as well as the rooms . But everything is kept clean & there are handy men about the place keeping things in order as best they can . You can’t complain for the price here . Grounds are beautiful & well kept . We barely used our apartment , just to sleep in & get ready so we feel like a luxe room would be wasted on us anyway . What I like about it is it’s not tacky or trying to be anything it’s not , it’s quite charming in a way but they will need to renovate parts of the hotel soon in stages I imagine / mainly the rooms & probably the entertainment areas which felt even more worn down this year .
Only major thing this time was the beds were extremely uncomfortable , thin mattresses where you could feel each & every spring . Otherwise everything was great & we would definitely come again !

We had the most incredible experience at this all inclusive resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing animation team. Every single day they brought so much energy, positivity, and fun to the hotel. They truly made our holiday unforgettable.
A massive thank you to Juul, Julia, David, Evita, Elias, Amine, Trini, Charles, and Xavi for their nonstop enthusiasm and kindness. From the morning activities to the evening entertainment, they worked so hard to make sure everyone was smiling and included. They created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that it felt like spending time with friends rather than staff.
Each member of the team brought their own personality and talent, and together they were absolutely fantastic. Whether it was games by the pool, dancing, shows, fitness activities, or simply stopping to chat and make guests feel special, they went above and beyond every single day.
The entertainment was professional, fun, and full of energy, and it’s clear how passionate this team is about what they do. They are a real credit to the hotel and honestly one of the best animation teams we’ve ever experienced at any resort.
Thank you again Juul, Julia, David, Evita, Elias, Amine, Trini, Charles, and Xavi. You made our holiday truly special, and we will never forget all the laughs and memories you gave us.

Great family friendly hotel. All the communal areas are kept really clean and the staff are all really helpful and friendly. We found the food was good and what you'd expect for a 3* all inclusive. The kids always found something they liked. We (2ad, 3ch) stayed in a basic 1 bed appartment. The appartment was a little tired but fine for the price. The ground floor superior apartments by the pool looked lovely and had a nice little garden patio area. Kids really enjoyed kids club with Julia and Valeria and going to the evening mini disco. Close to the beach and town. Would definitely come again!

Great place. Kids absolutely loved the pools.. Amazing entertainment team for the kids. Super friendly.football area huge hit for my boys. Out of all entertainers are Elias and Alejandro the best!!
Apartments basic but grand. Had an ant problem but staff were straight up to sort it
