Great all inclusive good value for it's star rating!
Plenty of food to choose from main buffet area, tangine area, soups, breads, desserts and salad bar! Great selection! We were really impressed with all the foods in heart ❤️ shapes for valentines! Only let down were the juices and inconsistent coffee and hot chocolate from the machines sometimes too sweet/watery!
Rooms were spacious beds on the hard side but cleaned daily 👌
Good mini disco and shows every night!
Main pool was heated with entertainment daily.
Aquapark was not heated but amazing slides for every age! If you go Jan/Feb I would advise to bring wet suits! Towels needed a 12euro deposit at reception you then got a card to get towels at the main pool, bring your own if ypu are afraid of losing them! Inflatables also allowed in all pools.
Football field with fab views of the atlas mouintains, tennis court, mini golf, volleyball, table tennis and basketball areas. Shop onsite and hammas spa. Reasonably priced! 2 free shuttles daily to Marrakesh otherwise was about 3 euro on shuttle.

A lovely hotel situated about 25 minutes from the airport and a similar distance into Marrakech. Check in at 2pm was easy to do and we had access to the resort straight away and our room from 3pm. The resort is very clean throughout. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The animation team are really great, getting people of all ages involved in their activities. The food in the restaurant was varied and tasty. Plenty of drink options in the bars too.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptional entertainment and restaurant staff. They work extremely hard and are very friendly.
The biggest LET DOWN is the rest of the hotel staff. The reception is the WORST of all no communication at all!
They are not welcoming or accommodating the least.
WiFi is terrible, make sure you buy SIM card at airport for unlimited everything for around 15 euros only.
I waited 2hours for a blanket as the air-con was not working. I called twice within that time and when I went to call again they told me to stop calling and hung up. Bear in mind I was traveling with 4 CHILDREN!
When you call the first time any normal hotel would tell you how long to wait or at least give you a time slot.
When maintenance came I told him the air con was not working, he pressed the remote told me it was not working and then left. Offered no heater or other help.
We booked a shuttle at reception 12:30 we got there 12:30 they had left us. Reception shrugged their shoulders and told us there’s nothing they can do. When we booked we were given a ticket so you would expect the driver to check all passengers are on board before it leaves but no. Makes the purpose of the ticket completely useless if they are not going to check. The reception staff offered no alternative should stood with a blank face.
Expect no iron. Slippers, kettle, mini fridge, amenities in room.
The food is very bland and drinks are watery or too sweet not fresh only from machines that are out of order often.
Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful.
If you are a person of colour expect to be told different prices to your white counterparts for the same thing (this was at reception btw) Last thing I would expect is racism in Africa. Make sure you triple check all your fees so you are not being taken advantage of and have your receipts!
Dry cleaning only accept pounds or euros for some reason I suspect to earn more money due to the exchange rates.
ATM at hotel charges.
Hotel shop charges it’s best to use MAD cash only to avoid fee.
If you request a new room key they charge a fee, they gave us 2 keys for 6 people and only told us the fee when we checked out.
Overall I will NOT STAY here again basic services that all hotels should have are just not here. However it is very beautiful that’s all.
Travelled as family of 6.

The amenities were acceptable. The food offered a good variety, but unfortunately it didn’t suit our palate. Including more international options would be a welcome improvement.
The spa services, however, were excellent.
On the last day of our stay, we encountered an issue with one of the bar staff members who behaved inappropriately by flirting with my partner, despite knowing he was not available, and even exchanging phone numbers. I believe professionalism should be maintained at all times, regardless of the role, and staff should understand appropriate boundaries.
Overall, the hotel itself is good, though it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool due to the weather, which is understandable and beyond anyone’s control.
Unfortunately, due to our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
