Quite oldish hotel, seens to be on its last years before big renovation. Lack off staff in reception. Rarely answers when calling from room. Most of hotel restaurants closed completely, all inclusive does not include water bottles which is a bit strange (you need to fill them yourseld during restsurang opening hours), safety box needs be rented separately (in room!!), swimrings in beach club need to be rented sepsrately for slides, pool towels only one change included and after that you need to pay extra for new clean towel. Not quite all inclusive… Rooms quite untidy wheb we arrived but housekeeping though been active every day making beds and cleaning rooms during our pooldays.
But if you are looking for a basic comfort and pool that includes drinks and food then its barely okay-level in our opinion. 3-star is more appropriate.
Good activities and games for kids around the pool by hotel crew. Nice shows during evenings. Food buffet: 6,5/10. Snack bar by pool area 7/10.

What an absolute disgrace of a hotel, worse hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was infested with ants , i woke up with them on my face, the bedding doesn't get changed until every 3rd day.
There isn't enough lifts for the size of the hotel. The food was of a very poor quality and not warm never mind hot.
You only get 1 change of pool towels anymore you have to pay.
The drinks weren't too bad but you need to keep the same plastic beaker, any more and you pay a deposit of 1euro.
Thank goodness for the beach club which is a short walk down a very steep hill or you can wait for the unreliable complimentary shuttle bus.
The beach club is much quieter than the main pool in the hotel, but again the food quality is poor , cold and uncovered, you need to eat with paper plates and wooden knives and forks.
The air-conditioning was taped over which meant we couldn't turn it down.
As for the location it is stuck in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing for 15 minute taxi ride.
The marina in Benalmedina was very nice, full of bars and restaurants.
The hotel is a non smoking hotel with only a small designated place to smoke.
If you do not have any children please do not go to this hotel, you will hate it.

Had a good time here. Food was a lot better than I expected - especially after reading other reviews. I guess if you are coffee lover, you'd have to pay separately for a Barista coffee ☕😜. Staff were friendly. Checkout is at noon, but you can get a day pass to use the rest of the resort facilities. Not a lot of choices for in-house restaurants. Good variety of drinks included in the full board offering. If you get bored of the resort, they have free access to a beach club nearby with more pools and facilities. Also had a day trip excursion to Marbella. Won't say it is one of the best I've been to. All in all, the resort merits the hotel-star rating it has 😁. Comes recommended.

I stayed at Polynesia World for 4 days and 3 nights on an all-inclusive package, and unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing.
The hotel looks impressive at first glance because of its size and decoration, but in my opinion, much of it is style over substance. The food was consistently poor, and the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were often barely drinkable. For a resort of this category, the quality simply did not match expectations.
I was also disappointed to see birds kept in cages and turtles living in an artificial environment, especially considering the hotel's strong environmental messaging. Guests are constantly reminded to save water, the toilet paper is presented as recycled but is of very poor quality, and the air conditioning automatically switches off whenever the terrace door is opened or when guests leave the room. During the hot weather, returning to a warm room was extremely uncomfortable.
There were also several maintenance and practicality issues: no bath mat in the bathroom, no bathroom bin, and the shower cabin only had handles on the outside. To make matters worse, one of the bed legs broke while my partner and I were simply lying on it.
The hotel is poorly signposted and very confusing to navigate. During the first couple of days, we repeatedly got lost trying to find our way around.
The spa was another major disappointment. I paid €75 for a manicure and pedicure, expecting a premium hotel-spa experience. Instead, the treatment room was so small that it was difficult to move comfortably. The pedicure was performed while I sat on a chair with my feet in a wooden basin, which felt very basic for a €50 treatment. The products used also appeared very ordinary and did not reflect the prices being charged.
The one thing that truly stands out at this hotel is the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional and welcoming. From housekeeping to reception, restaurant staff, bar staff, pool entertainers and spa employees, they consistently provided excellent service.
A special thank you to Marta from the entertainment team, to Libertad at the spa, and to the receptionist at the spa with the beautiful "Never Give Up" tattoo on her neck, whose kindness genuinely improved my experience. I would also like to acknowledge the shuttle bus drivers who work tirelessly in the Andalusian heat, often without air-conditioned vehicles, yet still greet guests with a smile and exceptional warmth.
The staff are the reason this review is not even lower. They do their best every day and deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities, food, drinks and services did not justify the price paid, and I left feeling disappointed by what was advertised as an all-inclusive resort experience.

Stunning hotel second time there kids loved it. Very clean and nice scented smells.large pool and loved he water park
Only down fall for me was the food especially for the kids. The water park restaurant is nice lots of options but the main buffet back in the hotel is horrible I lived off pasta and chips for a week my kids were eating rice and chips ! I do think there should be a little counter for kids like pizza. Fish fingers and nuggets etc I have been to many hotels that provided this. It was mostly fish every night,
