Outstanding Family Holiday at Holiday World Polynesia Hotel
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Polynesia World Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful Polynesian-themed design, lush surroundings, and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is stunning and feels like a tropical paradise.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
The facilities are outstanding, especially for families. The pools, entertainment program, and activities for both children and adults were excellent. There was always something fun to do, and the resort created a wonderful holiday atmosphere.
The food exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. We particularly enjoyed the themed dinners and the high quality of the buffet.
Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we have had. The combination of excellent service, fantastic facilities, beautiful surroundings, and great food made our holiday truly memorable. We would highly recommend Polynesia World Resort to anyone visiting Benalmádena and would happily return in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just come back from another fantastic stay at the Polynesia. My kids have absolutely loved the kids club, the staff made them feel very welcome and made the effort to get them involved with the activities. Lovely spa facilities, nice and clean. House keeping was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A lovely gesture as well was the bottle of cava in the room after we checked in as a welcome back.

Beautiful resort and we ended up having a wonderful family holiday, but the check-in experience unfortunately started the trip on the wrong foot.
Due to a change in our travel plans, I had booked a suite with jacuzzi for the first night and a junior suite for the remaining nights. At check-in, reception repeatedly tried to convince us to switch to a junior suite without jacuzzi for the entire stay.
After travelling all the way from Amsterdam with young children and an overnight stop in Madrid, this was the last discussion we wanted to have — especially because we had already promised our children the jacuzzi experience.
In the end everything worked out and we truly enjoyed the resort, the pools, the atmosphere and our stay in Benalmádena. But I do think the arrival experience could have been handled with more empathy and less pressure after such a long journey.

I had a great stay here—it’s a powerhouse for families and large groups! Don’t let the slightly older buildings turn you off; the experience inside more than makes up for the exterior. The recent turn over to the Melia brand, should bring exciting changes.
* The Rooms: The studios are impressively large. For a family, having that extra space to breathe is a huge win. There are large balconies, some with great ocean views, perfect for a relaxing time taking the open feeling.
* Dining: The food is varied and plentiful. While the main restaurant is the year-round staple, there are other solid dining options available to keep things interesting.
* Facilities: This place is built for fun. Between the water park, the sports areas, and the nightly entertainment, the kids were never bored, plus there is music at the bar, with plenty of space as well as large terraces for a restful break.
* Location: Keep in mind it’s not a walkable area for exploring. You’ll need a quick cab ride to get into the local town, but they are easy to find.
If you are looking for a high-capacity resort that handles groups well and keeps everyone entertained, this is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely come back!
