This hotel is amazing! As soon as you enter you get a lovely aroma of cleanliness, something citrus. We were warmed with a lovely welcome and were provided with many keys for access of the rooms. The rooms were clean and had the amenities to be able to fend for yourself. Whilst the cooker and utensils weren't used it was nice to know the availability was there. The fridge was sizeable and enough to fit our large bottle of water for four days. Over the course of the week the buffet style food was great to satisfy your hunger and whilst some may turn their nose up at it, there is enough variety to find something to your liking. The supermarket on site is very convenient and the bar staff are accommodating and generous. It's very likely I'll be returning next year!

Good facilities (spa, indoor & outdoor pool, gym, table tennis).
Room let down our stay, felt dated and having 2 single beds pushed together was not ideal as a couple. Especially as the beds were on wheels.
Breakfast food was lovely. Dinner was not very good though. Cold, leftovers used every day, not enough basics to create a normal dinner meal. End up with a random mix of things every evening and it would’ve just been nice to be able to create a proper meal.
Staff were friendly, kind and professional throughout our entire stay.
The pool was fab, you never have any problems getting a sunbed thankfully, despite people saving beds with towels. There wasn’t many guests when we stayed so everyone got a good sunbed. Entertainers were very enthusiastic and friendly.
Woken up most mornings by crying children but that’s our fault for booking a family friendly hotel and perhaps we were just unlucky with our neighbours.
Spa treatment was great.
Lots of mosquitoes inside the restaurant area, couldn’t go down to get food without needing to use bug spray otherwise covered in bites!
Location good, we only left the hotel twice on our stay but a short walk from the beach and restaurants etc.
Overall 4/5 experience with some attention needing to spruce the rooms up a bit more, and get some double beds!

During my stay, I noticed several serious issues that made the experience disappointing:
The lifeguard was more interested in her phone than supervising the pool. Kids were jumping in without any control, creating a safety risk.
Bathrooms had visible black mould.
Staff were generally not proactive or interested in assisting guests.
Freezer was blocked with ice like a Norwegian iceberg.
Broken plates and chipped glasses were repeatedly put back into use – no one seems to check tableware quality.
QR code information about services was misleading and inconsistent compared to printed information.
Breakfast across 8 days was always the same, with no variation at all.
Meat dishes were often overcooked and very hard to chew.
Desserts were repetitive, always a combination of whipped cream, custard, and biscuit.
Food rarely felt freshly cooked – often it seemed like leftovers were being served.
Dinner was mostly served cold, except for soup and the main dish.
Broken glass on the floor was not cleaned properly, raising safety concerns.
Positives:
A defective toilet seat in the room was replaced quickly and professionally.
Reception staff were polite, approachable, and fully committed to their job.
Conclusion:
Overall, the property itself has potential, but cleanliness, food quality, and staff attention need major improvement. At best this feels like a 3-star experience, not higher. I might consider returning for room-only, since there are plenty of shops nearby with good ready-made food, but I would not recommend the half-board or all-inclusive options until standards are raised.

Having read all previous reviews I was worried on our stay, but since now we have experienced it I have to say I found staying here a wonderful delight. The food is alright, the service is amazing, the hotel it self beautiful, the only fault I’d say we had is the entertainment was on the poor side, the location is out of the town so it’s a bit of a walk, but we hired a wee bike to travel around which was far handier. Would definitely recommend to anyone it’s a beautiful wee area and not only that, no rushing to get a bed by the pool, plenty of beds and you had a choice of indoor pool as well as outdoor. Will definitely be back.

Came here with family for 4 nights. We went all inclusive.
Really nice hotel overall and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are a little outdated in style and additionally the tap in the bath/shower was a little broken, but they’re clean, practical and well equipped. Additionally the cleanliness of the hotel was really good. However one thing I would say about the cleanliness is that the bed sheets weren’t changed at all which you would expect for a 4 star hotel.
The food was good with some nights having different themes which was a great touch. My only issue was that it was often quite tepid, even in the heaters, so turning the temperature up would make a big difference. The options aren’t huge compared to other all-inclusives but the quality is good. I think it would also be great if ice creams or ice lollies were included in the all-inclusive rather than being extras you had to pay for.
The on-site shop was handy, especially if you’re half board or self catering. The gym is small but has everything you’d need for a holiday workout, and the pools were good too. There’s a smaller indoor pool which is nice if you want to avoid the sun or have a quieter swim.
Entertainment has only recently started at the hotel but it’s already really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help.
The location is great, only about a 6-minute walk to Cala Millor beach and around 15–20 minutes if you want to head out to La Coma beach.
Overall I’d rate it about a 3.6/5. With a few small improvements it has real potential to be a solid 4-star hotel. Definitely recommend.
