Stayed here as a solo female from UK for 3 nights. The hotel was gorgeous, very Instagramable just as I wanted. The staff were very friendly especially the waiters in the restaurant. The food was just your typical Spanish all inclusive buffet nothing special but it was enough. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because of the sun bed situation. I did not once manage to claim a sun bed my whole stay. I had to pay 25€ to hire a sun bed on the beach for one day and the other days I sunbathed by laying on the seating area on the rooftop bar. The sun bed - guest ratio is crazy they need a lot more sun beds. The view from my balcony was so pretty and the rooms must be sound proof because you can’t hear anything at night time! If they sorted the sun bed situation I would 100% stay again!

Very disappointing experience.
This hotel was nothing like what was advertised. The main reason we booked it was because the website clearly stated that parking was free, but upon arrival we were told it was paid parking at a high cost. The staff simply blamed the booking website instead of taking responsibility.
Customer service was equally poor. The front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming, and one employee even hung up the phone on me when I asked about the parking.
The room was far below any reasonable 4-star standard. There were no proper blankets, only a thin bedsheet to sleep under. The balcony door handle was broken, the wardrobe made loud creaking noises, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the sink was partially blocked and drained very slowly. Even basic amenities were missing.
To make matters worse, the hotel advertised connecting rooms, but we were told they don’t have any at all.
Misleading information, poor maintenance, rude staff, and disappointing accommodation completely ruined our family holiday. Unfortunately, it is the guests who end up paying the price for these mistakes. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Transparent review of HM Gran Fiesta.
I booked a 5 night stay for our first family holiday with our 6 month baby.
Two days before we were due to check in, I amended the booking to two nights and found further accommodation for the remaining stay. It meant a hefty alteration fee, which was upsetting, but I did this based on the reviews which was quite scathing around hygiene and safety. I couldn’t cancel the whole booking so 2 nights I thought would be OK. Given it was our first trip with my baby I didn’t want to risk anything.
I was nervous as what to expect and to my pleasant surprise I need not have worried. I write this review particularly for families travelling with small children.
I found the hotel to be very hospitable, hygienic and a perfect visit for our family vacation.
The pros:
1. The staff were so friendly. There was a particular lady at breakfast who would welcome us and spend time talking to our daughter in such a sweet caring manner. The Assistant Manager Alberto also kindly extended our check out time so we could spend time on the rooftop pool side, as it had been closed in the afternoons for private events. That was a much appreciated gesture. Also when hungry in the evening as we hadn’t had dinner, a guy from the reception team gave us some apples.
2. We were given a cot for the baby (free of charge) and although she didn’t use it at night, it was good for day time chill.
3. The room we booked was spacious, enough for all our luggage, the cot, and space to walk around. The balcony was also great for us to chill on when baby was asleep in the room. Bathroom is a decent size too.
4. The lounge areas are beautifully designed with gorgeous ocean views. Whether chilling on the rooftop pool or inside the lobby area, there was a sense of relaxation. There’s also an ATM in the lobby and water refreshments.
5. The location of the hotel sits on the promenade but away from the bust party side of the area. Close to good restaurants and a bus into town…
The Improvements:
1. I’m big on quality of the food, although there was a range of food at breakfast. I found the hot buffet food to be average and lukewarm… the pastries were good and coffee decent. And they serve prosecco which seemed to be a hit with guests
2. The lifts are an issue, they are tiny and fitting a pram in there is tricky - especially if you’re making several trips to your room. The Sky bar lift is slightly bigger, so we stuck to that mainly but you have to be prepared to wait sometimes 5-7 minutes.
3. The pools. Both the outdoor pools were too cold to use. As an adult, even dipping my feet in was too cold. I was looking forward to having my baby swimming but it wasn’t possible. I would suggest making one at least warmer. The indoor pool also seems out of use - it was closed off and looked in need of some TLC.
4. The shower doors aren’t great, they don’t close properly which leads to the floor getting soaking wet.
Overall. if I were to stay in that side of Mallorca again, I would stay again and probably skip the breakfast.

We had a very mixed experience at this hotel. In our first room, we found a roach and lots of ants everywhere. The AC wasn’t very strong, the blanket was thin and the entire place smelled heavily of pesticide, clearly showing they have an insect problem.
The staff did move us to a higher floor room, which was a little better, but the issues shouldn’t have been there in the first place. The buffet was good, but it comes at an additional charge of €24 per person. Considering the hotel isn’t cheap to begin with, the overall cleanliness and comfort were far below expectations.
Overall, disappointing stay, the value does not match the price.

I travelled with my wife and one year old child and the hotel was great in terms of the pool area, really close to the beach and we got a SUPER great host in the breakfast/restaurant area, Noelia, who made our stay unforgettable.
