My family visited this winter, and the Algarve is beautiful in general. This hotel is in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds, and parking was very convenient. Overall, it’s a lovely resort.
When we went, it was too cold for swimming, so we didn’t explore the outdoor pools or spend much time on the grounds, but we did visit the kids club. My little boys had a blast climbing and playing on the playground.
The rooms were very clean, especially considering the size of the resort. The staff were also very friendly, especially the breakfast dining room staff, who were always welcoming and attentive.
One unexpected highlight was the piri piri chicken from the room service menu — it was amazing and honestly one of the best piri piri chickens I had in Portugal.

Recently had a stay at this Hilton, room was nice, location was perfect. However the service of the staff, specifically the reception managers attitude and consideration of our issue was appalling. The hotel had clearly made a mistake with our booking. We booked 4 rooms with bed and breakfast. Was all paid on the same card. When we arrived at the hotel they told us only 2 of the rooms had breakfast, which was a bit of a shock as we have proof our booking included breakfast. We tried to dispute this with reception however the reception manager was extremely rude and couldn’t see that they had made an administrative mistake. After disputing with us for 30 minutes, she then persisted to tell us to “make a complaint if you’re not happy, I’d like you to”. This should have been noticed straight away and been dealt with. She even admitted they had made a mistake yet still persisted to charge us for a breakfast we have already technically paid for. As stated above, hotel was nice and rooms are tidy but the attitude of the staff and their service is appalling.

Stayed here for the week in April. First class hotel and had lovely room overlooking the pool. Bottle of fizz in our room for our Wedding Anniversary. I really have nothing but praise for all the staff who went above and beyond. Beautiful room, lovely breakfast. Free shuttle although we quite often walked into the Marina, its not far. Well done all, we will definitely return!

Beautiful property! The spa is a must. And definitely take advantage of the shuttle service to the beach, which is beautiful and the Marina, which is filled with nightlife,
bars and restaurants.

We booked 4 twin rooms for a party of 8 with breakfast. When we arrived we were told breakfast wasn’t included. We went for a tour of the spa, and during the tour we were told the spa is included. When we went down to use the spa facilities we were told that the spa actually wasn’t included, but breakfast was.
The following morning we all went to use the free breakfast, at the entrance the breakfast bar manager welcomed us in, but halfway through our meal we had a tap on the shoulder to say that 2 of the 4 rooms had to pay for the breakfast. Based on the way that we were treated, it felt like we were trying to be extorted because we are tourists. We questioned the bill at the end of our short stay and explained the situation, the manager apologised for all the mistakes but absolutely refused to clear the 25 euro breakfast.
Ultimately the issue was no longer that the breakfast was or wasn’t included - it was the way that we were misled by the breakfast staff and they waited until we were halfway through our meal to then tell us that we are being charged. The manager was rude when we asked about the issue and said “please! I hope you complain” wouldn’t recommend at all. Air con doesn’t work in 3 of our 4 rooms either
