I got a good deal on this hotel out of season and was very impressed with the value for money. Booked a sea view studio and got a large room with all the amenities I needed - fridge, hob, microwave etc.
Beautiful views from the balcony and were lucky to have brilliant weather (even in February).
The hotel staff were brilliant, reception were very helpful especially Jaime and Jules who went over and above to help me. Cleaning staff were friendly and trustworthy.
I haven’t stayed here in many years and this was my friend time out of season and I will absolutely be returning.

The view from our sea view room was incredible! Would visit just to come and sit there again! Staff were helpful at reception desk with questions / easy check in. Shops and restaurants close by. However the shower was terrible and water goes everywhere due to lay out and the beds were very uncomfortable. The view definitely saved it!

Very disappointed with our stay at Verdemar Santa Ponsa. The biggest issue during our holiday was rats running up and down outside our balcony while we were trying to sit and eat breakfast. This is clearly a serious health and safety concern. When we reported it to reception, the response we received was, “Sorry about that, but they are animals,” which was extremely dismissive and unprofessional.
Because of this, my mother did not feel comfortable sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast for the full five days of our stay, which completely affected our experience.
There were also several other issues including the room phone and TV not working properly, as well as rude and unwelcoming bar and reception staff. We tried to overlook these issues, however the rat problem was completely unacceptable.
Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Rooms are a little dated now, but everything worked, good location, in an area full of British People, shops and reminders of home. To explore the beauty and tranquility of Mallorca, need a car to go to other parts of the island. Parking is difficult in this area, but not impossible.

Not long returned from a family holiday, me, my wife our 2 boys and the in-laws. We split our group across two rooms.
The rooms were basic but did the job. Each room was 3 single beds all pushed together. There was a small table inside the room and one out of the balcony, both with 2 chairs. A small TV with a few channels that we didn’t use, an aircon unit which worked great, although when on it pumped hot air across the balcony which wasn’t pleasant.
‘Kitchen’ facilities were minimal, a kettle, toaster, a small 2 ring electric hob, small sink and a fridge.
The washroom was a good size but very poorly laid out, the shower tray wasn’t fully secure and when in use splashed water across the toilet and floor.
Oh and the view… a wall, I’d recommend booking a sea view if you’re bothered about looking out from the balcony.
As for the rest of the hotel, can’t complain, the staff were accommodating and polite, the drinks at the bar were well priced and the food was tasty.
The pool is a good size with a shallow area sectioned off for little ones. There’s a lifeguard on duty but if you like lazing in the sun, be prepared to pay for a lounger and there aren’t many to go round.
There’s access to the sea although no shallow area or beach, just concrete steps with a couple of small ladders.
