The hotel needs an upgrade. Also the rooms do not have a kettle so u need to hire this out. The entertainment was brilliant. Krystal who runs the entertainment is very friendly and happy to help with all your holiday needs. The food was poor and was not warm. It was the same food every day for lunch and dinner. The area is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Steps to all beaches so if you are not very mobile this is not the place for you. Over all I had a relaxing holiday and met some new friends.

Spend 7 nights there all inclusive
Last year we were in hotel next door Don Pedro it was fantastic.
This year we thought we will try this one.
And tbh biggest mistake in my life.
Beds are horrible (my back still hurts week after)
Staff is friendly ish in the bar and restaurant.
Location is absolutely fantastic
Peace and quiet amazing views etc etc
Another probably the best thing was it’s animation staff(in that seen only one person )
Krystal she’s is amazing and definitely knows what she’s doing.
The only night she wasn’t in it was Wednesday (guess it’s only one her day off)
God Bless that young lady
She was running around the place trying to entertain every guest at the disco bar .
If it wasn’t for her the holiday would be absolutely ruined tbh)
Big and massive thanks to Krystal
For her efforts
Big smile
And friendly attitude

Honest review. Went here for a family holiday 20th may 2026, 8 days all inclusive.
Good points;
Pool is clean and tidy, sun loungers looked new, and there's a couple of different beaches with plenty to see. Location is beautiful, lots of steps everywhere but very well maintained. The hotel is huge and has nice qualities about it. The staff are friendly and nice, Krystal the night entertainer was brill, very fun and lovely. There's only a couple of restaurants and there mainly good. Some local goats come to visit the area at night and there's plenty of fish to see if you buy a snorkel . A bus into pollensa comes regularly and a taxi ride into port de pollenca with shops and restaurants. Neither place costs much to get too. 15 euro to the port by taxi, and 12 to pollensa they have a nice market on Sundays.
The bad!! Brace yourselves,,,
The food is just terrible, I more or less lived on salad, or we ate out. The fruit selection is basic, ( melon variety) no platters of kiwi, grapes or strawberries. No decent pastries. Lunch and dinner are very similar the meat choices are basically chicken legs/wings or some fish. The breakfast is put out about 7 , but you cannot eat until 8?? On our last morning we were only allowed to have a drink or some bread with ham or cheese that was at 7:15 in the morning and all the other breakfast food was laid out ready, but you wasn't allowed any of it. A woman with her young kids was denied a decent pastry or toast, they were actually quite rude to her. The choice in food dishes wasn't great either , more catered towards the continental eater. The pool bar does snacks from 11 till 12, then 3 til 6, but don't expect anything great, it's burger, hotdog or toastie. No fruit, no salad, no pizza you can't even get a sandwich, it really was dreadful. People say you can always find something and that's true, but do you want to pay out a lot of money for your holiday break to just eat salad, or chips. On top of all this ,the food was cold or Luke warm, plenty of flies as well. We would return to this location though it's lovely. I read some reviews before I went and it was mixed, but I wish we hadn't gone all inclusive it really was below average with the standard of food.

Very bad. The beds are poor quality and unsuitable even for a single night. There was constant noise and a strange smell in the room, making for a very unhealthy environment. The hallway door didn't seal at all, letting light through. There are so many shortcomings. In the kitchen, the food was repetitive and rather ordinary, and plates were often dirty. It's clear they're cutting corners on maintenance and everything else.
The hotel is in a beautiful location, which makes it even more of a shame that there isn't a higher-quality hotel there. From what I heard from people at the neighboring Globales hotel, they weren't satisfied either. It's a great pity that such a beautiful place is marred by unmaintained hotels like these. I'd prefer quality accommodation without unnecessary frills over this, where you can't relax in an unhealthy environment on a poor-quality bed with noise reaching your room.
The staff probably doesn't care, and there's no contact for Globales hotel management. They just take your money, fob you off with substandard services, and that's the end of it. I also think many of the reviews are fake, as plenty of people there were unhappy. Some were more dissatisfied, others less so, but no one we spoke to found it perfect.

I am having a vacation here. I am surprised for how good everything is herein. It has 3 stars I believe, but I’d suggest it’s better than some 5stars I’ve visited in Spain. Rooms are cozy, clean, new or renovated (can’t tell for sure), bathroom is in immaculate condition, balcony in each room. Swimming pools and direct access to 2 marvellous beaches, one of which is highly rated and won some local awards as the cleanest. The service is great, I do like the food. I’d totally recommend.
