Very bad. The beds are poor quality and unsuitable even for a single night. There was constant noise and a strange smell in the room, making for a very unhealthy environment. The hallway door didn't seal at all, letting light through. There are so many shortcomings. In the kitchen, the food was repetitive and rather ordinary, and plates were often dirty. It's clear they're cutting corners on maintenance and everything else.
The hotel is in a beautiful location, which makes it even more of a shame that there isn't a higher-quality hotel there. From what I heard from people at the neighboring Globales hotel, they weren't satisfied either. It's a great pity that such a beautiful place is marred by unmaintained hotels like these. I'd prefer quality accommodation without unnecessary frills over this, where you can't relax in an unhealthy environment on a poor-quality bed with noise reaching your room.
The staff probably doesn't care, and there's no contact for Globales hotel management. They just take your money, fob you off with substandard services, and that's the end of it. I also think many of the reviews are fake, as plenty of people there were unhappy. Some were more dissatisfied, others less so, but no one we spoke to found it perfect.

Expected a lot from the price paid however room was smelly, ventilation was noisy and beach extremely polluted with plastics. I believe hotels on the beach should make an extra effort to get the small beach cleaned daily. Staff on the other hand were nice!

I am having a vacation here. I am surprised for how good everything is herein. It has 3 stars I believe, but I’d suggest it’s better than some 5stars I’ve visited in Spain. Rooms are cozy, clean, new or renovated (can’t tell for sure), bathroom is in immaculate condition, balcony in each room. Swimming pools and direct access to 2 marvellous beaches, one of which is highly rated and won some local awards as the cleanest. The service is great, I do like the food. I’d totally recommend.

The best thing about this hotel was the room with an amazing, charming, and beautiful view! It was honestly the best view I could get in this hotel. Another good aspect was the customer service; everyone, from the reception staff to the housekeepers and waiters, was very kind and friendly.
However, this hotel has many disadvantages:
- The food is disappointing 98% of the time. I don’t understand the reviews claiming "very good food, delicious" etc. If you cook decent meals at home, the food here will likely taste bad to you. I didn’t expect caviar and champagne in a three-star hotel, but at least fresh food would be nice. Instead, we received very hard bread, dry scrambled eggs, dry sausages, overcooked hard-boiled eggs (with gray yolks), very low-quality cheese and ham, and often fermented tomatoes and cucumbers. The cheese on the pizza didn’t even melt. Most pastas were covered with too much oil, and the sauces seemed to be made from powder. Some days, it was hard to identify the dishes as many items lacked labels. One dessert had whipped cream topped with fermented blueberries. It seems HACCP standards don’t exist here, with many dairy and other items left out of cooling stations during service. The chef handling raw whole eggs then cheese, bread and ham without washing hands between tasks, and waiters handling clean cutlery after dealing with dirty dishes, raises concerns about cross-contamination. We had an all-inclusive package but ended up eating outside most of the time due to the poor food quality.
- We opted out of daily housekeeping for environmental reasons, preferring to reuse bed sheets and towels. However, even when we put the "please clean" sign, the bed linens weren’t changed; only the towels were replaced. I had to leave a note in Spanish and a 5€ tip for the sheets to be changed.
- The curtains in the room were extremely dirty, with many spots and black dust. This level of dirt is unacceptable.
- The balcony doors were very heavy and difficult to slide, requiring a lot of force and patience to open or close.
- Noise from the bar downstairs could be heard from blocks away, every day until midnight.
- On 22.07, starting at 22:50, we couldn’t take a shower for half an hour. There was no note with the reception’s phone number in the room, only a poster with late checkout prices. When I called using my cellphone, no one answered, so I had to go down to the reception to be told that the water tank capacity was insufficient and it would take about 30 minutes to refill. This happened again on another day.
- The room ventilation was poor, often leaving the room smelling like a toilet even after being away for many hours.
- The air conditioning was inadequate. While it was cooler than outside, it didn’t match the temperature shown on the control panel
