We had a wonderful stay at Globales Simar! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping every day.
The overall impression of the hotel was excellent, but unfortunately our last day was spoiled by a rude and arrogant receptionist.
The food was tasty and offered a good variety, so there was always something to enjoy. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful natural scenery surrounding the hotel. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning coastline.
We also loved how easy it was to explore the island thanks to the excellent bus connections to nearby towns and attractions.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Globales Simar to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful all inclusive family holiday, the staff were always so friendly, smiley and helpful. Its only a 3* hotel but everywhere was spotlessly clean, the room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided, there was ample of choices for breakfast, dinner and evening meal. The only grumble would be the limited snacks at the pool bar, snacks were toasties, hot dog or a burger which is more like a meal, if you wanted crisps for eg you had to pay extra.
The hotel has beautiful views of the bay with access straight down to the beach, its a very quiet town but there is a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away.
We have 4 children aged 6-11 who absolutely loved Krystal and Shayna, these two young ladies ran the entertainment. There aren't many hotels who offer a free kids club, they entertained our children doing various activities and were always having fun with them around the hotel. They really seemed to love spending time with the children, they were fun, patient and our children really warmed to them, this in itself was worth its weight in gold allowing my husband and I to have some time together knowing they were in safe hands having fun. The entertainment provided in the evening ranged from a Kiddies disco followed by Flemenco dancers, Karaoke, bingo, singers and magic shows all of which were extremely enjoyable.
The only reason we never gave a 5* review was because of the teething problems we experienced over the 1st few days, we are a family of 6 and had booked 2 rooms, I emailed ahead in plenty of time to request either an adjoining room or rooms together, we arrived at 2am in the morning and our rooms were on opposite sides of the block, we were told that in the morning we could move also one of the rooms had an adjoining room and we were told we couldn't have one, the morning came and then we were told there were no rooms available so had to stay where we were. My husbands door wouldn't lock and we had to keep asking for someone to fix it and this took 2 days to repair, our showers sprayed everywhere and flooded the bathroom but this did get fixed straight away and for 2 nights we had no hot water to have a shower, lastly there is no coffee / tea facility in the room. Overall we did thoroughly enjoy our stay, our children really miss their friends Shayna and Krystal, we would definately go back and would highly recommend hotel Simar. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday with great memories.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Simar in Cala Sant Vicenç, Mallorca. I would especially like to thank the pool staff—Ángela, Daniel, and Johan (I hope I have the names right). They were absolutely amazing throughout my stay.
They were always friendly, kind, and happy to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with anything, they were always there with a smile. They really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcome and looked after.
Their professionalism and genuine care made a big difference to our holiday. Thank you so much for making our stay even more enjoyable

It was me and my boyfriend’s first holiday abroad alone and we were first placed in a room where we lost all bathroom light, power and air conditioning for two days. This was frightening at first but the hotel staff reassured us it was safe then after the two days gave us a better room, with a beautiful bathroom and view! A special thanks to Krystal for keeping us busy with all her fun activities, I especially enjoyed her yoga and bingo games! Krystal was so kind and made us feel very comfortable on our first trip alone ! And thanks to the bar staff, especially Ainhoa for her cheerful hospitality and smile !

We stayed as a family of 7 from 20th to 28th May 2026.
This hotel is set in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful corner of Majorca. The views of the surrounding mountains and sea, really are stunning but anyone with mobility issues will have a problem navigating the amount of steps leading down to the 2 small coves below this hotel. The sea here is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling. It is also within easy reach of buses, which are very reasonably priced into Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.
This hotel is absolutely spotless. We could not fault any aspect of the housekeeping and cleanliness displayed. This also applies to the pool and bar areas. Every member of staff was pleasant, helpful and obliging. They will call taxis if you need one and also fast charge any electricals if needed.
The only problem we encountered here was the very poor standard of the food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It is absolutely terrible!!!!
This was a massive let down and disappointment as we had booked an all inclusive holiday.
Food was put out a good hour before the dining room opened so it was left uncovered and went cold. Flies were frequently seen buzzing around especially on the fruit, yoghurts, cold meat and salad areas.
Hot food which was always cold and greasy, consisted mostly of rice, pork stews, chicken and fish. It clearly caters for more of a continental clientele. We are not fussy eaters but we struggled here.
I clearly understand that this is a 3 star hotel, and that we were not in the UK, but I do expect a certain level of food hygiene.
We did not expect, after paying for all inclusive to only be able to eat freshly fried egg on toast, bread , jam and salad that had been refreshed for breakfast and lunch every day.
We ended up eating out for 6 of the 8 nights we were here and this totally defeats the object of going all inclusive!!
Such a shame to have to give this truthful review as this holiday would have been perfect if not for the inedible food.
However, I will end on a positive note and say that we still enjoyed our holiday in Cala San Vicente and would return without a doubt but definitely NOT on an all inclusive basis.
