We have just returned from a week's holiday. Six adults and 2 children over 3 rooms.
The hotel is in a great location just a few hundred meters from beach.
The rooms are clean and tidy with daily maid service.
The staff are friendly and there was plenty to eat each day, even for picky eaters.
Plenty of sunbeds and a lovely relaxing holiday.
More plug sockets in the bedroom would be useful but other than that great hotel.

The worst experience of my life.
I don't understand the positive reviews. The rooms are completely outdated. You can hear the neighbours as if they were inside your own room. There's only one power outlet in the room, right in the middle of the floor: we had to put our phone on the ground to charge it, and it's impossible to work at the desk while charging a laptop.
The transfer service recommended by the hotel doesn't answer the phone. The hallway light stays on all night, and the room doors provide zero insulation, so it feels like daylight inside the room around the clock.
This hotel is full of partygoers who shout in the hallways when coming back from a night out. And to top it all off, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, at 3 a.m.
After the first night, we asked to leave: the hotel refused any kind of arrangement and we lost the entire cost of our booking.
Be smarter than we were: don't let the positive reviews fool you. Off-season, guests are placed in the renovated rooms at no extra cost, but in high season you end up in the run-down ones.
Stay away.

Where do I start. Check in was by a rude arrogant woman.
The room was so small there was nowhere to put suitcases. Bathroom so dated and small. Balcony was good size but the other side of the railings we had industrial fans which were on 24/7, we never had a good nights sleep the whole 11 nights of being there.
The food was atrocious, unless you wanted pastries or salad for breakfast you had nothing.
We ate out nearly every night even though we paid for all inclusive. The patio doors were broken.
In all my 68 years this was by far our worst holiday ever.

We visited in September 2025, Clean and Tidy hotel, good drinks and food, Pool area clean and tidy plenty of sunbeds. Close to town and beach. Entertainment was ok and the safe where nice and friendly.
The only downside for me, was that their is not tea/coffee making equitpment in the rooms and i was told by reception i could not entre the restuarant to get a coffee before 8am.

We booked 5 nights, we left after 1
We asked the hotel to organize our airport transfer before arrival. They sent us a website through their own hotel communication to book the transfer. We paid for it, arrived at the airport, went to the meeting point, and were then told that this company basically did not exist. Nobody was there, the phone number did not work, and our emails bounced back. When we called the hotel for help, they simply told us they could not do anything and that we should take the public bus with our luggage. So before even arriving at the hotel, we had already lost money and wasted a huge amount of time and stress.
Then we finally arrived at the hotel… and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
There was an extremely loud bingo party going on with constant noise everywhere. The room was in terrible condition. There were barely any power outlets — the only usable one was next to the bathroom. I work remotely, so I asked if they had an extension cord or power strip, and they told me I had to pay 10€ cash for one. There was not even a proper chair or desk to work from.
The bathroom was old, dirty, and moldy. The walls are paper thin: we could hear absolutely everything all night long — neighbors having sex, people screaming in the corridors, doors slamming constantly. At 3AM, a drunk guest triggered the fire alarm and woke up the entire hotel. Even wearing earplugs, it was impossible to sleep.
On top of that, light came through the doors and windows all night, so the room never even got dark. Guests were completely disrespectful and the hotel staff did nothing about the noise.
When I told the manager about it he answered “Maybe you were just stressed from your flight”
We still tried to give the hotel a chance by going to breakfast the next morning, but it was honestly terrible too.
We had booked 5 nights and left after only 1 night. Of course, the hotel refused any refund. We immediately booked another hotel and thankfully salvaged the rest of our trip.
This was by far the worst hotel and worst travel experience I have ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
