First and foremost, all the staff here are phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely hotel. Large choice of food in the restaurant including freshly cooked fish and other meats on the live grill. Pancakes and fried eggs during breakfast. Spacious, very clean rooms - our bathroom could have been cleaner around the base of the shower if we were being picky but other than that, I can't fault it. We had room 1208, a studio which was huge with a very long balcony which was great for hanging up all your towels etc. I attached two elasticated washing lines to the railing. 3 pools, 2 in the main pool area and another tucked away by the apartments - follow the path opposite the main entrance, down the left hand side of the entertainment area. We found that the advertised 4th pool by the restaurant has now been covered and made into an adults only dining area with a small above ground pool also for adults only. Pools open at 10:00 and they start kicking you out around 17:45 to close for 18:00. Kids evening entertainment was sparse and a bit disappointing. They play the same 4 songs every night. This needs some variety as there are plenty of other songs you can use. Robin and his colleagues are superb, very enthusiastic and do the best with the equipment they have. A new PA system would help as their microphones where a bit temperamental. There's a private gate by the golf which aids access to the beach. The biggest disappointment for me personally was the drinks. I'll admit I'm quite picky with what beer I drink. They have Cruzcampo on tap here and I just wasn't very fond of it. Last year in Cala Ferrera we had Estrella which is a lot nicer, to me anyway. We found that soft drink dispensers were hit and miss. They syrup was running out a lot (understandable) and some seemed to have the wrong Co2 mixture set up as they were very gassy. None of these issues are the fault of the staff as I said they are amazing. Unless reported, they can't sort it out. Get yourself to the spar and pick up some large disposable cups. The hotel only supply half pint cups. I found that within 5 minutes of sitting back down on the lounger, my cup was nearly empty 🤭. Get it booked, you won't be disappointed, even if you're fussy with beer.

I normally don't write reviews but in this case, the hotel deserves it. Our expectations were low based on the reviews and past experiences in Mallorca. I definitely recommend for people that love to enjoy an amazing location, best on the island in my opinion, and are not looking for all the small defects. We stayed 1 week, middle July 2025, with our 2 kids (7 and 4) and, if we decide to return to the island, Gavimar Chico will certainly be an option. Congratulations to all the staff. All are really nice, available and always with a welcoming smile. And not a fake one. -Distance to Airport 45min. We booked a private transfer. Specially with kids I recommend. -Check In Although arriving at 2am, the staff was really nice. In 15min we were on the room. -Room We stayed in an apartment (1-208) and have zero complaints about it. I've stayed in 4 starts with worst rooms. Clean, everything worked, nice beds. Cleaning services even took under account our request for specific time for cleaning. -Beach 300mts away from beach. A small walk that can be made either though the sidewalk or from inside the hotel. Lovely beach that can be a bit crowded, but well worth it. -Food All meals have several options and everything is well made. Supermarket or restaurants are 2min away as plan B if necessary. Snacks during the day always available. Something could be available during the night, specially for those with small children. -Pools Although people keep the nonsense of sunbed reservations, we always found a couple available when needed. Several pools available and well maintained. The timeframe to use the pools could be bigger. (10am-6pm) Specially in summer time from 9am until 7pm seems reasonable. -Animation Crew Although a bit missing in action during the day, the night shows were amazing for our kids. I've stayed in the Island many times, and definitely, this time was one of the most pleasant ones due to the hotel, and specially the staff.

We stayed at the hotel during the last week of May. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was spotless, the mattresses were comfortable, and the environment was peaceful. The food was perfect – there’s something for everyone to enjoy. At the bar, you pay a deposit for a cup, which you can then use for any drink. Of course, the deposit is returned to you when you ask for it. What I really have to highlight are the animators – they were amazing! The activities they prepared for us were so much fun. I don’t remember all their names, but Jose, Augustina, Alexandra, and David were absolutely fantastic! The hotel location is perfect. All the beautiful beaches are really close by, the transportation is great, and there’s a bus every hour that takes you to more amazing beaches! I also recommend renting a bike and going on a trip. I’ll definitely come back here!

Booked an apartment for 5 nights, room looked nothing like any of the photos online. Very outdated, room was right above the kitchen/restaurant so the noise was a massive issue, ant infestation in the room and on the balcony, beds are rock solid. All inclusive food was okay on occasions. Definitely not worth the money I paid, the shower was rubbish and the apartment was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The entertainment and reception team were lovely but some of the chefs were extremely rude at times. Only bonus about the hotel is how close it is to the beaches and into the square. Also the lift is still broken so you have to drag your luggage up and down the stairs.

Rooms are ok, clean and functional, although the shower could really do with being updated it's not great. Location amazing, buffet is average, as expected for a 3 star resort. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Huge shout out to the animation team who really made our family holiday even better! Thank you to Rodin, Alexandra, David and the rest of the team! We will definitely return to this hotel.
