A two week stay in June that we could happily have extended for a longer holiday. Initially there were a couple of small issues with the room but these were soon rectified by the Manager & Dilara (customer relations). We were offered another room but the view was spectacular from our balcony so we decided to stay in the first room once the issues were dealt with.
The staff are fantastic with special shout out's to Yargun & Emrullah thank you for the Turkish language lessons! It was a great pleasure to meet you both! Çok teşekkür ederim!
The food was always plentiful and well presented. Maybe a little repetitive but it was good and the chef's and restaurant staff we're friendly and attentive.
Yes, the hotel is a little dated and could do with improving in some areas, but we soon saw past this.
The beach is on the doorstep with plenty of beds. It was our preferred place to be rather than the pool area as this was one of the areas that could do with improving. The pool itself was lovely. It's more the pool area we were not too keen on.
Within the hotel is a wonderful Spa with Antonio making his introduction early on to recommend the massage and Turkish bath. We are glad he did as we had the Turkish bath & massage on the 2nd day which was fantastic & another massage 3 days before we left. Thank you, Antonio, Pola & Malee. I recommend the Spa for sure!
There is plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance and regular bus to take you into Marmaris (the one with the orange stripe).
Within the hotel lobby is also a Tattoo parlour, Vivid Ink. I didn't go with the intention of getting a tattoo, but I have wanted another one for some time. Big shout out to Feyyaz, the manager, & Nadir ( Harry Potter :-) ) I decided to have the tattoo I've been looking for and so glad I did! Really pleased with it. Thank you, Vivid Ink! Looking forward to getting another one next year 👍
The bar staff were always friendly, and welcoming and the entertainment was ok with a couple of really good acts during our stay. Bingo bungo started to get a bit annoying lol Could have done with a little less of that 😅
In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we plan to book again very soon.
Görüşürüz!

Firstly…. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it’s more 3 definitely.
We are actually still here in the hotel but really felt I need to share my experience.
Staff generally are nice and just crack on with it.
The rooms are small which is not a problem but very dated, tired looking. The AC isn’t great, it leaks water over the very small balcony. (Although did have a lovely view of the sea)
Rooms do have the basics you need, however only a few bottles of still & sparkling water in the fridge, you don’t get anything else, no coke/fanta etc…
Also some of the plug sockets did not work.
Food is very average with the same breakfast every morning however most of lunch and dinner is the same but they change a few of the dishes to make it a bit different but a lot of turkey is served every night/afternoon!!
There was also many flies around all the food that was open.
You can not get a coke or fanta at breakfast, they only have tea/coffee and extremely syrupy juice, I asked for a Turkish coffee or coke and apparently you can only get that from 10:00am when the bar opens.
The drinks at the bar are not great, the ice coffee is awful, the slush is pure syrup and they don’t serve you bottled water anywhere, they have a few water fountains around with paper cups, we was told to by bottle water from the local shop or our room and fill it up. The bar closes at midnight so you can’t not get a drink after that anywhere in the hotel other than water in your fridge.
There is no AC in the hallways or toilets and very very light AC working in the lobby so when you get dressed of an evening and come out your room the heat just hits you.
You get a towel card given to you upon arrival and can change it but the towel room does not open till 9:00 and closes at 18:30, however all clean towels are gone by 15:00.
The beach is nice, but it is not PRIVATE as advertised, all beaches in Marmaris are public so when your laying on your sun lounger you get a family come along and set up right next to you, in fact they normally come and sit on the beds, there are security there who do try to move them off. They have a right to move them off the sun lounger as that is private and part of the hotel but not the actual beach. It does get very busy with lots of locals and other people from local hotels who set up a picnic right in front of you, who do also sometimes leave there rubbish behind, although the beach workers do to try to clean it.
Don’t bother to ask for a late check out as the answers always no.
The positives are the beach is nice and the location is great, it’s near lots of shops and restaurants and the view is lovely.

We were gifted this holiday by our children, and we could not have been happier with this hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, polite and attentive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The entertainment each evening was also brilliant. It was genuinely a joy to speak to the staff members everyday.
The spa, however, is what made our holiday truly unforgettable. Antonio took such amazing care of us and made every visit feel special. The masseuses were absolutely incredible and provided some of the best treatments we have ever had. We visited the spa multiple times during our stay because we enjoyed it so much. The Turkish baths were also amazing and added so much to the whole experience.
Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations and we are already looking forward to returning in the future.

This is my honest review. Still here and no one asked me to post this. I usually book hotels after readings reviews but this time I just trusted Hays with it. I then read the review and was honestly not excited because even one bad review causes me anxiety! BUT honestly I’m having a good time. I haven’t even been to the beach yet because I’m just enjoying my time around the pool!
Keep in mind we could hear music until 4am ish. Not from the hotel itself but probably from bars and clubs on the main road. I can sleep through anything so not an issue for me.
If you’re going for the gym, maybe not the one for you. No air con which meant it was very musty lol and defo in need of refurbishment.
I stayed on level 4 and WiFi wasn’t great but I had a eSIM so not a problem for me.
Also I don't drink! Feedback would be more sugar free options please!

Great experience!!
The head of Guest Experience is excellent at her job! Such a lovely young woman! Made our experience at this hotel even better!!
Pool scene is first class!! Great vibe!
Room overlooking pool (434) is brilliant! Great big shower! The young girl who cleans our room has it looking pristine each day! She works so hard!
Bar staff exceptional!! Restaurant staff really nice!
I swear though I have never laughed so much at the Bingo caller - I was sore and for the first time in my
Life played bingo the following night!
Lovely hotel. Smack bang central in Icmeler.
Visit here! You will be impressed!
