Very very old hotel, rooms and bathrooms stinks, need massive refurbishment!
Idon't know how people give the 5star when actually this is 3star hotel.
I don't recommend it at all! On arrival they offered us room 512. You will not find a room like that in the pictures. The next day, after we have viewed other 4 rooms. we could decide to choose another one better than 512. Most of the rooms stinks, water on the bathroom floors.
I think that the most of the people who give fantastic reviews are those who are drinking alchool nearly non stop. Probably this means fantastic holiday for them. It was disgusting to see the cats in restaurant. There were few dogs on the beach. It is not a private beach, everyone has access, not only people from the hotel.
Save your money and find another one!

Absolutely loved our time here. Room comfortable and clean food plenty of choice. Location was great nice clean beach with plenty of water sports activities available just a little further up the beach. All staff and management could not do enough for you and all worked very hard to make our stay very pleasurable. Would definitely come back again. Its s little dated in parts but the place was clean the cleaner who did our room was a lovely lady made a different pattern every day on the bed with fresh towels.
The staff in the bars and restaurant were so attentive can not fault them , location was spot on steps away from beach the Spa treatments were good again lovely staff and the food was good enough to eat everyday for an all inclusive holiday in a different country, its not UK but if thats what you want every day dont go but if you want a lovely holiday in a nice place where you get looked after then this is worth a try .forgot ro say if they do have friendly cats and dogs that pop over to say hi and get cuddles off you from time to time as well so thar may seay your thoughts but you will get these in most hotels ? Pubs and shops in Turkey its what they do it wont stop us we love them so We may look here again

Beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need in a 5 star hotel. private Beach is a few steps outside the hotel with plenty of loungers and space, as in the pool with plenty of loungers and private cubicles. Nina the manager is always polite and friendly every time she sees you as is all the staff at this beautiful hotel,. All the food and drinks are of the best standards

We booked a sea view room for a week end of June as a couple, all inclusive. Overall I'd rate the experience 4/5 stars. The staff around the hotel were friendly and attentive, the waiters and waitresses were very good. Unfortunately the Reception staff let them down as they were not very welcoming or friendly. I never seen any of them smile once.
The animations team were very friendly and encouraged everyone to take part in activities. The pool was disappointing, it is small and the same depth the whole way round, for me 5'6ft I could not touch the floor in the pool. The sea was very nice, I would recommend sea shoes as it is rocky. The views are stunning from the hotel, I have put some photographs. The food was good quality and tasty, although after a week it was very repetitive. There is a good drinks selection with the all inclusive package. The hotel could do with some more lifts as you will often wait ages for an available lift. The room was large and mostly clean. We were given fresh towels everyday which was great. The mattress is very, very hard and uncomfortable and you only get 1 pillow. The balcony is just the right size to sit on, and the view from the sea view rooms is stunning. The hotel is in a good location, in walking distance to a lot of shops and right on the sea front. The air conditioning is very good.
The chairs at the beach bar were very uncomfortable. Whilst we wanted to stay and watch the entertainment, we mostly found ourselves leaving early as the chairs were not comfortable. We saw other people bringing cushions for the chairs as they were so uncomfortable.
