If I am being honest, this is not a luxury 5-star hotel, but it is definitely a great 5-star family resort. The facilities are great and very clean, and the entertainment is full-on until 11:30 PM. I would definitely recommend it for a family holiday.
However, because it is advertised as a 5-star property, there are a few areas that could be improved. The front desk reception service was disappointing and unhelpful at times; for instance, when I asked for a bottle of water, the receptionist ( She )bluntly just said 'NO'. Additionally, the gym should have a water dispenser, and the Wi-Fi range in our room was next to none.
Overall, though, it is a great hotel.
I would especially like to give a shout-out to a few standout staff members.
At the adult pool area, Alex and his team put in endless effort to keep everything in order, staying friendly while providing great drinks service. The other gentleman working alongside Alex is also an incredibly hard worker, constantly making sure the sunbeds and tables are ready for guests, brushing away leaves, and drying the wet floors.
Another staff member who deserves recognition is Fidan from the restaurant team. Her experience shines through; she is hard-working, friendly, and does an excellent job guiding the younger staff members. She definitely deserves to be a supervisor!
and of course the house keeping staffs were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff throughout the resort. From arrival to departure, everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming, but what really stood out was how fantastic the staff were with our 6-month-old son. That made the stay feel much easier and more enjoyable as a family.
The food was good, with a reliable buffet and plenty of options each day. The snack bar and drinks bar offerings were also very good, giving us plenty of choice throughout the day. The room was great, clean and comfortable, and the maid was fantastic. She was very attentive to our son’s schedule and always made sure we had enough complimentary bottled water and towels in the room.
The complex itself is really convenient, with a small supermarket shop and a hairdresser on site. Entertainment was slightly lacking during most of our stay, although the season had not properly started, so that is understandable. On our final night, the entertainment improved noticeably with an excellent acrobatic performance.
Overall, a brilliant hotel with standout staff, good facilities and a very family-friendly feel. We would happily recommend it.

It is 10pm on our last night and I am currently in the hallway with my 2 year old holding him while he sleeps as there’s a private party at a part of the hotel away from the usual entertainment. The music is so loud our room is vibrating. I can still hear the music in the hallway on the third floor. I went down to reception and rang down to complain but they said there was nothing they could do and suggested talking to guest relations in the morning. This event is scheduled to end at 11:30pm. We would never have booked this hotel had we known the basketball guests would take priority over families. The entertainment by the pool has been too loud and interfered with a relaxing holiday. We could not hear each other from sun bed to sun bed so I asked them to turn the music down. No one wants music blaring at that level while they’re relaxing by the pool.
The hotel does have positives - it’s very clean, staff are friendly and food is good. I wouldn’t say food is excellent as the desserts looked much better than they tasted and there was a real lack of vegan or dairy free options. There were 4 vegan dishes each night, sometimes this was a tray of sweetcorn (!). While there’s plenty of salad, none of the sauces were dairy free. When I asked the chef he did give strawberries as a dessert option but this was only for two nights. TUI suggested I speak with the head chef but guest relations only gave me an allergen slip to hand to the staff at the restaurant and they told me all desserts have egg or milk. As we paid all inclusive with so much choice and selection, you’d think they could have made something to accommodate during my 1 week stay.
This hotel is not suitable for families with children under 4 in my opinion. The pools are too cold (our holiday was 8/5-15/5). Our little boy was shivering the first two days. The slides are for older children and only on select times of day when the lifeguard is present. The children’s pool has about 12 sunbeds near it so limited space. The soft play was great and staff there really lovely. All other pools are 1.5m depth all around. There’s no shallow end. My sisters in law struggled to stand up in them.
I would not recommend this hotel because of the noise during the day and the ridiculous private party that prevented my children from sleep, and how unsuitable the pools are for younger children. I would recommend it for cleanliness. The non vegans in our party said the desserts were often lacking in flavour but enjoyed a lot of the main hot food.

Cannot stress enough how good of a time me and my boyfriend had, our first proper holiday together and every part was amazing start to finish. The staff always smiled at you, the restaurant staff went above and beyond for you making sure you’re comfy and have drinks. Food was a big worry for us, but when we arrived the selection what genuinely outstanding and me and my partner can be fussy from time to time, yet every meal filled us up and satisfied us. Also have to mention the late night soup they do, that in itself was very tasty and good to have if u missed dinner or just want a snack. pools were cleaned every evening. other people were pleasant everyone smiles and speaks to eachother. Altogether, i would most definitely come back, especially as a young couple there was plenty to do because of where the hotel is located and just overall amazing experience!!

Bluebay Paradise Hotel, the hotel was lovely, very modern and clean with everything you could want. Our room was very spacious and included a kettle with tea and coffee which was unexpected, housekeeping came in everday and left us fresh bottles of water, the lady I didn't get her name was lovely, she always conversed with us and was happy, smiling and friendly. We were in 1105 which over looked the main pool, a great location, the beds were comfortable and was so quiet at night there was no problem with sleeping.
The food was plentiful with a lot of variety, no-one would good hungry between the restaurant and snack bars, there was something for everyone throughout the day. Our waiter where we sat each day was absolutely fabulous, Yunus ensured we had seats, drinks and anything else we may need from breakfast through to dinner, he was happy, polite and a family man who was interested in you as a person and your holiday not just another number. After a few days Yunus got a trainee Sehmuz, again this young boy was always happy, polite and attentive, between the two of them we were well taken care of..thank you!
The drinks weren't the best which is the same with most AI places, the wine in particular was not the best and what I really missed was a Pina Colada, in fact no barcardi on the menu at all for AI. Disappointing, hence the 4 stars not 5 :( Alex in the over 16s pool area worked alone all day to keep the guests hydrated and made sure everyone had a sunbed and a parasol if needed, he did it with a smile and kept the area clean and tidy. Ozlem was the waitress that works the bar at the back area in the evening, again what a beautiful young lady, she couldn't do enough for us and always with a smile, she and the other staff all work long hours and work hard to keep guests happy, they all need to be commended for their hard work 👏🏻
I booked a Turkish bath with a tanning treatment, it was absolutely lovely, so relaxing and what was needed at the start of the holiday to unwind. The young lady who looked after me that day was lovely, I didn't catch her name, but it was a really enjoyable experience. We also took a Gulet boat trip, adults only with lunch and afternoon tea. This was amazing, we got to swim in 3 different bays and also stopped at a small village and had a nice glass of wine at a local bar overlooking the sea. A great trip I would recommend to anyone. We did have a mixup with the bus pickup in the morning, but the Tui rep rang a taxi and we were reimbursed for this when we got back that evening. I can't remember the reps name, but she was very helpful and always around the hotel if anyone needed her.
All in all a great stay, would recommend this hotel, more so for families but we did enjoy as a couple.
