The good bits: staff were fabulous, room facilities were also great. The hotel setting was breathtaking - amazing views from the hotel seafront. The room aircon was excellent as well (a must when it's 26C at 2AM in August). The not so good: a little removed from civilisation (some might say thats a plus!), our particular room had a rather rotten smell most of the time, and our premium bungalow view was of the back of the bungalow across the little path. The 'garden view' advertised was of a hedge, a little tree and some grass that lined the path. Oh, and the tops of some trees that overlook the sea (if you were in a different room). I think the ground floor ones at the back are just too low. The neutral: the all inclusive food was 'ok.' The drinks were adequate, though the cola wasn't that fizzy and the wine was definitely not premium.
All in all a very nice place then. The hotel seafront with jetty and bar/restaurant were also great in the evening, with views of Marmaris and Icmeler to relax to over a drink. I would certainly stay again and recommend, though I would request a different bungalow 😉

We loved our stay at the Labranda Mares Hotel. Our room was lovely and spacious. The reason for my 4 star for the room was just because after the first day there was a bad smell coming from our double room which was a bit off putting.
The staff were super friendly. Loved just spending time at the pool and on the beach. The jet ski was super fun!
Food was tasty but just got a little repetitive as it does with all inclusive. Restaurants were not far from the hotel. About a 10 minute walk which was very convenient. The whole complex is kept very clean.
The evening entertainment was different every night which was fun to see. Although it was hard to get a seat to sit and watch but we didn't mind standing.
I'd love to come back to this hotel again. Marmaris is a place you just can't get bored! There is so much to do.

I highly recommend this hotel! The food is great, and the location is amazing—it feels like you're right in the middle of a forest. It's very peaceful and romantic.
The customer service is also wonderful. A big thank you to Esra for resolving all of our room issues! All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Labranda Mares Marmaris! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was simply fantastic, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day and excellent quality.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a memorable holiday. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly special.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in Marmaris. We will definitely be coming back!

I honestly cannot believe this hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had numerous cockroaches, which may have been due to how dirty it was. After repeatedly complaining, we were moved to another room that was somehow even worse. There were crumbs in the bed, stained couches and pillows, empty fruit juice boxes hidden behind the countless cushions on the sofa, and a rusty shower that barely produced any water.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff often seemed more interested in drinking tea or preparing their own breakfast during breakfast service than assisting guests.
The food was below average, and unfortunately my 2-year-old became sick with what appeared to be food poisoning during our stay.
Housekeeping was practically non-existent. During the 5 days we stayed, our bedsheets were never changed, the room was never properly cleaned, and the beds were never made. We were a family of five, yet housekeeping only provided two towels per day.
The entire property felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below the standard expected of a resort. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as a 2-star property.
If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, quality service, or a relaxing holiday, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
