We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Labranda Mares Marmaris! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was simply fantastic, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day and excellent quality.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is stunning, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a memorable holiday. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly special.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in Marmaris. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Labranda Mares. Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional.
The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were well maintained, and every detail made us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We will definitely be back!

I honestly cannot believe this hotel is advertised as a 5-star resort. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Our room had numerous cockroaches, which may have been due to how dirty it was. After repeatedly complaining, we were moved to another room that was somehow even worse. There were crumbs in the bed, stained couches and pillows, empty fruit juice boxes hidden behind the countless cushions on the sofa, and a rusty shower that barely produced any water.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff often seemed more interested in drinking tea or preparing their own breakfast during breakfast service than assisting guests.
The food was below average, and unfortunately my 2-year-old became sick with what appeared to be food poisoning during our stay.
Housekeeping was practically non-existent. During the 5 days we stayed, our bedsheets were never changed, the room was never properly cleaned, and the beds were never made. We were a family of five, yet housekeeping only provided two towels per day.
The entire property felt neglected, unhygienic, and far below the standard expected of a resort. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as a 2-star property.
If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, quality service, or a relaxing holiday, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We had a wonderful holiday at Labranda Mares Marmaris. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and has an amazing sea view. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food had many options, especially at breakfast and dinner. The private beach and pool areas were very relaxing. The location is perfect for a peaceful vacation close to Marmaris center. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again.

This is our 4th time visiting this hotel.
On this occasion the room wasn't quite up to standard but once we went to reception they were super quick in changing the room for us with a view to die for.
The location of the hotel is amazing. Views are outstanding.
The main reason we come back to this hotel is the fantastic service we always receive. A huge thank you to Chagatay and Eros who always make our stay memorable. 5 stars all round.
