Me and my boyfriend are coming to the end of our holiday and just want to say that our stay has been incredible. From the moment we came we felt so comfortable and had a member of staff chauffeur our bags to our room. We were pleased with the room, however we did find the beds quite uncomfortable and the shower can sometimes switch from hot to cold. Other than that we had a nice and clean room, with service every day if needed. They made sure we had fresh towels and clean bedding and even left some fruit and wine after leaving a little tip. The staff are so friendly and provide excellent service. Plates and tables were always cleared as quick as possible, with cutlery and napkins ready on the table. Drinks were also offered, literally like being in a restaurant than an all inclusive! We were very impressed with the food, where everything was always fresh and can see the chefs cooking. The cuisine was changed everyday so there are always new items of food. The entertainment team were also very engaging, providing a variety of games during the day such as darts, beer pong, football, table tennis, yoga and zumba, so a variety for all! The evenings were also interesting every day, with different dance shows and karaoke. There is also a spa and beauty salon offering lots of treatments and I definitely recommend the Turkish bath and massage for a great price. We came at the start of the season so we didn’t have the entertainment to start with and we did have a couple of days with horrible weather:( other than that we had the best time!

This hotel is so good, it is very clean. It has an amazing pool for everybody. The activities are all day and really fun and inclusive. The staff are all so caring and nice, especially the entertainment team who are always so fun and kind, they make you feel welcome every single day. The food is very nice and different everyday.Mr Luxury is an amazing staff member, he will speak to you every day and he is every fun and kind.

It’s a great hotel for relaxing without having to worry about food or drinks. From around 7:30 a.m. until midnight, there is always something available to eat or drink.
The rooms are a little small, but they are clean and comfortable. At the entrance of the hotel, on the right-hand side, there is a tour guide named Hassan. He is very friendly and helpful. We asked him many questions, and he gave us useful and detailed answers. I highly recommend booking a tour with him.
Overall, we were very happy with our choice. It was our anniversary, and I informed the hotel in advance. They decorated our room and provided a bottle of wine and some other beverages, which was a lovely surprise.

My 15 year old daughter and I had the most wonderful week at your hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly left we found the staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel, the pool, our room were all very clean. We very much enjoyed the food, the taste, freshness and variety were fantastic! We would highly recommend and return for sure. Thank you for making our stay extra special with our room upgrade ❤️

We had two standard rooms which were perfect for what we wanted. They are slightly on the small side but that wasn’t an issue for us with two older kids in one room and 2 adults and a smaller child in the other. Some of the rooms are up a fair few stairs, there is a lift but we didn’t use it preferring to take the opportunity to get some steps in each time.
The food was really good with a varied selection at all meal times. There are numerous activities/events throughout the day and night if you are into that, but we tend to avoid them.
We hired a car when there and went on our own excursions each day which was great. Special mention for Hassan (Hotel Advisor) who was great when hiring the car and helping us plan days, he was superb.
