A Truly Unforgettable Family Holiday at Casa de Maris – Already Counting Down to Next Year!
Our recent family holiday at Casa de Maris was nothing short of magical – from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality, luxurious facilities, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The food and drinks were out of this world – every meal felt like a five-star dining experience. Whether we were enjoying breakfast with a sea view or sipping cocktails by the pool, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety on offer kept the whole family happy (even our pickiest eaters!).
The staff were truly the heart of the hotel. Impeccably professional yet incredibly warm and attentive – nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who ensured our rooms were always immaculate – spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay.
We also have to mention the spa, which was simply sensational. So relaxing and luxurious – our family loved it so much we went twice during our stay. Total bliss!
Another unexpected highlight was the barber – absolutely outstanding! My dad, son, and son-in-law all visited him twice during the holiday and couldn’t stop raving about the service and quality.
The entertainment team was brilliant – full of energy, fun, and creativity. They kept using smiling all day and into the evening with great shows, games, and activities.
However, the absolute star of the show for us was the lifeguard. This amazing staff member worked tirelessly and with genuine care, ensuring every single guest was safe, happy, and well looked after. His dedication and constant presence gave us such peace of mind – he truly went above and beyond.
And of course, we mustn’t forget the resident cats who added an extra bit of charm and character to the whole experience. They were so friendly and clearly well cared for – our animal-loving family adored them.
We were so impressed that we’ve already booked our return visit – this time for two weeks! We simply can’t wait to be back at what we now consider our second home.

What a wonderful hotel. Food was great, staff service and cleaning was top notch.
Did not expect to be waited on so well, especially on the beach where drinks were brought to us.
Big shout out to all the staff, all of them were great and would gladly go here again. Definitely the best hotel around the area from what I could see from exploring!

Starting with the positives: the hotel was overall very clean and modern. You can tell that it is still quite new. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout our stay. The food was of good quality and offered something for everyone. Drinks were original and of high quality, and the cocktails were fine—upon request, they could also be made stronger. A special highlight was the service: staff were constantly attentive, always asking if we would like something to drink. Although there is no bar directly on the beach, a very attentive waiter serves drinks from the pool bar. The beach itself is rocky, but access to the sea is easy via the pier. Finding sunbeds was never an issue, as there were always enough available.
Special thanks go to Vehbi and Sinan from the beach team, Kate and Coco from the animation team, and the waiter Onurcan, all of whom made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Now to the negatives: at night it can be quite noisy, as the hotel is located on the main road, so traffic sounds are constant. In addition, there are many roosters in the neighboring area, which can wake you up at night. We had a room with a “side sea view,” but the sea was only visible if you leaned out over the balcony. The room also did not have a separate bathroom; the shower and toilet were integrated into the room itself. Another inconvenience is that the hotel does not provide its own parking, and the staff does not assist guests in finding parking spaces.
Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were very unfriendly. Most notably, the lobby manager was highly unprofessional and showed no understanding of customer service.

We had an amazing experience here, and one of the main reasons was our waiters. They named Emir and Onurcan. They named extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. They always served us with a big smile and made sure we had everything we needed. They positive energy really made our meals more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your excellent service – you truly made us feel welcome.

If you’re fine with just the pool, maybe it’s worth considering but the beach is an absolute disgrace. There’s zero service, like they’re trying to keep things running with scraps. The so-called “lifeguard” is nothing more than a sunbed attendant who only bothers to move when it suits him. I have never come across such an unprofessional and lazy staff member in any hotel; the beach is left neglected, with guests’ safety and comfort treated as an afterthought.
