I stayed here recently for a business trip and was very pleased with the welcoming staff and amenities. They are still completing renovations, so there were a few minor inconveniences but overall I can tell this is going to be a very elegant once completed. The concierge was very helpful with recommendations for meals at the restaurant and even set up a cab service for me on the day I left. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The burger was better than most I've ever had but the chicken brick was amazing, with sauteed spinach and perfect roasted potatoes. I will definitely recommend this a a family friendly, comfortable hotel!

So let’s start with all the amazing experience that I had. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. At the time of my stay they were still renovating the lobby and outside area so that was a little annoying not to know before booking. Upon getting there they put me in the wrong room then the wrong room number. So that was annoying as well the staff had no way of communicating with one another so I had to go up and down the elevator until they finally got it right. Over the rooms were nice and clean. Looks like once they finish all the renovations the hotel will be very nice and complete all the way around.

I love the location of this hotel. Very clean place. Great parking and friendly staff when you can find them. The rooms are a great size and very clean. Nice pool area. Nice little store for snacks, gifts, or if you forgot something. We checked in on Thursday, on Saturday they still hadn't cleaned or given us clean towels. No biggie. I stopped by the front desk and asked if they could at the least give us some clean towels. Saturday night we got back, and the dirty towels were still there. The room still had not been touched. I called the front desk and again asked for clean towels. She informed me that she would have to check to see if I had requested them this morning 😱. We ended up using the towels from the pool area.

Staff was extremely friendly. Excellent Breakfast variety (Open 6:30 - 10:30 AM). Pool+Jacuzzi excellent - we stayed with my entire family and had a great time + great location. Must have a car as no shuttle services.
Bathroom a little bit outdated but no issue whatsoever. Overall we had a great stay and experience.
Note: Room comes with breakfast for 2. Very pricey for extra guest breakfast (range btw $17 - $23)

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kinetic. We recently stayed there for 5 days. Was hesitate at first because some reviews weren’t very good. We stayed in a junior suite. It was spacious, clean and had a great view of Icon Park. Service was fast. Every time we called and asked for more towels they brought to us immediately. Front desk staff were professional and helpful.
The restaurant was very good. We had the chicken wings, hamburger and kids chicken tenders. Food was cooked perfectly and had no reason to complain. It was also reasonably priced as well to be at a hotel. The waitress we had was amazing, very personable. Highly recommend eating there on your stay. Pool area was nice however the signs with the area of how deep the water was, was incorrect. It said that it was 5ft 1 but my husband is over 6 ft tall and water was up to his neck. The location is nice for if you are going to Disney, Universal or Seaworld.
My only complaints would be that the hotel lobby is super hot. Almost like we were in a sauna. AC in room was great though.
Also we had apparently signed up for a junior suite but wasn’t aware we called to see if we could switch to a regular room with two Queen sized beds but we were told that it would be more expensive if we were to switch. Not sure how or why but just what they said. Another is that they have no shuttle, that was one of the reasons why we wanted to stay there. We called before arriving and were told that they did a shuttle service to Universal but we get there and they don’t offer any thing of the sort. The hotel definitely needs renovating I think they are preparing to do that soon. The rollout bed for the couch was super uncomfortable. It felt like the bed springs were sticking out.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
