A really beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and the food was absolutely stunning.
There was a great variety of food and drink on the menus. I especially enjoyed the smoothies and protein shakes they had available!
The view on the sea view side was lovely, and the pool area was really tastefully decorated with plenty of sun loungers and bean bags.
Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for a holiday.

Our first big holiday like this started in a funny way. From flight delays to little things going wrong by the time we arrived in Mallorca we were exhausted and honestly expecting the worst.
But the moment we checked into Caramelo Calvia Beach around midnight, everything somehow calmed down and started to make sense. The reception staff were lovely, check-in was quick and easy and then we walked into our room… and were genuinely shocked. It was the best room we could have asked for. The view was exactly how I had imagined it, and seeing it for the first time in the middle of the night was already amazing. Then we woke up the next morning and saw everything in colour, and it was even better.
The room was clean, comfortable, cosy and well maintained. We had everything we needed, and the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge were honestly chef’s kiss because we were dying of thirst when we arrived. And the AC deserves a special mention. After spending 10 hours outside in the Mallorca heat coming back to a cool room was the best feeling.
These might seem like small, ordinary things, but we genuinely appreciated every little detail. Coming back to a clean room every day, the friendly kitchen staff, and just feeling comfortable in the hotel made such a difference.
We only had breakfast included, but the food was amazing. There was variety and everything we tried was really tasty. For me, though, the fruits were the real star, absolutely to die for :))
During the last three days of our holiday, we decided to spend more time at the hotel, using the pool and having lunch and dinner there. And honestly, I was so annoyed with myself that we hadn’t done it sooner. :)) The vibes were 10/10, the food was delicious and we never had a bad meal. The food was honestly better than some of the places we ate at outside the hotel.
All in all, this review is more of a big thank you to the hotel and its staff for being such a big part of a really lovely holiday. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recommend Caramelo Calvia Beach.

P.S. The hotel is uphill, so if you want something this good, you have to work for it ahaha. Consider the hill part of the holiday package. :)

A great hotel, the best food I’ve had at a hotel. The breakfast options is everything you need/could want (have a protein shake bar and coffee bar)
I recommend going half board, you get €30 a day per person. You can use this at lunch and dinner and in between. They have many options I’ll include a picture.
I’m seeing negative comments about there being no music. There’s now music. No complaints, enjoyable.
And as well negative comments about the hill being steep. It’s not in the slightest, my boyfriend who hand an injured foot managed fine.
The staff were all so friendly and kind especially Sam at reception who was efficient and helped us with any queries.
And Arianna who was friendly, customer-focused attitude to handle guests and fast-paced environments well. Made amazing mocktails !
Overall an amazing experience will recommend to friends and family.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Caramelo and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt fresh, modern and extremely well looked after. Everything was really clean, from the rooms and communal areas to the pool area, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and relaxing.
There was plenty of space around the pool, so it never felt too crowded, even when the hotel was busy. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and unwind.
The food was another real highlight of our stay. There was a great selection, everything was fresh and well presented, and we were genuinely impressed with the quality and variety of the meals.
Overall, Hotel Caramelo exceeded our expectations. The combination of modern facilities, cleanliness, spacious pool areas and amazing food made it a really enjoyable holiday. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel!
The room was nicely organized and was kept clean during our whole stay. Beside the room there were facilities available such as the two swimming pools, gym, snooker table, … etc.
Also the à la carte concept was nice, you had a wide variaty of dishes you could choose from and in case you wanted to mix things up the chefs were more then pleased to do so.
Also the staff was great, shout out to Maria, Evelyn and Alex for being so kind and helpfull during our stay. Other members of the hotel were also amazing, they were there if you needed them to and always attended to your needs with the brightest smile!
