The staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Everything was clean, with plenty of food and drinks available throughout our stay. The entertainment was amazing, with staff organising games for both children and adults during the day. Every evening there was also live entertainment in the theatre. There was plenty to do around the hotel, including mini golf, table tennis, a multisport court, and a pool table.
The food selection was very good. Breakfast included bread, cold meats and cheeses, fried eggs, sausages, beans, yoghurts, salads, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and fizzy drinks. Lunch and dinner were always different each day, with lots of choice, desserts, fruit, and drinks available. Throughout the day you could also get wines, cocktails, beers, juices, fizzy drinks, hot drinks, snacks, fruit, and ice cream.
The location was great — only around 15 minutes from the beach, with lots of shops nearby. If you’re travelling by car, parking was easy as you could park along the roadside. The hotel also offers a bus service to different places, and there’s even a zoo within walking distance. Towels for the loungers could be rented for €2 with a €10 deposit.
The room was comfortable, and I was happy with both the bed and the sofa bed. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel grounds, and the hotel felt very safe during our stay. The entertainment usually continued until around 11pm, which might feel a bit late for some guests, but it didn’t bother us personally.
The pool was a good size with plenty of loungers available for sunbathing, although there were no water slides. The other guests were also very friendly, which created a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff always made an effort to speak with guests and ask how they were doing, and the bar staff even remembered people’s regular drink orders.
This hotel is especially suitable for families, as there were lots of children around enjoying themselves and riding scooters around the resort. For us, this made the atmosphere feel lively and fun, although couples or retired guests looking for a very quiet holiday might feel differently.
Value for money was amazing in my opinion. We paid around £180 per person all-inclusive, which I thought was excellent for what was offered. We enjoyed spending time at the hotel so much that we only left the grounds twice during our stay. I would definitely return and would happily recommend it to others.
The only slight downside for me was the nearby beach, which wasn’t as nice as some of the others in the area. There was quite a lot of black algae on the beach and in the water, and the sea looked darker and less clear than the crystal-blue water you might expect elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we look back very disappointed on our stay at this resort. While the staff appeared friendly, the overall experience fell far below the expectations we had for an all-inclusive holiday.
The apartments are very outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The beds in particular were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep.
In addition, the food was very disappointing. The buffet was often lukewarm or cold and lacked both flavor and variety. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a much higher standard of quality.
When we raised our concerns with management, the only solution offered was a different mattress. No further effort, understanding, or compensation was provided, which we found very disappointing from a customer service perspective.
Considering the overall price-quality ratio, we would not recommend this resort.

Today is our last day at this hotel, and I decided to leave a review.
I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars, mainly because the restaurant significantly improves the hotel's overall reputation.
The positives: the food is delicious, fresh, and varied. The staff are friendly and polite.
The negatives: the rooms are very old. The curtains are dirty, the taps and bathtub are rusty, and there are cracks in the walls. Our child slept every night with dozens of ants in the bed. On our last day, we found a piece of cookie under the sofa that had apparently been there for all six days of our stay. We also saw a cockroach about 4 cm long on the hotel grounds.
Cats and dogs regularly defecate near the balconies, and it is only cleaned up if guests specifically ask. The swimming pool is very small and overcrowded. The kids' club is not operating, so if you are hoping to leave your children there and relax, that is not possible. The entertainment program is very limited.
The walk to the beach is terrible. There are piles of garbage along the road, and the smell is awful. During our seven-day stay, the sea was clean for only two days. The water was full of floating rubbish, and the protected natural area near the beach was covered with litter, plastic bags, paper, and even animal waste.
The shuttle bus runs at very inconvenient times. In seven days, we were only able to use it four times. The beach is about 1 km away, and walking that distance in 35°C heat with children is exhausting.
We came here from Ukraine, where we have lived through daily missile attacks for more than four years. To reach the airport, we spent over 23 hours travelling through the Polish border, followed by our flight. In total, it took us around 30 hours to get to the hotel. We and our children were completely exhausted.
We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 a.m., but the reception staff strictly followed the official check-in time, so we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to get our room. This was despite the fact that our last night (26 July) was fully paid for, even though we will leave the hotel at 11:50 p.m. on 25 July.
We understand that many people in Spain may not know much about Ukraine or what it is like to live through a war. However, I would like to ask the hotel management to show a little more understanding towards guests arriving from Ukraine. There are not many of us, but please remember that we have spent years living with fear every single night, praying that our families survive until morning.
After a 30-hour journey, having to wait another 10 hours for check-in was heartbreaking. Not a single person even asked us, "How are you?"
I will not return to this hotel. Unfortunately, what I will remember most is the garbage everywhere.

Hello, we stayed here and have to say, this is a very nice hotel.
Very good for an all inclusive holiday, with top service and clean rooms.
Food is very good here.
Very good price-performance ratio.
With a large pool and daily animation programs for young and old.
A bit difficult to get to from the airport.
But we'd love to come back next year.
It was really fun.

Wonderful All-Inclusive Holiday at HSM Club Torre Blanca
We had a very pleasant week-long all-inclusive holiday at HSM Club Torre Blanca. While the rooms may not be overly luxurious or spotlessly clean (though I might have high standards), everything else more than made up for it. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the food was absolutely delicious — a real highlight of the stay.
The hotel isn’t located right on the beach (about a 15-minute walk away), but that’s actually one of its advantages. The area is much quieter and more peaceful compared to the busy promenade. A shuttle bus to the beach was available, but we usually preferred walking to burn off some of the calories from the amazing meals.
The animation team deserves special mention — they manage to get everyone involved in dancing and fun activities. Such positive and energetic people!
I highly recommend spending your holiday at this hotel. It was a truly enjoyable experience!
