1. Staff are fantastic - facilitated all requests,even had a medical issue with children and medical team are on site, called the day after to check in make sure all ok, place runs like clockwork, and it’s very clean.
2. Rooms are functional but perhaps a bit dated,but have all you need and served us well for our 10 night stay. Def 3 star accommodation as the hotel is advertised.
3. Food - buffets are mayhem, but again the choices for kids are great, plus the staff are extremely accommodating with requests (my celiac niece was really looked after every day). Pizzas made fresh, food is made for the masses so you can’t expect 5 star, but adequate and plenty of it. But be prepared for madness!!!
4. Pools are great, hydro park is literally next door to the hotel and is free entry to guests which is fantastic. Be prepared for the usual sun lounger towel ninjas.
5. Beach is 1.25km from hotel and is fantastic for a swim or to visit the markets etc. easily walkable, but in mid summer heat the free shuttle bus from outside the front of hotel is excellent.
6. Drinks flow all day at the on site bars, I didn’t see anyone messy during our stay, and there is plenty of security on site that are watching everything so you feel well looked after. It is a family place, so as much as the adults can enjoy as many drinks as they want if on the all inclusive package, the bars strictly shut at 11pm-12am depending on which one you frequent.
Overall : A Well oiled machine run by fantastic staff, extremely safe and clean if not a little dated hotel rooms. We went in late June/early July, so be prepared for absolute mayhem in the later summer months. But overall the kids with us absolutely loved it, and we will look at returning again next year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good family holiday in a fantastic location
We had a really enjoyable family stay. The location is excellent, being close to Alcudia Beach, the port and the old town, making it easy to get out and explore.
There’s a free shuttle to the beach, which is a great addition, although we found getting a quick taxi for around €10 was more convenient, especially with the kids.
Our family room for four was a little on the small side, but it was comfortable enough for our stay.
The food offered plenty of variety, with something to suit everyone, and we were impressed with the choice available. The kids absolutely loved the pools, and having access to the water park was a really fun bonus and kept them entertained during the day.
The evening kids’ entertainment was probably the weakest point for us. Of the two shows during our stay, neither was really to our taste. That said, a couple of the visiting artists went down really well and we all enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks!
Overall, a good family-friendly hotel in a brilliant location, with excellent pools, good food and the added bonus of the water park. A few improvements to the evening entertainment and kids clubs would make it even better.

Honestly I thought it was going to be Butlins in the sun but it’s clean and the staff are amazing. I have a gluten intolerance and my kids have ASD and ARFID. Meal times are so stressful but let the staff know at front of house. They are happy to accommodate and once they know you they are on it. Recommend having a full exploration of all of the counters before you decide as I found English bacon hidden in a corner.
Bring insect repellent as the mozzies will eat you alive close to the lake and the circus entertainment venue.
If you are going out for the day staff will prepare a picnic if you ask at reception and give 24 hours notice.
Had an issue with the air con. Engineer there in less than 5 mins… outstanding.
Free bus to the beach every 30 mins from outside the hotel.
Hydro Park access the road but it’s 7 euro for a locker so just put your bag on a sun bed as only 5.50 euro for the day.
Great location only 5 mins on the bus to a beautiful beach and the old town is a 25 min walk away but footpath VERY rural with long grass. I would recommend getting a cab.

We just finished our vacation at this hotel.I read the reviews before purchasing it but I want to write from my own experience.
The hotel has great potential but they don't invest in the little things that make a difference.
1-there is no coffee machine in the Marte hotel,also,the coffee is the worst coffee I have ever had.
The room was extremely small for a family of 4 people,cleaning was only done superficially.
We went to the beach with the family and when we took a shower there was only sand left,cleaning was done that day but the bathroom was NOT cleaned.
No one cleaned the floor,when we arrived it was dirty and it stayed that way until the last day.
Just hair and dust.
The food,very modest,at lunch at the kids corner there was nothing,the food is repeated ,what is left from lunch for dinner.
If you go with children you have nothing to choose from.
It was not written on the label what the dish contained (butter,milk)
Having a child with CMPA it was very difficult for me to find something to give him to eat.
The pizza was frozen,the meat had very little variety.
The staff was friendly,that's the only plus.
It's not a place I would return to and I'm glad we only stayed 4 days
By the way,the baby cot was extremely dirty.
I don't think it's normal to pay for an all inclusive package but still have to pay for services,such as the boat ride,the children's playground,not to have at least a bottle of water in the room when you arrive,an ashtray on the balcony,room slippers etc
This is our experience and I hope it helps someone.
Also,the hotel need improvement and is not like they present in Photos ans videos

Lovely staff and very clean environment. Food is on point with a great variety, they are helpful with allergies and will always find someone to help you if what you’re asking isn’t being understood. Bedrooms are clean and they are great at replacing towels and sheets when needed. It’s our second time visiting, as the first was great too. Loads of selections of activities in site, all inclusive drinks are great, would come again in a heart beat.
