We are currently here on holiday and I can say that the hotel is great for the children, there is so much to do. The current downfalls are- the balcony is far too small. My husband and I tend to put the children in bed and have some time on the balcony, we have been reluctant to do so as the balcony is so small (and with 2 rubber rings out there there is no room!) Last night the children wanted to go on the boats on the lake but due to only being one member of staff and a boat broken down we waited for 30minutes and had to leave, will try again tonight! Also seeing as this is a very child friendly hotel there are not enough umbrellas and shade for little ones, we have had to come back to the room for our children to have a break from the sun and have a nap.
Access to the water park is great and is just across the road. We have been to the beach which was lovely and the bus there and back was on time (every 30 minutes) and the driver is so friendly. The children have loved the mini disco and evening entertainment.
The restaurants have so much choice and food is generally good. The children are happy with the variety on offer and definitely don’t go hungry. There are lots of lifts to the rooms (we stayed in a hotel in Palma last year with 3 lifts to the whole hotel and they kept breaking down) having a buggy and being on 9th floor has been fine and not waited long for a lift. Overall a lovely holiday so far!

1. Staff are fantastic - facilitated all requests, even had a medical issue with children and medical team are on site, called the day after to check in make sure all ok, place runs like clockwork, and it’s very clean.
2. Rooms are functional but perhaps a bit dated, but have all you need and served us well for our 10 night stay. Def 3 star accommodation as the hotel is advertised.
3. Food - buffets are mayhem, but again the choices for kids are great, plus the staff are extremely accommodating with requests (my celiac niece was really looked after every day). Pizzas made fresh, food is made for the masses so you can’t expect 5 star, but adequate and plenty of it. But be prepared for madness!!!
4. Pools are great, hydro park is literally next door to the hotel and is free entry to guests which is fantastic. Be prepared for the usual sun lounger towel ninjas.
5. Beach is 1.25km from hotel and is fantastic for a swim or to visit the markets etc. easily walkable, but in mid summer heat the free shuttle bus from outside the front of hotel is excellent.
6. Drinks flow all day at the on site bars, I didn’t see anyone messy during our stay, and there is plenty of security on site that are watching everything so you feel well looked after. It is a family place, so as much as the adults can enjoy as many drinks as they want if on the all inclusive package, the bars strictly shut at 11pm-12am depending on which one you frequent.
Overall : A Well oiled machine run by fantastic staff, extremely safe and clean if not a little dated hotel rooms. We went in late June/early July, so be prepared for absolute mayhem in the later summer months. But overall the kids with us absolutely loved it, and we will look at returning again next year.

Honestly I thought it was going to be Butlins in the sun but it’s clean and the staff are amazing. I have a gluten intolerance and my kids have ASD and ARFID. Meal times are so stressful but let the staff know at front of house. They are happy to accommodate and once they know you they are on it. Recommend having a full exploration of all of the counters before you decide as I found English bacon hidden in a corner.
Bring insect repellent as the mozzies will eat you alive close to the lake and the circus entertainment venue.
If you are going out for the day staff will prepare a picnic if you ask at reception and give 24 hours notice.
Had an issue with the air con. Engineer there in less than 5 mins… outstanding.
Free bus to the beach every 30 mins from outside the hotel.
Hydro Park access the road but it’s 7 euro for a locker so just put your bag on a sun bed as only 5.50 euro for the day.
Great location only 5 mins on the bus to a beautiful beach and the old town is a 25 min walk away but footpath VERY rural with long grass. I would recommend getting a cab.

We stayed at Club Mac, Alcudia, Mallorca from 15–22 May as a family with a 2-year-old and 4-year-old. Overall, I’d rate it 3–4 out of 5.
There were some positives: lots of pools, good food options, polite staff, and a useful shuttle to the beach. It is definitely geared towards families.
However, the resort and rooms felt a bit run down and could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. We had a blocked bathtub, an electrical issue with sparks where the RCB had to be changed, and air conditioning that needed three calls before it was fixed. Staff were polite and helpful, though sometimes there was a language barrier, and there was no follow-up after the electrical issue.
Food variety was good, but vegetarian labelling was confusing. Some items marked with a “V” contained seafood, while other vegetarian dishes were not labelled.
For a family resort, some rules felt too strict. My 2-year-old was stopped from taking food out of the restaurant, even though snack bar food could be taken around the resort. The playground also had mosquitoes, and Fun World was extra, usually around €10 per child.
Overall, I would recommend it for families looking for a budget-friendly, pool-focused holiday, but I probably would not return.

On arrival we had been advised that we would get a ground floor but there is no ground floors that I could see. I advised the staff that I really needed this for my son and to be moved to at least a first floor if one becomes available and they really did not want to know advised that I would be leaving a review and they just said fine, so removing a star for that. Room was not ready when we arrived so this is definitely worth checking this before going as we had to wait about for a good while. The food is not for everyone but I did enjoy it, fresh pancakes cooked every morning. Cereals and sausage, eggs toast, etc for breakfast. Lunch was not for everyone but I enjoyed the rice, chips, salad and deserts. Dinner again not for everyone but there was a roast dinner on Sunday with yorkies ets. There are snack bars outside and the pizza and chips and nuggets are nice and unlimited ice cream. Plenty for kids to do bouncy castles, golf, park all enclosed. Entertainment in pools daily but was too busy for us but that’s because we don’t like large crowds but you could get a sun bed. Entertainment at night looked good but we went out. Water pool unlimited access that was great with slides for young kids and plenty of sunbeds. Air con in room was great and nice views but I did hear a girl say hers had broken and another man said he had to be moved because his view was so bad but he advised he got moved. There is also sprinklers and my son played here for hours. They would benefit from a sensory room as met a lot of families with kids with additional needs but all in all a good 4 out of 5.
