Great Family Stay – Would Return! (4 Stars)
We stayed at Club Mac in Alcudia as a family group of 14 and had a great time overall. The hotel delivered pretty much what you'd expect from a 3-star resort – no frills, but lots of fun and comfort.
The food was what you'd hope for at this level – a decent selection at every meal and always something for everyone, even the fussy eaters. It never felt repetitive, and we were all well-fed! The drinks were also good, with a decent variety available throughout the day. The cocktails came from a machine, but they were still enjoyable and added to the holiday feel.
Rooms are on the snug side, including the balconies, but honestly, we didn’t spend much time in them apart from sleeping and getting ready. That said, they were cleaned to a high standard every day, which we really appreciated.
One of the biggest positives was the pool area – there’s loads of space and plenty of sun loungers. Even with our large group, we had no problem finding loungers together, which is rare at busy resorts!
All in all, I’d give Club Mac a solid 4 stars. It’s a great option for families, and we’d definitely consider coming back in the future.

Visited 1st-7th October, our second time. We love it, (myself and 2 children (10 and 16)) spent 3 full days at the water park, a couple of hotel pool days and a day in alcudia by the beach. We absolutely love the food, there was maybe 1 night that wasn't to our taste but never went hungry, the desserts are amazing.
We all suffered a few bites this time round, we didn't last time but they never bothered us, popped on some after bite cream at bedtime and no issues.
It's a lovely walk from the hotel to the beach, we never used the bus from the hotel.
Staff were always friendly, cleaners are around 24/7.
Rooms are perfectly fine for whats needed space wise, beds are really comfortable.
Entertainment isn't really our thing, nothing against the hotel, we just aren't entertainment people full stop but we never got bored.
All inclusive drinks are a win in my opinion, nothing bad to say.
A holiday is definitely what you make of it but the hotel will go above and beyond if you do have an issue.
Cannot fault club mac at all.
We have plans to return for a 3rd time.

Stayed in Marte hotel, lovely clean tidy rooms, cleaned daily. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Great service.
Restaurant staff especially in Marte go out if their way to help where they can, food has always been a good variety and cooked well thanks Julie! Who is lovely.
Foyer always clean and tidy, staff constantly cleaning floors etc especially when you get the odd rainy day!
Pizza wagon and burger bar fab!
Pools are great, plenty choice of pools, and always sun loungers available/not too crowded.
All kinds of drinks available, soft, hot, cold, alcohol etc and the kids bar is a huge hit.
This is our 3rd time here, although the last time was 10 year ago, they remembered and sent a lovely thank you letter and a small box of sweets for the kids.
Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable enough for what you need them for!
Bar staff are fantastic, especially Ahmed who is great with adults and children having a joke and a laugh!
Beach is a 10/15 minute walk away or there is a free bus shuttle which takes you from outside the hotel and back.
Beautiful stretch of beach and hotel is located in a great place too.
Overall great experience yet again and would definitely return.

This was my first overseas holiday with my kids as a single parent and I was worried about it. I needn’t have been. Check in was easy. The complex is vast with so much to do. You don’t even need to go off site if you don’t want to, however there are a lot of boil able excursions collected and dropped from /to the door available.
The rooms are small as are the balconies but let’s face it, you only sleep in them so who cares? The food is excellent with such a variety and even being there two weeks and going through the menu themes twice we didn’t get bored. Desserts are fantastic (we have sweet tooth!) the cleanliness was great - everything cleaned constantly and daily room cleans. The pools were lovely and clean, never had to wait for a sunbed - the skin care lady is so helpful. The attention to detail made me think this hotel should be more than 3 stars. I know the rules for alcohol are changing next year and I think that’s a great idea too - might help too many adults getting drunk early on and causing problems as this happened a couple go times during our stay but not the fault of the hotel staff at all. The staff team was consistent and they are all so friendly and hardworking. I really couldn’t praise this highly enough and I’m recommending to everyone I know who takes holidays with their young famililes! Oh, and play bingo while you’re there!!!

We spent 8 nights in Jupiter. Club Mac. Since the day one to our departure, the service has been amazing. Food diner is spacious. The choices and variety of different foods is fantastic. My husband is Muslim (does not eat pork) and he could still find lot of options to eat. Overall great.
Julie the manager in the restaurant was very friendly, clear in communication and attentive. The whole staff within the resort are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. This resort is perfect for children. We have two boys age 7 and there is always so much to do.great kids entertainment, we were not bored. The buses are available to take us to the beach (10-15 mins walk ) facilities are great. Rooms could do with little upgrade but are cleaned almost daily and enough space for all the things we needed.
Overall. Very happy we will be coming back. And we will definitely recommended to everyone we know.
