Overall, we have enjoyed our stay, but if I’m being completely honest, I don’t think we would return. Food: The main food was okay. Basically, it feeds you and that’s about it — nothing particularly special. With children, though, we really struggled at times. I absolutely cannot fault the snack bar. It was a godsend for us, as there was constantly something available to eat. Yes, it’s the same sort of food every day, but with kids that really doesn’t matter! They offer nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, chips, salad and fresh meats, so there was always something we could grab. Entertainment: Unfortunately, the entertainment wasn’t really for us. I personally didn’t feel that the entertainment team had much enthusiasm, although that’s just my opinion. Other people may really enjoy the activities, so I think this is definitely one of those things that comes down to personal preference. Pools: There are three pools to choose from, so you really can’t go wrong. The biggest issue for us was people taking other people’s belongings, particularly floats, when they clearly knew they weren’t theirs. It’s honestly just blatantly cheeky! If you’re coming here, I’d recommend marking your floats and belongings — I know it sounds extreme, but it has happened so many times while we’ve been here. Drinks: The drinks are what you’d expect from a basic all-inclusive. The queues can be a bit of a pain, but again, that’s just part of it. One thing that really made us laugh was the midnight shutdown. By midnight, it’s literally lights out, everything is done! We were still drinking our drinks when they actually turned the lights off on us. 😂 Staff: Overall, I haven’t had any major issues with the staff and there’s nothing specific I can raise as a complaint. However, I wouldn’t describe them as particularly friendly. The restaurant staff especially rarely smile and, unfortunately, often come across as if they’re miserable in their jobs. Overall: Have we enjoyed our holiday? Yes, we have. There are definitely positives, especially having the snack bar and three pools to choose from. But would we return? Probably not. I think there are better options out there, although we’ve still made some good memories and enjoyed our time away.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Club Cala Romani. without a doubt, the worst all-inclusive hotel I have ever experienced. The food was absolutely terrible,The quality was so terrible Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with very little choice. The snack selection was even worse every day the same thing warm bread with ham, burgers and chips. We paid for an all-inclusive package, but we ended up eating out at restaurants, as the food gave me and my son bad tummy’s. The service was very hit and miss. Another shocking issue was the WIFI for my little one’s iPad in all the hotels I’ve stayed at I’ve never been asked to pay such a high fee. Not an awful lot for younger children to do, never saw the kids club open, the park was always full of bigger kids the toddler pool is lethal. Also being woken up several nights on the trot in the early hours from screaming shouting and banging, people running up and down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those expecting a genuine all-inclusive experience. It was a very disappointing holiday experience and certainly not worth the money. Rooms Rooms are not bad ,We didn’t get fresh bedding or towels every day it was clean but not throughly clean.but to watch tv you have to pay for remote control.

We did not expect a 5-star luxury experience, but this is literally the worst place we have ever stayed. We stayed for 10 nights, but it was so bad that one member of our party actually left early. The rest of us just counted down the days until we could go home. I know there will be backlash from some for writing this, but people need to know the truth. The hygiene levels at the pools were shocking, with both children and adults defecating in the water. The pool was closed 5 times in a single 24-hour period, which is nowhere near enough time to properly clean and sanitize the water. my son ended up quite poorly during the trip; we had to visit the doctors, and he is now on antibiotics with a severe ear infection The hotel food was also terrible and left us completely ill. We were forced to spend extra money eating out for the rest of the trip, completely wasting the money we had already paid for our food package. To top it off, The customer service here is appalling. A lady who identified herself as management stood behind the reception desk and openly spoke poorly about us in another language to another staff member. They both just kept looking at us and laughing right to our faces. The rest of the staff were incredibly rude too, and the entertainment was absolute rubbish. Other 3-star hotels are miles ahead of this place The only saving grace of the entire holiday was Restaurant Mallorca. The people there were lovely, and it provided a comfortable, welcoming place to sit and eat with my family away from the hotel.

I feel that this resort gets a lot of misleading reviews. First and foremost this is not a 5 star resort but it's very nearly a 4 star. I have given it 5 stars because it's exceptional value for money. I paid £1250 for a week all inclusive with my 5 year old daughter, during the school summer holidays!. Nothing else came close. My expectations were low after reading other reviews but all I cared about was a big, clean pool and not having to worry about feeding myself or my daughter. This place has delivered. The hotel is modern and the reception area brand new, clean and professional. The whole hotel was clean and fresh. The rooms modest and comfortable. We had a sea view and the A/C was very effective in the room (although motion activated to save energy, which was annoying during the night when it turned off). The resort is huge, the pools are massive and clean. There is one main pool bar with free cruzcampo larger and white and red wine and cocktails on offer and fizzy drinks dispensary and slushy machines for the kids. (Hack) buy the penguin cup for the kid, it frees up a plastic refillable cup for you to get an extra drink as sometimes the queues are 5-10 minutes at the bar and the drinks cups are small. The resort put on various free activities during the day around the pool and there is a Mini disco every night for the kids and a show after in their brand new air conditioned theatre/club/bar. There is a snack bar and poolside cafe and huge buffet restaurant and a second bar near reception. The daily food menu was very samie however lots of choice!. The rooms were cleaned everyday and ALL the staff were friendly and efficient. The gorgeous beach is a gentle downhill paved 10 minute walk and was beautiful. I'd 100% recommend this place and would return, hopefully the prices don't shoot up. The only thing I think some of the negative reviews relate to is that there are two other apartment blocks attached the resort which may be sister hotels but used as overspill. They're a bit dated and probably used by larger family groups. They have access to all the same facilities.

Holiday here July 2026 for 10 days. Room is dated, aware that there are more modern rooms elsewhere so maybe in the process of refurbishment. We had ants at the start of our stay because there were remnants of food under the refrigerator. We spoke to the cleaners and they were very helpful with cleaning and bug spray. We were ant free after a couple of days. The dining room felt chaotic at times just didn't feel like enough food stations for the number of people. Snack bar was typical British food (burgers, hotdogs. Chicken nuggets, chips and toasties) would've liked more Spanish options. People smoking in the non smoking areas at the bar was disappointing too as the majority did move away from crowded areas but no one was policing the smokers that we could tell. We felt the children's disco was a bit slow compared to others. The beaches are a short walk away, Google maps would suggest longer ways but it's well signposted in the hotel. Lovely places to eat nearby and a few shops.
