This was the best holiday! The apartments are spacious, clean and have everything you need. Maid service most days.
Could use some extra plug sockets as none in the bedroom or the main hotel at all.
The mini market is expensive but the location is so close to local shops and supermarkets so not needed.
The bar food is beautiful and not badly priced. Drinks are brilliant €9 a cocktail but strong.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Cedrick the entertainer is fantastic, water polo is savage! Evening entertainment was fun also.
No fighting over sunbeds and the pool is cleaned and maintained all the time.
I will absolutely be back to this place and can't wait to re-book.

We have just come back with my stepdaufhter and what can i say.. how is this just a 3 star. Yes no air con ( but you cant rent a fan for 25 euros you get 10 back and its fine) rooms spotless,service attentive and present. We loved he nertainment,the pool,the cleaniness and basically everything about the hotel self catering yes but there are a range of spar supmarkets etc around you just have to look for the right ones. Great location,3/4 euros a taci fron shopoing centre to hotel we loved it

Overall we had a good family holiday. However I fail to see how there are so many 5 star reviews about this hotel! I’ll start with positives, the Location was good, very close to everything, the bar staff and pool staff were very friendly and helpful! The common facilities such as the pool area and bar were brilliant, very clean, safe and enjoyed everyday by the pool!!
BUT, I don’t mind that the rooms are super basic, but I expect them to be clean! Our bedding was never changed throughout the whole 7 days (which with no aircon is even worst as you can imagine how hot it gets), we had fresh towels twice throughout the week, and the ‘cleaning’ of the rooms consisted of changing the bin and doing a mop of the balcony to which we found dark hair and crumbs when we came back from the pool and we are all very blonde and didn’t eat on the balcony!!
Our bathroom smelt like a sewer from the moment we arrived, I complained 3 times at reception to see if someone could come and have a look and no one ever did. There were ants all over the room as well in which I was told ‘it’s hot and very normal’! (I mean I’ve been abroad many times and never had ants all over the room)!

We stayed in Cala D'Or Apartment for 2 weeks. Rooms were perfect for what we needed and little time spent in them, pool side bar was lovely friendly staff, pool was perfect for our kids age 15,13, & 8
Our holiday was made by Cedric who kept everyone involved was great with kids and adults. On the days he was off you would miss him, so he is a great part of the hotel and team at Cala D'or. We would happily book again just for the craic with Cedric alone 🫡👏

Cheap holiday hotel. Very loud in the evenings. Drain in the bathroom smelt terrible. Slept okay considering entertainment noise levels. Trying to sleep against karaoke was interesting - some people are supposed to sing and some people are not. Then it was bingo, NEXT NUMBERRRRRR!!!! 😴 good holiday, not a bad hotel, think we'll try somewhere different next time.
