Advertised as adults only. There were children there apparently a problem with a sister hotel. We did get the feeling it was normal. Restaurant is crowded & there's a bit of a battle for the puddings. Food is good 👍 you just have to to time it right.rooms are small and dated & balconies are very small. It was a cheap break and for the money it was fine. All inclusive package doesn't mean you can have a drink when you want. It's limited to 3 with lunch & 3 with evening meal

Very bad hotel,
Horrible doors, you can hear everything in the corridors and light comes through the door gap. It made sleeping impossible.
The food was also bad and there were huge queues to eat. The hotel is not equipped to handle so many people. Dirty plates and glasses.
It doesn't have a lobby to welcome people.
They don't serve cocktail drinks, they only serve three types, and I never drank them because they were so bad (wine and beer).
The rooms were very poorly cleaned. Lack of hygiene in general.
The ONLY thing good is tue location

All what you need is there. Food was very tasty, the stuff been very helpful especially Marcello-the best guy ever(reception). 2 beers or 2 glasses of wine per meals(not included breakfast) was okay. 2min away from beach,1min away from corner shop. Everything was perfect. The swimming pool what you can see on the roof (hotel pictures)is open from 4pm and prices of drink are very cheap (6€) plus very tasty! Rooms are clean and you will find everything what you need- we do miss the little fridge but as far as I known they are trying to buy some in the future. I do recommend this hotel.

Two issues. All inclusive in town is not all inclusive. Limited drinks during specific times that's not clear when you book. Food buffet is limited, always pork and pasta and undercooked risotto. Sky Bar is fantastic.

Me and my girlfriend have always been open to hotels with bad reviews. We give them the benefit of the doubt.
But this time we honestly should have listened.
This has to be the worst hotel we’ve been to ever. No exaggeration.
1 positive. The room was VERY basic but clean. The bathroom was very nice. That’s it.
The staff were useless, there was a lady at front desk on evenings who knew absolutely nothing. We would request for an extra blanket as my girlfriend was cold, and she would reply with “I don’t know where it is”. That’s it. That’s all she would say.
The rooms aircon is freezing, the heating doesn’t work so we was cold all the nights we were there.
The food. My god, the worst. I’m struggling to find appropriate words to describe the food. Not good.
This isn’t a hotel problem, but more so the area we was in. I’m not sure how the area is with people of colour but we got alot of stares within the hotel and out. When we would line up for food, the guests would literally stare at us like we were aliens. We literally had to look at them for a period of time or question what they was looking at.
Again not a hotel problem but maybe so not the best area for people of colour.
The lifts are tiny. There are 10-11 floors in the hotel and if you’re near the top, you’d have to wait for the lift. There was usually a queue outside the lift for 15 mins. Only 1-2 could fit in a lift and the bigger one, 5 maximum. It made getting to our room difficult.
As for the pool area, we never went due to it being rather small. There was like 10 sunbeds, 15 max and so not enough for all of us. We also didn’t go because we didn’t feel comfortable as I said before the people in the hotel often stared at us.
The all inclusive isn’t worth it
Overall, never again.
