My company gifted me a week in this resort half-price (unit 604) and I am so happy I took this opportunity! Our unit was absolutely fantastic and stocked with not only the necessary linens, towels and utensils but also non-perishable food in the cupboard which was very much appreciated after a long trip. The pools and jacuzzis by the reception were always clean. The place is super quaint and we really relaxed there. We couldn’t even hear the noise from the splash pad, which was right across!
I saw from other reviews about the noise from the units above, with which I also have to agree unfortunately. We had a ground unit and the family above us was quite noisy at night. The AC outdoor units were also right outside my bedroom window, which could also be considered a bit noisy at times. Despite all this, even though I am very noise sensitive, I didn’t think that it took away from the overall amazing experience.
I liked that there was a mini-market in the premises but it is open 08-18, which could be a bit inconvenient at times of need. Especially since the actual supermarket is only 6 minutes away by car.
There are a few different walking routes, which we enjoyed a lot. We also liked the restaurant on the premises, and wish it was open for longer hours during the weekdays as well ;) especially for a nice evening drink from the bar 🍹

The resort is great, especially the walking trails. The kids loved the splash pads, and all of the condos have some kind of view, either of the lake or the pool. The only setback of the resort is the elevators. It can be very hard, especially when carrying belongings to the top floor during the very hot Florida weather. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Exceptionally maintained resort.
We booked through TUI on a very last minute deal and stayed for a week. Our apartment was quite outdated, but huge and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The children were happy that they had their own bathroom!
We enjoyed almost every evening in the pools and hot tubs which was a perfect end to a long day and we loved that one of the main pools was open till 10pm.
Only thing I would say is that the directions and details of how to find uour apartment after reception is closed is really tricky and complicated when it really doesnt need to be.

We have spent the last 2.5 weeks here and could not be happier. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the gardens and area are extremely well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. I loved being in the centre of everything and having easy access to all major tourist attractions. Very much looking forward to returning here.
Only thing to be mindful of is the top story apartments dont have lifts. It is hard work carrying all the groceries and shopping up to the 3rd floor!

Do not stay here especially if you want to have food on the premises and not want to drive and be stuck in traffic for half your vacation. The units are all individually owned and 702 that we stayed at had no hot pads and other small things you may need. The club house and tradewinds restaurant was always closed. You will drive and be stuck in traffic your better off staying in Orlando there are no restaurants around for a small bite to eat. Very disappointed with this place
