Me my wife and 2 young children love it here. This is our 4 time coming and looking to come again in 2027 the accommodation is nice and comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need.
There is plenty to so on site with pools hot tubs a splash pad and a beach with stunning views of the lake and also a little shop and bar and a nice restaurant and the staff are amazing I haven't got a bad word to say apart from i wish I booked 3 week instead of 2

This was the most beautiful Airbnb we ever stayed in. There was everything you could want and more and it was very clean. I’ve been in places that weren’t clean. This place was spotless. Definitely staying next time we come to Disney World

Absolutely love the resort.
Our 2bed 2 bath condo was very spacious and clean.
The service was excellent throughout.
The on site restaurants are nice.
The pool areas and little man made beach areas,relaxing and accessible.
The lake is fantastic to sit and enjoy the weather and a little quiet.
Would definitely recommend and return.

Nice interiors and fully stocked with everything you would need like a normal residence as opposed to a hotel room. My room had pillows that were all stinky, I just picked the one that didn't smell so bad, they definitely need new or clean pillows. Didn't have time to check out the clubhouse, lake or other amenities.
Location is a little bit out of the way from Orando so you would need a car to get around, not really ideal if you were planning to use public transportation.
Stayed in a ground unit, as a result your experience is affected by the people staying above you. The first days were calm and peaceful until the last few days where it sounded like kids were running and jumping around after 10, 11pm, I can't recall if they were still doing it after midnight but this is still unacceptable. The property gives instructions to be respectful at night and the fact this is someone's property but obviously some people either don't or can't read or fail to understand they are guests living with other guests and that this is not your own home to let your kids run around due to your complete inability to control and raise them the right way, no doubt they will grow up to be inconsiderate adults too.
The management are quick to reply to any questions but one issue couldn't be resolved. One of the rooms had a locked off closet which they could not unlock when requested, I assume this is because it's used by the family that owns it who come to stay sometimes. This would be fine if a kid was staying in the room but if each room was occupied by adults it would be an inconvenience for whoever stays in that room, we didn't pay to stay but not be able to have full access to a room as well as the smelly pillow issue.

First and last time staying at this resort. We bought new slippers for this trip and at the end of the first day they were all black from dirt. The floor had not seen a mop for a very long time. Balcony dirty and we didn’t sit out there once as it wasn’t pleasant. Dated rooms. No housekeeping at all during our 2 week stay… no beds changed. We had to request new bath towels. Sofa’s all stained and felt dirty. No natural light into the room so felt very dark and unwelcoming.
Pool bar adds on 18% gratuity without telling you and then puts the tray out for another tip!
Been travelling to Florida for 36 years now and this accommodation has been a disappointment. Plenty nicer resorts to choose from.
