This hotel is absolutely fabulous! It is close to the beach, a short 10 minute walk, is close to a bus stop for any day trips and has a nice town centre not far away. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is brilliant with all of the staff being so welcoming and fun, doing activities everyday to keep you busy! The room was good, the cleaners came in everyday to remake the beds and just ensure you had fresh towels and mopped the floor. We had a lovely view and it was perfect for everything we wanted! There was little noise after the entertainment and we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. Overall, the value for money was brilliant, we felt the all inclusive was fabulous with there being a snack bar, the main restaurant and the pool bar open all day. It was a fabulous holiday and I would 100% return. The animation team were incredible and made our stay so memorable so thank you!

The hotel's biggest strength is its location. It is in a great spot and within easy reach of local amenities and beautiful coastal views. We also hired paddle boards through the hotel, which was a highlight of the trip and something the whole family enjoyed.
The pool area was good and provided plenty of entertainment throughout the day. However, if you wanted to secure a sunbed, you needed to have your towels out before 7:30 am.
The all-inclusive drinks selection was also very good, with plenty of choice available throughout the day and evening.
Unfortunately, the hotel fell short when it came to cleanliness and food quality. Our room was a good size and conveniently located near the pool, bar, restaurant, and snack area. However, it felt unclean, had a noticeable damp smell, and the bath was particularly dirty and unpleasant. To make matters worse, we even found what appeared to be a leech in the bath during our stay, which certainly didn't inspire confidence in the hotel's cleaning standards.
The food was the biggest disappointment. On one occasion, I was served a raw burger from the snack bar. When I brought this to the attention of a waiter, he simply shrugged his shoulders, which I found completely unacceptable given the potential health risk. In fact, despite paying for all-inclusive, we ended up eating out on 5 of the 7 nights because we found the food so poor.
Overall, while AluaSun Cala Antena did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and food standards, we still had a wonderful family holiday thanks to the excellent location, enjoyable pool area, good drinks selection, and activities available. With better attention to cleanliness, food preparation, and customer service, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem with it's location to the sea front and beach. For a 3 star hotel this feels like more in terms of location and views. The hotel it self could do with some modernisation from the owners in terms of decoration and rooms (fridges with bottled water would be nice or to be able to buy bottled water and keep cool during the hot months). The food is on an average par with some waiting required on the fresh cook sections. I often found myself having a late lunch from the bar snacks section in anticipation that the main restaurant may not have much selection for the evening meal. The bar snacks food is fresh and hot, but the option of cold meats (ham, chorizo etc) in the fridge would be a nice option for a lunch sandwich or the ability to make a toastie. The same applies for breakfast, some yoghurt that are in pots would be a nice option and alternative to the buffet rather than the runny yogurt and fruit that is on the buffet counter. But the true hidden gem here at this hotel is the animation team, they make the entire experience for the stay for both adults and children. It is non stop energy, laughs and brilliant memories for Alavaro and Gonzalo and the remainder of the animation team and the efforts they go to, to make it the best experience for all who are guests. The bar staff are equally as friendly and all staff that work here. All this mixed in with the beautiful views from the balcony leaves us returning, this was our 2nd time here with another planned but to the sister hotel.

We had the best time here …:. The hotel was amazing hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the location. We went on a boat trip and loved this. Close to lots of bars and a few little shops so stuff to do in the nights. ….. now for the animation team ….wow wow wow such happy people and made the holiday for me and my 13 year old daughter x absolutely amazing . Melt is entertained in the day and night. Please never let them leave xxx hotel is so fab xx

A smidge tired and a double bed was two singles pushed together with single sheets… on a tiled floor so they pushed apart as soon we tried to lay together.
Otherwise it’s clean, has reasonable facilities, fantastic location and the staff are polite.
For what we paid I was very happy and we’d go back!
