Good hotel, but i dont think its Hyatt quality. Everything is ageing, but its kept on a functional level, also not a lot of amenities or things to do.
Its all about mass tourism, good for people who just want to sit next to the pool all day and dont care otherwise.
The food is decent, although the plates/forks/glasses were often dirty, just whatever the dishwasher throws out. Only a few staff member speaks foreign languages, most of them dont even understands simple english.
I liked that the hotel is close to the beach and close to the bus stop, there are direct buses going to Palma city centre in every 5-10 min.

Very friendly staff, located close to the beach/front (less than 5 mins out the back door), air con was broken upon arrival (assume it’s fixed now) drinks offered as compensation but hard to work out due to language barrier! Reception & staff in restaurant always happy to help, great selection of food, breakfast buffet roughly the same each day but evening had great variety including 2 live cooking stations, fun games around the pool in the daytime if you fancy it and decent evening entertainment (which stopped around 10.30 and could barely be heard from the 1st floor), rooms are comfortable (although hot for our visit!) with 2x single beds, sun beds on balcony, chairs and a small table with parasol. Overall great hotel to stay in, really friendly and helpful staff, would stay again

Didn’t get catfished – the hotel looked just as beautiful and luxurious as in the photos. Some minuses from air conditioning not functioning properly and lack of allergen labels in the dining hall, but looking at the big picture these were minor things. The food was deliciousness, gym and pool area delightful, the staff was incredibly friendly and special shoutout to the entertainment duo (Andreas & Juma), who were considerate and hilarious fellas. Location of the hotel was perfect. Would happily go back.

Honestly one of the NICEST hotels I’ve been to in a long time. I would recommend this place for anyone who is eager for a peaceful weekend, my room has a balcony with Sunbeds, yep that’s right. Originally my room cost me £146 HOWEVER. Price got sliced by 50% so I paid £88
A day later I had an email from what I believe is the owner of the hotel, offering me a upgrade of a room for €22 = £19.09
And x2 half board €30 = £26.03 it may sound like a lot of money, but this decision was the absolute A-Game.
Even got complimentary water & slippers 😂
To Owner. If you see this, I’m definitely coming back

Defo cheaper than a Jet2 Holiday ✈️

Nice czy and clean room, customer service very friendly and helpful. Hotel at perfect location near the beach walking distance with planty shops nearby. There was issue with A/C in room and the service was very helpful to fix it really quickly and compensated the issue with free drinks for dinners for the whole holiday which was really generous of them. The swimming pool was fantastic one of the best I have had the pleasure to enjoy.
