Absolutely the worst hotel ever. Even one star feels too generous.
Other than the location, there is nothing good about this place. On the very first day, glass shards fell from the floor above and turned our balcony into a minefield. The hotel’s response? They said it was caused by a child upstairs and there was nothing they could do, other than “give a warning.” They even added that since it was a child, there was no guarantee it wouldn’t happen again — an absolutely ridiculous answer.
From day one, the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. I complained immediately, but for three out of our four nights, we had to endure the heat without a functioning AC. The hotel claims that getting it to work on the third day was them doing their “best” and taking “appropriate measures.”
I complained to the front desk every single day, and every time they told me the manager would offer suitable compensation. But after checkout, the only response I got was that since they had taken “appropriate measures,” they would not compensate us at all.

Nice hotel, very close to the beach and airport. Good location, great food, entertainment staff always organizing great activities for kids and even for adults. Room service was good, every day they cleaned the room while we were out. Staff was very helpful and always very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel has major hygiene issues that should be investigated by the local health department. The cutlery and glasses looked like they hadn’t seen water, let alone soap. Our glasses had food residue, fingerprints, and even lipstick stains on them. We reported the dirty glasses and cutlery, and the staff did bring us replacements — but unfortunately, those were just as dirty. So we thought, fine, we’ll just drink straight from the bottles. But even that wasn’t possible, as some bottles had mold on them and were already expired. This wasn’t just a one-time occurrence. It happened every day.The coffee cups still had stains from previous guests. It was so disgusting that we ended up bringing our own cups to the buffet.
The air conditioning in our room and same goes for everyone did not work at all. The temperature was constantly above 25°C (77°F), and it was impossible to sleep. We spoke to several staff members and asked for the issue to be resolved, but no one seemed to care. We were repeatedly told to speak to a manager, who was never available. In the end, we had to buy our own fans just to survive the heat in the room.
We really wanted to leave a positive review, and we raised these issues multiple times, giving the hotel every chance to make things right. But unfortunately, they chose not to do anything — perhaps because they already had our money.
I cannot recommend this hotel.

I stayed here 4 nights. There was a night that was pretty hot but the air conditioning wasn’t able to change the temperature settings. It was 24.5 degrees for all rooms by hotel but apparently not cool enough for us to sleep in such a hot weather. What’s worse is that, after that night, there was a very smelly breeze from the air conditioning. We asked the reception staff, they were very helpful and explained that the air conditioning was repairing time to time. But later the temperature inside the room was set to 21.5 and that was ok. But if the temperature was able to set, it would be much better.
