Honestly one of the NICEST hotels I’ve been to in a long time. I would recommend this place for anyone who is eager for a peaceful weekend, my room has a balcony with Sunbeds, yep that’s right. Originally my room cost me £146 HOWEVER. Price got sliced by 50% so I paid £88
A day later I had an email from what I believe is the owner of the hotel, offering me a upgrade of a room for €22 = £19.09
And x2 half board €30 = £26.03 it may sound like a lot of money, but this decision was the absolute A-Game.
Even got complimentary water & slippers 😂
To Owner. If you see this, I’m definitely coming back
Flights Was £50 | Although For Me | FastTrack + 2 Seats total was £90 + £141.66 so all together £240 ish
Defo cheaper than a Jet2 Holiday ✈️

We booked Alua Leo because we were only going for a 5 night break and it was close to the airport. We were very impressed with the helpful, friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We booked a pool view room and were over the moon with the room we received (351) we had a Seaview too. We were bed & breakfast and the choice was brilliant. The Access through the gate at the back of the hotel meant that the seafront was about 100m away. The hotel is also on the main bus route into Palma. We bought quite a few cocktails from the bar and they were lovely and very strong. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfort,I really enjoyed having a balcony.
One thing to note the room doesn't have a Smart TV. It uses a basic dish connection, though it does offer a few European channels.
The absolute highlight of my visit was the breakfast! There were so many fantastic options to choose from, and the live kitchen was a great touch that made the mornings special.

Very disappointing experience for me. Before booking, the hotel clearly confirmed that we could stay with our child in one room. However, after we arrived, they suddenly changed their stance and forced us to book two separate rooms. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress, especially while traveling with a baby.
What made it worse was the attitude at the front desk. I honestly do not know how the reception staff gets a good night’s sleep doing this to families. The person at the front desk appeared seemed to enjoy the situation, as if this was routine.
On top of that, the rooms were nowhere close to what was advertised. There photos show a dirty shower area , broken cupboards and a lock that is also broken the sensor works 1 out of 4 swipes. See the video - it’s gross to even touch the handle of the shower area. The condition and overall quality did not match the photos or the description at all. It is hard to believe this is a four star hotel.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Our stay at Alua Leo was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning did not work at all during our stay, despite multiple complaints to the reception. Each time we were promised that it would be fixed, but nothing was done. The room was unbearably hot, and we barely slept for two nights.
Even worse, a staff member entered our room almost immediately after knocking, without giving us enough time to respond. I was completely undressed at the time, which was deeply humiliating and a serious violation of privacy.
The hotel showed no real concern and took no effective action to resolve either issue. This level of service is unacceptable, and the lack of respect for guests’ privacy is shocking.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and choose somewhere else.
